چکیده مقاله :

Background & Aim: The use of herbs in traditional medicine to treatment of diseases and other purposes in the food industry and cosmetics has since long been considered. Considering thatHeracleum lasiopetalum, Thymus carmanicus and Myrtus communis have many health benefits therefore this research were performed to investigate the chemical composition of essential oils from these plants. Experimental: The essential oil from the fruits of H. lasiopetalum, aerial parts of T. carmanicus and leaves of M. communis were extracted using a Clevenger-type apparatus and analyzed by GC/MS. Also content of the extracted essential oils were calculated. Results & Discussion: Results indicated the amount of essential oils of H. lasiopetalum, T. carmanicus M. communis were significant and they had volatile. The main constituents of essential oils were hydrocarbons, aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, phenols, ethers with phenolic and terpenes origin. Recommended applications/industries: Due to the health benefits and antioxidant compounds found in the essential oils of these plants are examined in vitro and in food.

چکیده انگلیسی:

مقدمه و هدف: استفاده از گیاهان دارویی در قالب طب سنتی برای درمان بیماری­ها و مصارف دیگر در صنایع غذایی، آرایشی و بهداشتی از دیر باز مورد توجه بوده­است. با توجه به خواص درمانی گلپر برفی (.Heracleum lasiopetalum Boiss)، مورد (Myrtus communis L.) و آویشن­کرمانی (Thymus carmanicus Jalas) این تحقیق با هدف بررسی عملکرد و ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانس آن­ها انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق: اسانس­های سرشاخه گلدار آویشن کرمانی جمع آوری شده از ارتفاعات کرمان، برگ­های مورد و میوه گلپر برفی (کرسوم) جمع آوری شده از  استان چهارمحال و بختیاری به روش تقطیر با آب استخراج شدند و سپس به روش گاز کروماتوگرافی متصل به طیف سنج جرمی (GC/MS) تجزیه شدند. نتایج و بحث: عملکرد اسانس حاصل ازبرگ مورد معادل 56/0 میلی لیتر در 100 گرم ماده خشک، آویشن کرمانی  با 60/1 میلی لیتر در 100 گرم ماده خشک و گلپر برفی به میزان  35/0 میلی لیتر در 100 گرم ماده خشک بودند. در اسانس برگ مورد ترکیبات مونوترپن های هیدروکربنه و اکسیژنه، در اسانس اندام هوایی آویشن ترکیبات مونوترپن های اکسیژنه (ترکیبات فنلی) و  در اسانس میوه گلپر برفی ان آلکان ها  عمده ترین ترکیبات شیمیایی شناسایی شده بودند. توصیه کاربردی/ صنعتی: با توجه به وجود ترکیبات مونوترپن به ویژه در اسانس های مورد و آویشن کرمانی توصیه می­شود تحقیقات بیشتری در خصوص خواص درمانی و کاربرد آن­ها به عنوان مواد طبیعی ضدمیکروبی و آنتی اکسیدانی در صنایع غذایی انجام شود.
