analyzing the visual quality of the walls of residential buildings in Qajar houses in Tabriz. The method used in the present study is descriptive, analytical and exploratory and its approach is documentary and survey. In the present study, in order to analyze the data, the method of structural studies in the form of Mick Mac software has been used to identify the key factors of the system. In this regard, 50 experts in the field of architecture of historical monuments and cultural heritage were used to weigh the indicators. Based on the results, 10 factors of architectural creativity, the presence of visual richness in the building facade, unity of elements, visual proportions of the facade, balance-rhythm-similarity-symmetry-homogeneity, the proportion of visual elements, the degree of balance, hierarchy , The degree of attention to visual beauty and the existence of hierarchy between different scales were identified as key factors influencing the system. Also 10 very influential components of the system including psychological perception of beauty, the presence of visual richness in the building facade, the amount of visual attraction, beauty and fit of doors and windows, unity and harmony, fit and continuity of the building, the fit of architecture in the facade Manuscript profile

In planning and development of rural areas, it is necessary to know and analyze the current situation of villages and study their facilities and bottlenecks in various fields. There are several methods and models for determining the levels of enjoyment and development of rural areas, one of which is the PROMETHEE index. In the present study, the ranking of villages in the southern tropical Bahmaei rural district in Bahmaei city has been done in two quantitative and qualitative parts and their combination determines the final result of rural development feasibility study. The research method of this study is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection and library studies and authors' calculations. In the research process, after extracting effective criteria, 28 indicators related to rural development feasibility were determined and then the statistical population of 40 villages in the southern tropical Bahmaei district was analyzed in this research and the results were developed in the form of areas with highly developed villages. , Medium, Deprived, Very Deprived. Automatic detection of features in different areas according to various objectives, including urban management, military objectives, etc., are one of the most up-to-date and important applications of machine learning today. Combining the Global Geographic System (GIS) with images taken from satellite sensors and finally using deep learning methods, which is one of the main branches of machine learning, is a great help to the visible subject. Made the effects in the images using remote sensing science.. At the beginning of this research, the various layers in the proposed algorithm have been comprehensively presented and introduced, and then a new method has been presented in the simultaneous combination of CNN and pooling layers in the algorithm used, which finally It led to a significant reduction in network training time using comprehensive training data with high accuracy and at the same time high volume, which in the end, after entering the fully connected layer to extract and identify the desired goals with acceptable accuracy along with cost-effectiveness. Save time. In this research, using network training through training data, ships in satellite images are detected by creating a fully convoluted FCN network. In order to evaluate the performance and accuracy of the algorithm used in finding and detecting ships in satellite images, by applying this detection algorithm on several other satellite images, Precision, Recall and F1-Score evaluation criteria were used. The values were equal to 100%, 97.61% and 98.83%, respectively, which indicates the accuracy and reliability of the algorithm. Manuscript profile

Border areas have special characteristics due to contact with various external environments. Existence of spatial exchanges and connections on both sides of the border and various vulnerabilities and threats have given special importance to these border areas in the process of development planning and land management, which if neglected, they will seriously face major challenges. In this regard, the purpose of this study is the role of informal economy in the development of rural economy in Kurdistan province. The statistical population of the present study includes residents of rural areas located in border villages of Kurdistan province that are directly connected to the border; Therefore, 14 villages in Baneh Sarvabad counties were the final target of the present study and among the villages of these rural areas, 27 villages located at a maximum distance of 50 km from the border have been studied. The instrument used in this study includes a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity is content (formal) and structural and its reliability has been confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results showed that the residents of the villages in the border areas agreed with the employment in the informal sector and expressed their satisfaction with this type of employment. Research ahead aiming to investigate Aq Dareh gold mining operations which is located in the city of Takab (one of the functions of West Azerbaijan) and its construction operation began in 2003, due to non-compliance with the required standards in the process of production cycle (exploration, extraction of natural materials and its conversion into industrial products, energy consumption, production of waste materials) facing the surrounding area with major challenges and consequently various areas related to the environment, energy consumption, safety and health due to the expansion of industries and services, the emergence of metropolises and population growth, Iran, like other countries to meet your needs, due to non-compliance with environmental standards It has destroyed part of its non-renewable natural resources. This research shows that Aq Dareh gold mining operation due to non-compliance with environmental regulations, seven areas of security in this area which includes economic, food, health, environmental, personal, social and political, faced with a crisis such a way that it is not possible to compensate not only in the short term, but also in the long term Manuscript profile

The cities of the world undoubtedly face problems that, while similar to the challenges of other cities in the world, have fundamental differences. The present study tries to examine the compatibility of these patterns according to the conditions of our country by examining the most important models proposed in the world urban planning (smart growth, creative city, urban governance, scattered growth, ecological city). The present article is an applied approach in terms of purpose and a descriptive-analytical method that after explaining the new patterns of urban planning, using the opinion of experts and university professors to determine the criteria of compatibility of these patterns with the situation in our country and using AHP model The criteria have been weighed and then by designing a questionnaire and using the ELECTRE model, an attempt has been made to rank the urban planning patterns in terms of compatibility. The results show that the urban governance model with a score of 3 has the highest level of compatibility, followed by the ecological city model with a score of 1. The pattern of creative city and scattered growth are also in the lowest degree of adaptation to the conditions of the country. Manuscript profile

Iran has different rainfall conditions due to special geographical conditions and location, so that despite having a rainfall equal to one third of the global average rainfall, there is a sharp fluctuation in the rainfall regime. The purpose of this study is to investigate and identify the synoptic patterns of flood and destructive precipitation moles in the period 24 to 27 March 2019. For this purpose, daily precipitation data for 100 synoptic stations in the country that had significant rainfall during this period were obtained and analyzed from the Meteorological Organization. A level of 850 hPa was obtained from the site of the US National Center for Atmospheric and its maps were prepared and analyzed using Grads software. The results of the analysis of synoptic maps showed that in the study period, except for the northwestern region of Iran, the rest of the country was affected by a low pressure system of Mediterranean origin. The stretching of the Siberian high-pressure tongue on the Caspian Sea and the north of the country has created a pressure pattern on the border between the two air masses and has prevented it from spreading to the northwest. Also, the passage of this system over the Red Sea, the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman and the proper moisture supply by them, has greatly increased its instabilities. The intensity of rainfall in some stations has been such that the total rainfall of this period has been half the average annual rainfall of that station. Manuscript profile
