بررسی میزان رضایت کاربران از کمیت و کیفیت پارک مهرگان شهر تهران در راستای افزایش کیفیت زندگی

چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: فضاهای سبز شهری یکی از ابزارهای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار و افزایش کیفیت زندگی شهروندان است که به طورعمومی در دسترس همه افراد قرار خواهد گرفت. از سوی دیگر مطالعات اطلس کیفیت زندگی در شهر تهران، نشان می دهد که منطقه 1 با سرانه فضای سبز 85/33 مترمربع در رتبه چهاردهم رضایتمندی شهروندان قرار دارد. در حالیکه سرانه فضای سبز این منطقه در رتبه سوم، میان سایر مناطق قراردارد. این مطالعات نشان می دهد که میزان تاثیر گذاری کمیت و کیفیت فضاهای سبز شهری بر رضایتمندی افراد از این فضاها بسیار کم است. بنابراین هدف از انجام این تحقیق شناخت و بررسی ارتباط میان کمیت و کیفیت فضای سبز و تاثیرگذاری هریک بر رضایتمندی کاربران از فضاهای سبز شهری است.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شده است، جامعه آماري کاربران پارك می باشند، روش نمونه گیري هم به صورت تصادفی و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 384 نفر محاسبه شد و در نهایت با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. برای بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه، از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده که ضریب کل برابر با 891/0 می باشد. آزمونهای آماری مورد استفاده در تحقیق شامل آنالیز توصیفی، استنباطی و آزمون تی تک نمونه ای هستند. این تحقیق شامل سه متغیر اصلی (کیفیت، کمیت، رضایتمندی) خواهد بود. متغیر کیفیت شامل (نفوذپذیری، گوناگونی، خوانایی، انعطاف پذیری، تناسبات بصری، غنای حسی و رنگ تعلق) و متغیر کمیت شامل (وسعت پارک، تراکم پوشش گیاهی، مبلمان و ...) است.
یافته ها: براساس تحلیل آماری میزان اهمیت کیفیت پارک های شهری در رضایتمندی برابر 14/4 ، میزان اهمیت کمیت پارک های شهری در رضایتمندی برابر 12/4 و میانگین رضایتمندی از پارک مهرگان برابر 8/2 است که نشان دهنده میزان پائین رضایتمندی از پارک مهرگان است.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد که برای احداث فضاهای سبز شهری علاوه بر سرانه فضای سبز، کیفیت آن هم بر افزایش رضایتمندی افراد بسیار مهم و حائز اهمیت است و هر دو این عوامل در کنارهم موجب افزایش مطلوبیت فضاهای سبز و ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی شهروندان خواهد شد.
Background and Objective: Urban green spaces are one of the means of achieving sustainable development and increasing the quality of life of citizens, which will be generally available to all people. On the other hand, the studies of quality of life in Tehran show that district 1 with 33.85 square meters of green space per capita ranks fourteenth in terms of citizen satisfaction. While per capita green space in this region ranks third among other regions. These studies show that the quantity and quality of urban green spaces influence people's satisfaction with urban green spaces very little. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know and investigate the relationship between the quantity and quality of green spaces and the impact of each on the satisfaction of users of urban green spaces.
Material and Methodology: In this study, the data was collected using a questionnaire, the statistical population is park users, the sampling method was random and using Cochran's formula, 384 people were calculated and finally, they were analyzed using SPSS software. To check the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha test was used, and the total coefficient is equal to 0.891. The statistical tests used in the research include descriptive analysis, inferential analysis and sample t-test. This research will include three main variables (quality, quantity, satisfaction). The quality variable includes (permeability, diversity, legibility, flexibility, visual proportions, sensory richness and color belonging) and the quantity variable includes (park size, density of vegetation, furniture, etc.).
Findings: Based on the statistical analysis, the importance of the quality of urban parks in satisfaction is 4.14, the importance of the quantity of urban parks in satisfaction is 4.12, and the average satisfaction with Mehregan Park is 2.8, which indicates that satisfaction with Mehregan Park is in low level.
Discussion and conclusion: The results of this research show that for the construction of urban green spaces, in addition to per capita green space, its quality is also very important for increasing people's satisfaction. All these factors will create a proper green space and improve the citizen’s quality of life.
