In order to analyze the geographical distribution of Persian poets, all the poets of Persian literature in the sources were studied and then 205 famous poets with specific birth certificates and Divan were selected and then the geographical distribution of these poets in terms of place of birth was studied. Different styles of Persian literature were studied. In addition, ArcGIS, Google Earth, Excel, and SPSS software were used to map the geographical distribution and plot the relevant charts. . The results showed that in terms of the birthplace of Persian poets, the cities of Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz, Tabriz, Neyshabour and Balkh are among the first priority among which 10 to 15 poets were born in Persian literature. . The cities of Kashan, Mashhad, Bukhara, Merv, Qazvin, Kerman and Damghan are in the second priority, where 4 to 10 poets were born in Persian literature. Also the cities of Toos, Sabzevar, Shooshtar, Kermanshah, Gorgan, Hamedan, Abivard, Termez, Tonekabon, Rasht, Ray, Samarkand, Sistan, Ghazneh, Ganjeh Herat are in the third priority among 2 to 3 poets in Persian literature.         The aim of this paper is to analytically investigate the autocorrelation pattern and cluster analysis of the heat stress on the Tehran habitants. The MATLAB software has been used in relating to Hot Spot. The results on the effects of heat stress based on spatial autocorrelation pattern show that heat stress had a greater effect on the mental health of the residents in central, eastern and northeastern districts. While this had a lesser effect in the southern and western districts. There was a greater physical effects of heat stress on livelihood of residents in the central, southern, northern and northwestern. This show a significantly less effects for residents in the western and northeastern residents. The results also indicated that based on cluster analysis of heat stress has been affected on cardio pulmonary disease and cramps, calm of soul and spirit and fatigue, dizziness, heatstroke and decreased activity and increased transpiration.         Organizing and planning the passive defense considerations in urban environment which centralize the highest percentage of economic, social, political activities and etc. is very important in reducing damages to the urban environment. Identifying the urban area threats, their prioritization according to the most effective threats on the urban passive defense considerations in reducing vulnerability rate is the issue that has been explored in this study. In this research, the required literature was prepared through library study, in-depth interview and then the questionnaire was arranged and distributed in statistical population. The results of the questionnaires analysis by SPSS software confirmed the urban threats prioritization. Accordingly, the threats related to “threat of critical infrastructures and political and military decision-making centers of country in the urban environment" , " threat of urban services infrastructures such as power grid, water, gas and telecommunication networks " , " threat of radar systems, alerts and air defense systems settled on the urban environment" , " Disconnection of national media, radio, television and written media in public notification " and "Disturbance in production and distribution system of bread, medicine and fuel" have been prioritized according to the effectiveness degree of passive defense considerations. The study was descriptive - documentary and field-based analysis using SWOT strategic model and the next step proposed strategies using quantitative matrix (QSPM) is. Results The results show invasive strategy (SO) in first priority with a score of 3/42 and competitive strategy (ST) in the second priority with a score of 2/63 sports tourism were identified as the most important strategies that can be concluded that the there should be more opportunities in this field strengths and utilizes the strengths of the opportunities available to her advantage.
