The purpose of the current research was the relationship between the dimensions of hidden (dark) personality and job satisfaction of volunteers participating in 14th Cultural and Sport University Students Olympiad. The purpose of this study was descriptive-correlational in terms of purpose and method and its data were collected in the field. The statistical population of the study consisted of all volunteers who participated in 14th Cultural and Sport University Students Olympiad (N=120). To collect the data, a 12-item questionnaire was used to measure the hidden (dark) personality and a 20-item questionnaire was used to measure job satisfaction. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by several experts and the reliability of the questionnaires through Cronbach's alpha was 0.775 and 0.897, respectively. Finally, the collected data were analyzed in two sections: descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that among of the dark personality variable, the only component of anti-socialism had a significant and negative correlation with the component of job satisfaction.Given the importance of volunteers' role in the sport and the economic and social necessity of their active presence, it is necessary to provide the satisfaction of the volunteers which in the future will lead to their better performance by addressing the personality dimensions and especially the dark personality traits.
