The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mobile-based arcade games on the coordination of the eyes and hands of the first-grade students of the elementary school. The study is based on quasi-experimental method, using a pretest-posttest design with a control group. Participants in this study were 48 female and male first-grade students of two elementary schools located in the Kermanshah in the academic year of 2019-2020, who were selected as convenience sampling method and randomly assigned into two groups of treatment (24 students) and control (24 students) in each school. The students of the treatment group played three kinds of arcade games for 6 weeks, including three 45-minute sessions in each week. For data gathering Frostig tests and Lincoln Oseretsky which respectively measure coordination of the eyes and hands were applied. For data analysis, repeated measure ANOVA was used. The results of the study show that cell phone-based arcade games have a significant effect on elementary students’ eye-hand coordination P (
