رابطه بین احساس تنهایی و علائم افسردگی با نوموفوبیا (بی موبایل هراسی) در دانشجویان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین احساس تنهایی و علائم افسردگی با نوموفوبیا (بی موبایل هراسی) در دانشجویان انجام شد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، دانشجویان کاربر گوشی هوشمند در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی رامسر در سال تحصیلی 1398 بود. حجم نمونه از طریق فرمول کوکران و با توجه به معیارهای مورد نظر با استفاده از نمونه گیری در دسترس به تعداد 191 دانشجو (97 دختر و 94 پسر) انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسش نامه های نوموفوبیا ییلدریم و کوریا (2015(، احساس تنهایی راسل و همکاران (1980) و علائم افسردگی بک (1961) جمع آوری و از طریق آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون های همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون) تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها نشان داد که بین احساس تنهایی و علائم افسردگی با نوموفوبیا (بی مویایل هراسی) رابطه معنادار وجود دارد (001/0p<). هم چنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز حاکی از آن است که سهم هر یک از متغیرهای احساس تنهایی (544/0) و علائم افسردگی (292/0)، به ترتیب بیش ترین سهم در پیش بینی نوموفوبیا دانشجویان داشتند.
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between loneliness and depressive symptoms with the nomophobia (no mobile phobia) in students. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study was students using smartphones in Islamic Azad University of Ramsar in the academic year of 2019. The sample size was selected through Cochran's formula and according to the desired criteria using available sampling to 191 students (97 girls and 94 boys). Data were collected using the nomophobia Questionnaire of Yildirim and coria (2015), Loneliness of Russell et al (1980) and Beck Depression Symptoms (1961) and analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and regression tests). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between loneliness and depressive symptoms with nomophobia (no mobile phobia) (p <0.001). The results of regression analysis also indicate that the contribution of each of the variables of loneliness (0.544) and depressive symptoms (0.292), respectively, had the highest share in predicting students' nomophobia.
