A person's creative ability is a function of his intellectual ability, knowledge, thinking style, personality, motivation and living environment of that person and it can be achieved through conventional or unconventional ways. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of testing the structural model of improving individual creativity through conflict and integration in the education and training of Kohkiloye and Boyer Ahmad provinces. They have formed the province of Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad. In order to collect data, questionnaires of individual creativity, conflict and integration were used, which were completely extracted from the researchers' qualitative research based on interviews and document analysis. For data analysis, structural equations were used using SPSS24 and LISREL8 software. The findings showed that causal factors, contextual factors, intervening factors, central factors, strategic and consequential factors of the model had a significant presence in the model, and also the impact of conflict and integration factors on the individual creativity improvement model was calculated as -59% and 63%, respectively. It can be stated that in the education of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province, all factors of conflict and integration of the model are effective in improving individual creativity.
