تحلیل میزان موفقیت در دستیابی به شهرهای خلاق و نوآور (مطالعه موردی: شهر فردوس)

چکیده مقاله :
نقش خلاقیت در ایجاد نوآوری و پیشرفت اقتصادی، بسیار اساسی قلمداد می شود و شهرها اصلی ترین مکان تولید ایده ها، محصولات و فرایندهای جدید، محسوب می گردند. به این منظور، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان موفقیت در دستیابی به شهرهای خلاق، در شهر فردوس در استان خراسان جنوبی به انجام رسیده است تا جایگاه این شهر را از نظر خلاقیت شهری و تفاوت بین مناطق و محلات موجود در آن، از نظر شاخص های شهر خلاق، مشخص نماید. روش تحقیق، توصیفی و تحلیلی بوده و داده های مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه، گردآوری شده و با آزمون t تک نمونه ای، تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه و تعقیبی توکی در نرم افزارهایSPSS و ExpertChoice و Excel تحلیل گردیده و از مدلAHP برای وزندهی شاخص ها و از روشTOPSISبرای سطح بندی محلات بهره برداری به عمل آمده است. نتایج نشان داد که وضعیت کلی شاخص های شهر خلاق در فردوس چندان مطلوب نیست. با این وجود، معیارهای سرمایه اجتماعی، سرمایه انسانی خلاق و فناوری ارتباطی، شرایط مطلوب تری نسبت به سایر معیارها دارا بوده اند. علاوه بر آن، محلات مختلف وضعیت متفاوتی داشته و در مجموع، محله فرهنگیان بیشترین امتیاز را به دست آورده است که می تواند به عنوان الگویی برای سایر محلات مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
Creativity is a highly important factor for innovation and economic success and creative cities are considered as important sites for the generation of new ideas, products and processes. So, this study has been done on Ferdows city in South Khorasan Province to determine the position of the city and difference between regions and localities of this city in terms of creativity. The research method is descriptive and analytical and data requirements using questionnaires compiled and with the help of software SPSS and sxpert choice and excel analysis and AHP model for weighting and TOPSIS method for ranking of neighborhoods operation has been carried out. The results showed that, the overall situation of creative city indexes is not optimal However, measures of social capital, creative human capital, and communication technologies have had more favorable conditions than other measures. In addition, different neighborhoods have different items and in total, Farhangian neighborhood earned the most points that could be considered as a model for other communities.
