نقش فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان اجرایی با رویکرد توسعه محوری در جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده مقاله :
چکیده تحولات سیاسی اقتصادی کشورها نشان می دهد که تحولات هر جامعهای به نقش نخبگان حاکم اجرائی و فکری وابسته است و دیدگاهها و عملکرد آنان در اجرای برنامههای سیاسی ـ اقتصادی و اجتماعی، گسترش تشکلهای مدنی و نحوه محقق شدن خواستههای مردم به میزان سرنوشتسازی مؤثر است. سؤال اصلی مقاله حاضر این است که فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان اجرائی چه تأثیری بر توسعه نیافتگی ایران در دولت های پس از انقلاب اسلامی داشته است؟ روش این مقاله توصیفی پیمایشی است. نمونه آماری مقاله 100 نفر است و تحلیل یافتهها نیز با استفاده از دو روش پیمایشی و کیفی (مصاحبه نیمه عمیق) انجام شده است. برای تحلیل پرسشنامهها از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. نتایج مقاله نشان می دهد که جامعه مورد مطالعه دارای فرهنگ سیاسی متنوعی بوده است و برای آزمون فرضیه تأثیرگذاری و تعیین کنندگی فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان اجرائی در توسعه نیافتگی ایران بر اساس مدل ( اینگلهارت ) از سه شاخص استفاده سده است که نتایج نشان می دهد که فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان اجرائی در توسعه نیافتگی دولتهای ایران در پس از انقلاب مؤثر بوده است.
