چکیده مقاله :
ارتباطات یکی از مهمترین فرآیندهای مدیریتی است و ماهیت شغل یک مدیر ایجاب میکند که با کارکنان و مشتریان ارتباط برقرار کند. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدلی برای کاربرد سبک ارتباط تساوی مدیران در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد تدوین شد. راهبرد پژوهش در بخش کیفی، تحلیل تم و در بخش کمّی، پیمایش بود. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی خبرگان و مدیران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بودند که با استفاده از اصل اشباع و روش نمونه گیری 12نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند و در بخش کمّی مدیران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد به تعداد 130 نفر بوده اند که تعداد 97 نفر به عنوان نمونه به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری دادهها در این پژوهش، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بوده و برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای پژوهش دربخش کیفی از نرمافزار مکس کیودا و در بخش کمّی SPSS 22 و نرمافزار پیالاس استفاده شده است. یافتههای پژوهش شامل 3 دسته شرایط مدیر، شرایط شغلی و شرایط زیردستان است. همچنین در بخش کمّی، نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که مدل مذکور از روایی لازم برخوردار است. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، مدیران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد میتوانند از سبک تساوی جهت تشکیل گروههای غیررسمی و افزایش انگیزه کارکنان همسو با اهداف سازمان استفاده نمایند که در نهایت منجر به مشارکت بیشتر کارکنان برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمان میشود.
Communication is one of the most important management processes, and the nature of a manager's job requires him to communicate with employees and customers. Therefore, the current research was developed with the aim of presenting a model for the application of equal communication style of managers in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. The research strategy in the qualitative part was theme analysis and in the quantitative part, survey. The statistical population was the experts and managers of the qualitative department of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, who were selected as the sample size using the principle of saturation and sampling method. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included 130 managers of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. From the statistical population, 97 people were selected as samples by simple random method. The method of data collection in this research is interviews and questionnaires, and for the analysis of research data in the qualitative part, MAXQDA software and in the quantitative part SPSS 22 and SMART-PLS software were used. The findings of the research include 3 categories of manager's conditions, job conditions and subordinates' conditions. Also, in the quantitative part, the results of data analysis showed that the mentioned model has the required validity. According to the results of the research, managers of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences can use the equalization style to form informal groups and increase the motivation of employees aligned with the goals of the organization, which ultimately leads to greater participation of employees to achieve the goals of the organization.
