بهکارگیری رویکرد ترکیبی بهمنظور بررسی توزیع کاربریهای خدماتی در بافتهای فرسوده شهری (نمونه موردی: محلات دوازدهگانه بافت فرسوده شهر میناب)

چکیده مقاله :
توجه به نوسازی و بهسازی بافتهای فرسوده شهری برای ارتقای بهرهوری شهری، کاهش خسارات ناشی از وقوع احتمالی زلزله، تحقق عدالت اجتماعی و رفع محرومیتهای ساکنین این بافتها و استفاده از پتانسیلهای شهری امر ضروری است. یکی از مراحل قبل از اقدام جهت نوسازی و بهسازی بافتها شناسایی و اولویت بافتها ازنظر دسترسی به خدمات و کاربریهای شهری میباشد. به همین منظور در این پژوهش هدف بررسی توزیع کاربریهای خدماتی در محلات دوازدهگانه شهر میناب بوده است. روش این تحقیق توصیفی – تحلیلی است و مبتنی بر منابع اسنادی و کتابخانهای است. برای سطحبندی محلات ازنظر برخورداری از روشهای ضریب مکانی (LQI) و آنتروپی و TOPSIS استفاده گردید. نتایج بررسی ضریب در بین محلات گویای این است که محلات شهید عباس پور و لب رودخانه دارای شرایط بهتری نسبت به دیگر محلات میباشند و محلات سجاد، شیخآباد و باغ ملک ازنظر ضریب مکانی کاربری ها دارای شرایط بسیار نامطلوب بوده و ضریب مکانی اکثر کاربری ها در این محلات در سطح صفر قرار دارد. در ادامه با استفاده از روش تلفیقی آنتروپی-تاپسیس، محلات بافت فرسوده شهر میناب به لحاظ برخورداری در سه دسته برخوردار، نیمه برخوردار و محروم تقسیم بندی شدند که درنتیجه آن، محلات جوی باریکو، سجادیه، گرو صالحی و جنگجو اولویت اول و کوی شهرک نفت، لاریها، لب رودخانه و شهید عباسپور اولویت دوم و محلات سجاد، شیخآباد باغملک و پاکوه اولویت سوم برنامه های توسعه قرار می گیرند.

The results indicate that the ratio between neighborhoods it is expressed that neighborhoods shahied abaspoor and lab rodkhaneh is better conditions than the other neighborhoods. And neighborhoods Sajjad, Sheikh Abad and BaghMalk the Location Quotient land uses Ha has been very unfavorable conditions and Location Quotient majority land uses in neighborhoods in level zero. uses. As a result, neighborhoods joie bariko,sajadie,gre salehi and jangjo in first priority and shahrak naft,lariha,lab rodkhaneh and shahied abaspoor in The second priority and Sajjad ,Sheikh Abad,baghmalek and paykoh in The third priority are development programs.
