The purpose of this study, Feasibility of tourism development in rural areas of the Takht-e Soleiman city Takab And research methods, descriptive - analytic study. The data from the questionnaires And statistical documentation and a plan has been made. The population studied in this work are Takht-e Soleyman of tourists The interview and question local authorities, The number of tourists in 1390, Equal to the estimated 91622 people Using random sampling Based on sampling Cochran,  382 patients chosen And completed a questionnaire. The study shows The variety of attractions in county  Takht-e Soleyman, How to deal with    tourists, local people, There is a significant relationship, But the existing residential         Reception and sports in the Takht-e Soleyman There is no significant relationship. Science and comply with environmental planning powers villages, Public and private sector        investment, Introduce more attractions in rural areas at local, national and international The position of the archaeological collection of villages near the throne of Takht-e Soleyman, Improvement of infrastructure facilities, Residence and reception, You can expect a change in the status of these villages Provided through the satisfaction and attract more tourists.   Today, rural’s transforming to urban is a challenge in develop and urbanization aesthetics, and many countries, spatially developing countries, meet it. In Iran, rural transforming to urban is one of important subjects in rural and urban development and  cause to country divisions transforming in urban recognition field in the early 1370 s and follow it, increase trend in rural transforming to urban and small urban centers formation in rural areas , find important. Transforming in urban recognition scales in Iran, cause to Iran urban increase from 520 to 817 urban in 1381, and add small towns to urban in residency network of the country. Now, as far potential and actually small town’s function in rural and regional    development, a one basic question introduce that: if rural transforming to urban can an   important step to alimentation rural big centers and their graduation in residency hierarchy has assigned and apply some of prime aims of rural and regional development , like: rural migrant reduction to bigger cities, confirmation inhabitant in rurals, provide an employment opportunities and increase urban service functions. So, Borujerd county to choice  in order to Oshtorinan small town(rurban) role is analysis in balance connection with Borujerds   environment rurals and for creation more balance in county, another rural can accept a rurban role in this county.   The power of a national government is maximized by combining hard and soft power. This combination, which is called smart power, is emerged through coordinated military and economic action if there might be more attention to what others think. For example, today based on liberal ideas, Iran cannot just by relying hard power convince other countries and world public opinion about its right reasons and actions. But taking advantage of the hard power factors, including having a long coast in Caspian Sea, Persian Gulf and Oman, and dominating on its strategic locations and locating in two major fields of energy of Persian Gulf and the Caspian Sea in the way of Caucasus and Central Asian countries to open water that create geopolitical capabilities and act in the geopolitical arena, in addition to the     vigilance against the enemy, keeping the along with the idea of a multipolar world, regional convergence, conflict resolution, development orientation and relying on a gas and oil power that are important points in Iran's soft power, can simultaneously operate more effectively in smart power strategy. With regard to this issue, this research has used descriptive and systematic analysis which is drawn from political geography and political science practices and energy (oil and gas) geopolitical role has been considered to provide an appropriate strategy in Iran's smart power. The results of this study indicate that Iran can increase its power by offering an appropriate strategy in smart power, particularly emphasizing on more action in geopolitical energy (oil and gas) due to its importance in the today's world  and having the second rate of these reserves in the world and  imposing its behavior and own reasoning to other countries. This   research in line with these questions has been conducted: 1 - the best time for ecotourism activities in the city Poldokhtar What is seasonal? Among a variety of ecotourism activities which have the greatest potential in the city Poldokhtar? For research purposes,  In this study, morphological factors, slope, aspect (the amount of radiation received in different seasons), elevation and land use in order to assess the feasibility of ecotourism in the area, the combined by functions Overlay of overlapping rational (Logical overlay) and overlapping social, ecotourism zones have been identified in different seasons. The results A     variety of ecotourism activities, nature guides up the 82.81 percent of the city Poldokhtar greatest potential for ecotourism activities in the city has.The daily variations of appropriate ecotourism zones, respectively, during the summer, with 10.2 percent, while Equinox with 3.3 percent, had the highest and lowest daily fluctuations.   The city is alive and dynamic phenomenon in the context of time that the city s body is the physic of the city and its soul is the citizens and their social interactions. Social actions in the context of the city are lead to alive, a sense of belonging to place and identity and one of the most important contexts of urban life, are the trails of urban neighborhoods. This study examines Chahno neighborhood, region 6, Mashhad city, considering potentials and limitations of quality walking neighborhood to promote walking the neighborhood with an emphasis on SWOT analysis model, this research is applied and the research methodology is descriptive-analytical. The data collection tool is library documents and survey. In this study, two types of questionnaires were prepared for experts and residents that 30 questionnaires were for experts and the sample size considering Cochran formula and volume  statistical population (10378 inhabitants in the neighborhood in 1385) is calculated  260 questionnaires. SWOT analysis shows that the quality of walking in the Chahno neighborhood has 11 strength points, 9 weakness points, 9 opportunity points and 7 threat points. Also the strategic decisions should be taken to improve current status of the neighborhood and at the end of the study, have been proposed obtained strategies. Manuscript profile

  Inresnt years nature and rate of population changes in the cuntry have caused first inharmenious urban population growth at the various sectious of time and secandly inharmenious distaribution of its growth in different  provinces with notice to provincial conditions and increasing and rapid growth trand. To clarifying many preblems such as causes and quality of relocation labor force and capital between cities , population high concentration in one region and decline in orders, studing urban network in urbanazation reserches has a considerable importence. In this regard with a quantitative- analytical opproach beased on statictical datas and library information this survey has analyzed urban network of golestan provinc Using spatial analysis such Rank-Zipf, Entropy coefficient, Varation coefficient, urban concentration and Primate city index, logarithmic distaribution , the distaribution Pattern of  urban sethemamts indeues. Survey  population includes all citys of the province golestan in three nose count from 1365- 1385 .Finding Reaserch are that urban concentration and Primate city index of the province have been increasing since 1375. RN index in the province golestan equals 1.75 which indicate random scattering with tendency to regulation pattarn. ResultS of the survey indicate that sustainable development and optimum urban and spatial hierarchy can be only attened by balanced  distaribution of facilities and services and creation of equal opportunities for all cities of province.   The purpose of the present study was to investigate the influence of factors on Farmer’s satisfaction regarding employment on Agricultural profession. The research method was a descriptive-correlational study of the survey type. The target population in the study was the entire farmers in Meshkin Shahr County. Using stratified random sampling technique, 185 participants were selected as statistical. The content and face validity of the instrument was specified after several times review and correction by the faculty of members at university and several expertise of administrative offices. The reliability analysis was conducted and Cronbach’s alpha values for the various sections of instrument were estimated to be between 0.68 and 0.79. The results of Pearson test showed that apart from variables of supporting from farmer creativity, difficulty of agricultural activity, supporting of government razor and drought edge, propaganda  of positive against farmers, regarding of public and education, existence of social subsistence, encouragement of local  reliable and total time of employment there was a statistically significant positive relationship between entire of  research variables  with farmers satisfaction regarding employment on agricultural profession. In addition, the results of the multivariate regression revealed that variables of suitable income of farmers, access of easy to inputs, rate of interest to agriculture profession, rate of use from informational resources, access of easy from services and extensional actions, ways of cultivation modern and rate of knowledge and skill explained 0.96 percent of variability of farmers satisfaction regarding farmers’ employment.   Finally, based on the results analysis, some applied recommendations have been provided.   I regard to the low irrigation efficiency in our country, the necessity of reconsidering        agricultural methods and creating a proper system for water resources management such as encouraging the farmers to use this technology and extending modern irrigation system is inevitable. using modern irrigation methods with high productivity not only causes an     increase in the total area under cultivation and the crop yield per unit area, but also plays an important role increasing farmers income and ultimately improving other qualitative indexes and living standards of rural households. The present study based on this concept attempts to examine the effect of modern irrigation techniques on productivity increase,cropping pattern change and production increase. It also evaluates the role of the government in encouraging and extending modern irrigation technology and its effect on the socio-economic conditions on rural households. To do this the farmers of the city Aliabad Katol irrigation their farms with traditional and modern methods were selected as the sample population and then were compared. Statistical tests such as correlation analysis,     independent t-test and Mann Whitney test were used to compare and measure the variables.   This research has considered the spatial interactions between  Nishabour city and Eshaghabad  rural district. District naturally has especial features and limitations, the        research method is analytical-descriptive and collecting the information have been done by  library method  and field work (with questionnaire) .Determination of sample volume has been done by Cocran method. We examined hypothesis by distributing  300  questionnaires between 5 sample villages in Eshaghebad rural district. The results showed the greatest similarities with Edward Ullman’s spatial interaction model.Therefore they are compared with this model.The findings also are certifying the universal core-periphery  relations in a regional range and also they show that periphery (Eshaghebad district) is surrounded from different aspects by center (Nishabour city). These relations are so great because of           different versions such as the lack of facilities in district, short distance, the high difference of services in two mentioned parts, Eshghabad was surrounded by Nishabour.
