چکیده مقاله :
فهم مؤلفه ها و عوامل اثرگذار بر موفقیت یادگیری الکترونیکی، به تصمیمگیرندگان کمک می نماید تا خطمشیهای مناسبی را برای سرمایه گذاری در عوامل اثربخش و طراحی مجدد یا حذف عوامل غیراثربخش به کار گیرند. از این رو، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت مراکز یادگیری الکترونیکی دانشگاهی می باشد. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، توسعه ای و از نظر روش کیفی می باشد. حجم نمونه تحقیق را 10 نفر از خبرگان کلیدی تشکیل می دهند که دارای تجربه مدیریتی، مطالعاتی و تدریس در حوزه یادگیری الکترونیکی بودند. این افراد با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای شناسایی عوامل، از مصاحبه نیمهساختارمند به عنوان ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است. داده های کیفی از طریق مصاحبه نیمهساختارمند به دست آمد و با بهرهگیری از کد گذاری باز و کد گذاری محوری بر اساس روش تحلیل محتوا تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. طبق یافتههای به دست آمده از این مطالعه، عوامل کلیدی موفقیت مراکز یادگیری الکترونیکی از دیدگاه مشارکت شوندگان در مصاحبه ها تشخیص و طبقه بندی گردید که شامل 7 عامل یادگیرنده، یاددهنده، فنآوری، مدیریت، پداگوژی، ارزیابی و ذینفعان بیرونی می باشد که این عوامل برای رسیدن به موفقیت باید از 47 ویژگی برخوردار باشند.
Understanding of the components and factors affecting success on e-learning helps the decision-makers adopt a suitable policy for investment in effective factors and re-design or omit non effective ones. Thus, the purpose of the present study was to identify the critical success factors in the academic e-learning centers. The present study is developmental regarding to the objective, and qualitative concerning data collection. The sample includes 10 main experts having management, research and teaching experiences in the domain of E-learning. The participants were selected through purposive sampling. To identify the factors, semi-structured interview was used as the data collection instrument. Then, the collected data was analyzed through open codifying and axial codifying based on content-analysis. The critical success factors of academic e-learning centers, based on the ideas of the participants, were found to be 7 factors: learner, instructor, technology, management, pedagogy, evaluation, and outdoor beneficiary, which should have 47 features to reach success.
