تحلیل الزامات تحقق راهبردهای توسعه روستایی ایران با تأکید بر راهبرد صنعتی شدن کشاورزی

چکیده مقاله :
الزامات راهبرد کشاورزی صنعتی در چهارچوب ساختار اقتصادی کشور، تعاملات فضایی نظام سکونتگاهی، کارکرد بازار و ساخت اقتصاد کشاورزی روستاها قابل بررسی است. در این راستا، هدف این تحقیق شناخت الزامات تاثیرگذار در تحقق کشاورزی صنعتی در روستاها است. نوع تحقق کاربردی بوده، روش بررسی آن توصیفی - تحلیلی و علی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را 23 نفر از کارشناساسان دانشگاهی تشکیل داده اند. براین اساس، جمع آوری داده ها از طریق پرسش نامه بوده و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها بااستفادهازمدل AHP و نرم افزار Expertchoice صورت گرفته است. بر اساس نتایج نظر کارشناسان میزان اهمیت نیروی انسانی ماهر در صنعتی شدن کشاورزی برابر با 43301/0 و اهمیت سرمایه مالی برابر با 43300/0 به دست آمد. از الزامات جذب سرمایه؛ زیر معیارهای تضعیف فضای رانت در شهر (4310/0)، بازاریابی و قیمت گذاری شناور (2414/0)، آگاهی مردم از اقتصاد بازاری (0853/0) و مشارکت سازمان یافته مردم (146/0) به ترتیب از زیر معیارهای نظام سکونتگاهی، رفتار دولت، عملکرد بازار و ساختار اقتصاد روستا از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار بودند.
Requirement of industrial agriculture strategy is considered in terms of economic structure, spatial interactions settlement systems, market function and construction of rural agricultural economy. The purpose of this research is to identify the requirements affect the realization of industrial agriculture in rural. So this research is applied and the method of it is descriptive- analytical and causal. The population of this research from 23 academic experts have formed. Accordingly, data collection was done using questionnaires and AHP model and Expert choice software were used to analyze the data. According to experts, the importance of skilled manpower in agricultural industrialization equal 0.43301 and the importance of financial capital equal 0.43300 Obtained. Funding requirements, the following criteria rents space at the city's weakening (0.4310), Marketing and Pricing float (0.2414), awareness of the market economy (0853) and organized public participation (0.146), respectively, the following criteria Space System settlement, government behavior, market performance and economic structure of the village were very important.
