تأثیر چهار هفته تمرین هوازی و مصرف مکمل اطریفل صغیر بر سطوح نیمرخ لیپیدی و ترکیب بدنی در دختران چاق و دارای اضافه وزن

مصرف اطریفل صغیر و تمرین هوازی میتواند از راههای مختلف ازجمله افزایش متابولیسم بدن بر چاقی تأثیر بگذارد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر چهار هفته تمرین هوازی با و بدون مصرف مکمل اطریفل صغیر بر سطوح نیمرخ لیپیدی و ترکیب بدنی در دختران چاق و دارای اضافهوزن بود. در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی 36 دختر چاق و دارای اضافهوزن بر اساس برخی معیار ها انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در چهار گروه 1) تمرین+دارونما 2) مکمل 3) تمرین + مکمل 4) دارونما قرار گرفتند. گروه های اول و سوم به مدت 4 هفته به اجرای تمرینات هوازی پرداختند و گروه دوم و سوم در طی این مدت روزانه 10گرم اطرفیل صغیر مصرف کردند. 48 ساعت قبل و بعد از پروتکل پژوهش نمونهگیری خون و سنجش ترکیب بدنی جهت سنجش متغیرها انجام شد. دادهها از طریق تی همبسته، آزمون آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و تست توکی در سطح معناداری 05/0 تحلیل شد. پژوهش حاضر سبب کاهش معنادار سطح نیمرخ لیپیدی شامل: کلسترول (0012/0 =p )، تریگلیسرید (039/0 = p)، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی پایین (001/0 = p)، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بالا (004/0 = p)، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی خیلی پایین (05/0 = p)، محیط شکم (009/0 = p) و درصد چربی بدن (025/0 = p) در گروه تمرین + دارونما شد. همچنین کاهش معنادار در شاخص سطح گلوکز ناشتایی (043/0 = p)، نسبت دورکمر به دور لگن (001/0 = p)، محیط شکم (042/0 = p) ودرصد چربی بدن (001/0 = p) در گروه مکمل دیده شد. کاهش معنادار سطح گلوکز (003/0 = p)، محیط شکم (015/0 = p)، درصد چربی بدن (001/0 = p) و شاخص توده بدنی (020/0 = p) در گروه تمرین مکمل نشان داده شد. با توجه به کاهش معنادار درصد چربی بدن و برخی شاخصهای آنتروپومتری در گروههای تجربی پیشنهاد میشود دختران چاق برای بهبود ترکیب بدن از مکمل اطریفل صغیر به همراه تمرین هوازی بهره ببرند.
Supplementation by triphala along with aerobic exercises may affect obesity in various ways including increased metabolism. This study aimed at investigating the effect of four weeks of aerobic training with/without triphala supplementation on levels of lipid profile and body composition in obese and overweight girls. In this quasi-experimental study, 36 obese and overweight girls were selected based on certain criteria and randomly divided into four groups: 1) exercise + placebo 2) supplement 3) exercise + supplement 4) placebo. The first and the third groups performed the aerobic exercises for 4 weeks, and the second and third groups consumed 10 grams of triphala daily in the same period. Blood sampling and physical examination were performed to measure the variables 48 hours before and after the research's protocol. The data were analyzed by paired sample t test, one-way ANOVA and Tukey test at the significance level of 0.05. The present study significantly decreased lipid profiles including cholesterol (p = 0.0012), triglyceride (p = 0.039), low density lipoprotein (p = 0.001), high density lipoprotein (p = 0.004), very low density lipoprotein (p = 0.05), WC (p = 0.009) and body fat percent (p = 0.025) in the placebo + exercise group. Also, the significant decrease in fasting glucose index (p = 0.043), WHR (p = 0.001), WC (p = 0.042) and body fat percent (p = 0.001) was seen in the supplement group. Significant decrease was indicated in glucose level (P = 0.003), WC (p = 0.015), body fat percent (p = 0.001) and body mass index (p = 0.020) in the supplement + exercise group. Considering the significant reduction in body fat percentage and some anthropometric indices in the experimental groups, it was suggested that the obese girls use triphala supplement in addition to the aerobic exercises to improve their body composition.
