The purpose of the current research is to determine the relationship between the four personality types of physical education managers in the northwest of the country and deal with them for successful communication. The statistical population of this research was made up of 140 physical education specialists and it was found that the statistical sample is representative of the statistical population and the sample was selected as a whole. Data were collected using two surveys on personality type (reliability 0.89) and attitudes towards successful communication (reliability 0.85). This study describes the type of correlation and its use in the real world. Descriptive and inferential statistics methods (Smirnov, Levin and Pearson correlation coefficient, analysis of variance and t-test) were used for data analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the four personality types and the effective communication of managers have a positive and significant relationship. Manuscript profile

It seems that the release of IL-6 from the contracting muscles and accumulation in the blood circulation has a close relationship with the duration and intensity of physical activity. The aime of this experimental study was to determine the effects of eight weeks of submaximal running and high-fat diet on IL-6 gene expression levels in the muscle tissue of an animal model. At the end of the two-week period of keeping under controlled conditions, 40 two-month-old male rats were randomly divided into four equal groups of control, high-fat diet, submaximal running, and a combination of high-fat diet and submaximal running. The training groups participated in the aerobic running protocol on the treadmill for five days a week for eight weeks. The polymerase chain reaction method was used to determine the levels of IL-6 gene expression in muscle tissue. One-way analysis of variance was used to determine between-group differences. The effects of high-fat diet and running with submaximal intensity on IL-6 gene expression in muscle tissue are significant. The consumption of high-fat food causes adverse changes in the expression of IL-6 gene, but eight weeks of running with sub-maximal intensity moderates the adverse effects of high-fat diet and creates favorable changes in the expression of IL-6 gene and body weight. This study aimed to investigate the effect of benign and malignant jealousy on the desire to buy luxury sports goods with the mediator role of moral indifference in customers of Sistan and Baluchestan sports stores. This study was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all customers of Sistan and Baluchestan sports stores. A total of 384 individuals were selected as a statistical sample based on the Krejcie Morgan table and in multi-stage clusters. Data collection tools included the Lang & Cressius Malignant Jealousy Questionnaire, Lang & Cressius Benign Jealousy Jealousy Questionnaire, Rabio-Garay Ethical Indifference Questionnaire, and Progin and Bagozi Tendency to Buy Questionnaire. Confirmatory exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the validity of the questionnaires and internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) was used to determine the validity. For data analysis, a modeling method with a path analysis approach was used. The findings showed that the ethical indifference variable mediates the relationship between jealousy and the desire to buy luxury goods in customers' sports stores. In addition, the research model has a favorable fit. It is suggested that officials and cultural and sports institutions create a culture of proper use of religious teachings in strengthening religious beliefs and spiritual values to guide and manage the community of athletes and prevent the promotion of a culture of luxury and consumerism with an emphasis on focusing on Achieve lofty sports goals. In this study purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between physical activity and job burnout of education teachers in Mazandaran province. The current research method is descriptive and correlational and field data collection and practical in terms of using the results. The statistical population includes all non-physical education teachers in Mazandaran province, whose number is 39,243, and the statistical sample size of this research, based on Morgan's table, includes 384 education teachers in the province. In order to determine the validity and to ensure the feasibility of the questionnaires, we consulted with sports management professors and the reliability of the questionnaire of physical activity and analysis of job loss was reported as 0.74 and 0.83, respectively. The results of the research showed that there is a significant negative relationship between physical activity and emotional exhaustion, depersonalization in education teachers of Mazandaran province, and there is no significant relationship between physical activity and the sense of individual success of education teachers in Mazandaran province. Also, the variable of physical activity can be predicted. (22) is the percentage of the rate of attrition. Therefore, considering the importance of physical activity in physical and mental health, as a result, it is recommended to promote the culture of sports and regular physical activity to prevent inactivity and reduce teacher attrition. The aim of the current research was to the effect of short-term creatine supplementation on lactate dehydrogenase after a session of intense aerobic and anaerobic activity in active women. For this purpose, 40 active women of Damghan city with an average age (25 ± 5 years), weight (63 ± 7 kg), height (165 ± 7.5 cm) and body mass index (25 ± 5 kg/m2) voluntarily participated in this research. The research was of a semi-experimental type, and the subjects were randomly divided into four groups iaerobic supplementation (10 people), aerobic placebo (10 people), anaerobic supplementation (10 people), and anaerobic placebo (10 people) and studied. The supplement group consumed creatine every day (0.3 grams per kilogram of body weight) in 4 meals (8, 12, 16, and 20 hours) for 7 days; the placebo group consumed the same amount of corn powder. The aerobic group performed the Bruce test before and after completing it, and the anaerobic group performed the Wingate test. Blood samples were taken from the subjects after aerobic and anaerobic tests and after taking supplements and repeating the tests to measure lactate dehydrogenase (LDH). Index measurement was done using the relevant kits and with the help of an auto-analyzer, the analysis of variance test was used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that there is no significant difference between the LDH level of the aerobic creatine group and the aerobic placebo group, as well as the anaerobic creatine group and the anaerobic placebo group, but the comparison of the LDH level of the aerobic creatine group and the anaerobic creatine group showed that there is a significant difference. In other words, taking a creatine supplement along with a session of acute aerobic activity led to a greater decrease in LDH than taking this supplement after anaerobic activity. In general, it can be concluded that creatine monohydrate loading does not significantly reduce LDH levels. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between marketing mix elements and the purchasing behavior of sports club customers. This research was applied research in terms of its purpose, and correlational descriptive research in terms of its nature, which was conducted in the field. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the male customers of sports clubs in Damghan city, due to the uncertainty of the number of the statistical population in this research, a statistical sample of 384 people was selected based on Cochran's formula for uncertain communities, which according to the number of questionnaires distributed 292 were selected as a sample, the sampling method in this research was relative random. The data collection tool in this research included the standard questionnaires of the mixed elements of appeal marketing (2008) and the standard questionnaire on Kim's shopping behavior (2008), which was used after checking the validity and reliability. The method of data analysis in this research included descriptive statistics tests and inferential statistics tests including Smirnov's Kolmograph, Cronbach's alpha test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient test using SPSS version 26 software. In general, the results of the research show that all elements of the marketing mix affect the buying behavior of the customers of sports clubs in Damghan City. Manuscript profile
