Abstract In order to prepare the karyotype of Raiini Goats from blood lymphocytes ,peripheral blood of 40Animals (20 male and 20 female) were taken from each breed and every genuse using heparinized Syring .Then ,all of the samples was transfered to laboratory and treat them in cool circumstance in 4degree of centigrade in refrigerator. After from each sample 0.5 ml of whole blood was cultured in RPMI1640 medium culture and incubated at 37ºC for 72 hours. The resulting (PHA-M) was used as mitogenic agent. After 72 hours 200µl cholchicine was added to each samples in order to stop the cell division and mitose cycle in metaphase stage. Then, they treated with hypotonic solution. Proliferated lymphocytes were spread and treated with trypsin enzyme, subsequently stained by G-banding method. All samples has monitored under microscope and pictures was sent to computer. The results showed that all goats have a diploid chromosome number of 2n=60. Each karyotype consisted of 29 pairs of acrocentric autosomes. The largest acrocentric chromosome was X and the smallest chromosome was Y. Manuscript profile

Golden eagle is one of the great raptor birds, living in mountainous and high regions of Iran. Various causes with origin of human or natural results various problems for this species. In this single-case report, a golden eagle from Chaharmahal-va- Bakhtiari province environmental organization was referred to veterinary clinic of Shahrekord University. Clinical symptoms included: Lethargy, inability to fly, surface and deep wounds, and severe lameness in the right leg. Radiographic image revealed fracture in the bones of radius and ulna on the wings and tibiotaresus in the leg. In this operation, the method of pinning surgery was used for wings and the method of bone plating with Cerculage wire was used for leg reconstruction. After twelve weeks of care and rehabilitation activities, the bird was released in its own environment. The environmental assessment showed complete improvement and the ability to fly and hunt by this eagle in its habitat. Manuscript profile

Toxocariasis caused by toxocara nematodes, is one of the most common parasitic diseases of humans and animals around the world. This nematode causes a small intestine parasitic infection in carnivores, and clinical Symptoms of this type of disease occur in different forms, depending on the number of swollen eggs (the rate of infection), the target organ that the larvae migrate to, the length of infection period and the patient's immune system's type of response. The purpose of this study was to determine the prevalence of Toxocara cati in a population of Persian and Stray cats referring to veterinary clinics located in Amol city in Mazandaran province. After completing the sampling process, the number of 65 persian and stray cats were sent to the private lab for examination. The results of this study showed that 15 cats (23%) were infected with parasites, of which 12 (80%) were infected by toxocara cati and the other 3 (20%) had other intestinal parasites. Among the toxocara cati infected cats, 3 (25%) were Persian and 9 (75%) were stray cats and the ones with other intestinal parasitic infections were all also stray cats. Therefore, considering the importance of this zoonosis disease it is essential to use a regular drug program for prevention and treatment. Manuscript profile

Abstract Anesthetics are used for a variety of reasons, such as to minimize or eliminate pain, relax muscles and even to facilitate clinical examination and diagnostic procedures. like other ruminants in camels, most of the surgical interventions are performed with local anesthesia and sedative. Different anesthetic regimens in practice for other animals also hold true in the camel..the most common drugs used for premedication/ sedation in camels were xylazine, romifidine, detomidine, medetomidine, tramadol and butorphanol. For induction and maintenance of anaesthesia, the following drugs were used most commonly: propofol, ketamine, xylazine- ketamine, ketamine-romifidine-diazepam, medetomidine-ketamine, propofol-xylazine, propofol-xylazine-diazepam, tramadol-xylazine, medetomidine-ketamine, medetomidine-ketamine-butorphanol and midazolam-propofol. The drugs used to reverse the effects of analgesia were atipamezole and natrelexone. The objectives of this article were to review all scientific data regarding anaesthetic drugs and anaesthetic protocols used for pre-medication, sedation, induction and maintenance of anaesthesia in camels (Camelus dromedarius) in the field was published 2008-2015.The effective doses and reported side effects were discussed. Parasitic diseases are a major obstacle to the growth and health of animals around the world. In this study, the frequency of gastrointestinal tract infections in native of Doroud city was investigated. A cross-sectional study was carried out on 120 pieces of native poultry in Dorood city in a randomized, multi-stage sampling. To investigate gastrointestinal parasitic infections, the mouth to the colloquium was used to separate the worms and, when worms were observed, they separated from the contents. The contents were then examined after being filtered with 100 sieve. The cestode species were studied by staining with the color of Schnaydrustosterone to detect using an optical microscope. In sum, the worm parasites isolated and detected from the gastrointestinal tract. Includes rye tinaa acinobutroids, 16/9%, riae tinatragonosa 5% and quantification of infandibulum 33.3%. Usually there is little pathogenic contamination with cestodes. Most of these colognes stick with their skulls and continue their lives. Daily use of magnetically-powered vehicles is also possible through mobile phones as well as being emitted into everyday life. In this study, the confirmation of cellular magnetic power waves with the brother of FSH and LH hormones in adult female rats was reported. In this purpose study, 24 number of 7-week age female rats were divided in to two groups of 12 rats each (control and test group). In test group, rats were exspoused to mobile phone radiation in 60 days, for 4 hours a day. After two months, rats anestethetised by chloroform, blood samples were collected from heart, and serum were removed bycentrifuged . Concentration of FSH and LH hormones was measured by ELISA. Based on the results, FSH and LH level in experimental group was significantly increased (p> 0.05). Electromagnetic waves affects on hypothalamal and GnRH released which can be increase change the Level of LH and FSH. Manuscript profile

In the present study, the effects of releasing weight on reared silver carp's growth and survival, as well as, its hematological indices were assessed. For this purpose, first eight 3-hectares ponds were divided into four treatments based on fishes' releasing weight equal to 2, 3, 4 and 5 g, then sampling from these animals was periodically done and the hematological indices were measured. At the end of the trial, the average weight of fishes (g) and total production of each pool (kg) was calculated. The results of the measurement of blood parameters indicated that the hematocrit percent was significantly increased following the releasing weight enhancement (P<0.05), but any statistical relationship was seen between the stocking weight and other blood indices (P>0.05). Furthermore, the growth and survival findings signified, whereas after releasing the weight of fishes, their final weight and growth rate were enhanced, the special growth rate was reduced statistically (P<0.05). Hence, based on present results, it will be achieved proper growth whenever silver carps are stocked 12000 individuals with 5 g weight. Manuscript profile
