The issue of economics and earning money is one of the most important issues in the world today, as it is one of the most powerful weapons in the Cold War. Although trade has been common among human beings since ancient times, but at any time, based on how the relations between people in society and progress in various scientific fields, has taken on a new face. For example, e-commerce is a new form of it in today's society. One of the issues in Islamic societies is the adaptation of day-to-day business practices to the rules of the holy sharia of Islam, and the answer to the question: Is it lawful to earn money in emerging ways? The present study aims to express the characteristics of legitimate business, in order to distinguish legitimate businesses from others. Examining the jurisprudential and legal books, these results were obtained: First, it respects private property according to the rule of Islamic domination, and every owner has the right to seize his property, except in cases where it has been prohibited for a reason. Another is that the purpose of the legal teachings of Islam about trade is not to express a specific type of trade and income among Muslims, but the characteristics of legitimacy are mentioned as conditions for the parties to the contract and the contract, to avoid possible differences and losses. The Islamic community should be prevented, so indefinite contracts have also been accepted. Also, the permissible conditions that the parties to the contract want. On the other hand, adherence to obligations and contracts is an inalienable principle of Islamic law, and contracts can be terminated only in special circumstances and based on the wishes of the parties or based on the protection of individual and social interests. The rijals of the sects have judged the narrators and injured some of them in order to ensure the authenticity of the hadith about the character of the narrators. For the narrator, he has considered the necessary attributes, the most important of which is "justice and recording". A study and analysis of the behavior and speech of prominent scholars and narrators, which is more compatible with reason and narration, shows that most of them have accepted the narrations of other religious people if they are authentic. The inclusion of the element of religion in the wound is rooted in the rule of the ummah and the differences of opinion in this regard. While the Shiite rijals have paid attention to the religion of the narrator due to the occurrence of deviation in the rule and the abuse of the rulers by the stream of hadith, the Sunni rijals have turned their attention to the religion of the narrator due to elements such as taqiya or phenomena such as exaggeration. In this analytical-argumentative article, it has been revealed that the unreasonable inclusion of the element of religion has caused the deprivation of a part of the prophetic heritage and the closing of the gap between the citizens of Islamic religions. After the revolt of Abu Muslim, another uprising against the Tazians broke out, which became known as the Sepid Jamgan movement. The Sepidjamgan movement is considered one of the religious, political and social movements of the Iranians in the second century AH. Despite the many sources available about this movement, there is still a lot of ignorance; Because most sources have spoken of them with anger, resentment and enmity. Therefore, most of our knowledge is related to the movement of the Sepidjamgan movement and the apparent life of its leader, and we do not have much information about their thoughts and ideas. Also, despite the contradictions seen in the sources, it is difficult to understand their opinions. But one can assume that their beliefs are a mixture of Manichaean, Mazdakian and even Shiite grains. Manuscript profile

The word Iblis has been used eleven times in the Holy Quran. The word opposite to the devil is "king", which is used in the plural of "angels". The opposition between the devil and the realm is in creation and in action. The reason for the expulsion of the devil from the divine door is disobedience to God's command, which appears in the guise of arrogance and jealousy. The Holy Qur'an describes the disobedience of the devil, not prostrating to Adam (peace be upon him). The word for the devil is the devil. The semantic domain of Iblis is limited to one meaning and it is a special name for an evil creature who did not prostrate to Adam (peace be upon him). The word devil has different meanings, which are: devil, jinn, human soldiers and jinn devil, the common name for every evil being, the heads of hypocrites, snakes, idols and the cause of disease. The semantic aspect of Iblis for the word Satan has the most verses, and Satan is more referred to as Iblis due to the predominance of usage. Pride and obsession are the substitute words of Satan in the Holy Quran. Rebel, humiliator of man, inviter to the fire of hell, obvious enemy, devoid of goodness, etc. are the characteristics of the devil. Rejection of Satan's guardianship, abstinence from forbidden food, supplication, true faith and trust, sincerity, remembrance of God, divine grace and mercy, are obstacles to Satan's influence and domination over man. Man has long had an inseparable connection with the sky, and by following the movements of the stars in the sky, and the coincidence of a series of ominous events on earth, he has realized the connection between the earth and the sky, or man and the stars. It is as if the movement of stars and stars in the sky somehow determines his destiny, and consequently, thinkers and messengers over the millennia have achieved patterns that could free mankind from the control of celestial forces. The most important theories and views in this regard can be found in two great schools and wisdom: Hermes and Enlightenment. These wisdoms believe that the constellations are a mechanism for controlling man, but at the same time, they believe in the free will of man who can overcome this rule which is a necessity of creation and free himself from this domination and captivity. Esoteric astronomy has been a part of the knowledge of thinkers and mystics in the past. This research may help to find ancient knowledge that has been thrown into the abyss of oblivion in order to pave the way for modern man. Manuscript profile
