نقش واسطهای خلاقیت فردی در رابطه کنجکاوی با بهزیستی روانشناختی و افسردگی

هدف این پژوهش تعیین رابطه کنجکاوی با بهزیستی روان شناختی و افسردگی با توجه به نقش واسطه گری خلاقیت فردی بود. 391 دانشجوی مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 بر اساس نمونه برداری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس های کنجکاوی (کاشدان، رز و فینچام، 2004)، خلاقیت فردی (رابیتزچک، 1998)، بهزیستی روان شناختی (ریف، 1989) و افسردگی (بک، استیر و براون، 1966) پاسخ دادند. مدل پیشنهادی با روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری ارزیابی شد. یافته ها نشان داد کنجکاوی اثرمستقیم بر بهزیستی روان شناختی و افسردگی دارد و بهطور غیرمستقیم از طریق خلاقیت فردی منجر به افزایش بهزیستی روان شناختی و کاهش افسردگی میشود. بر این اساس خلاقیت فردی نقش واسطه ای در رابطه کنجکاوی بابهزیستی روانشناختی و افسردگی ایفا میکند. این یافته بر نقش مستقیم و غیرمستقیم ویژگی شناختی در تحقق تواناییهای بالقوه در ارتقای سلامت و بهزیستی روانی تأکید دارد.
This study aimed to examine the mediating role of personal initiative in the relationship between curiosity and psychological well-being and depression. The sample consisted of 391 students from ShahidChamran University of Ahvaz, Iran in academic year 2015/ 2016. The sample were selected using multi-stage random cluster sampling method. The participants completed the Curiosity Scale (CS; Kashehdan, Rose, Fincham, 2004), the Personal Initiative Scale (PI; Robitschek, 1998), the Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWBS; Ryff, 1989) and the Depression Scale (DS; Beck, Steer & Brown, 1966).The proposed model fit was examined through structural equation modeling (SEM). The results indicated a direct effect of curiosity on the psychological well-being and depression. Personal initiative played mediating role in the relationship between curiosity and psychological well-being and depression. The findings suggested the direct and indirect roles of cognitive characteristic in fulfilling the potentials and enhancing mental and psychological health.
