The main purpose of this study was to investigate the role of the components of choice theory in entrepreneurship. This research is applied-developmental in purpose and is correlational descriptive in terms of research method. The statistical population of this study was associate and bachelor students of Ferdowsi and Applied Science universities of Mashhad. As the statistical population was uncountable (more than 1000 people), the sample size was determined 384 people by random sampling based on Morgan table. In order to collect data, entrepreneurship assessment questionnaires (Skarborov and Zimmerer, 2006) and needs assessment based on choice theory (Sahebi, 2002) have been used. The reliability of the Entrepreneurship Questionnaire is 0.87 and the dimensions of the choice theory are 0.91 based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient. And their validity has been confirmed by professors and experts. Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics through SPSS and LISREL software. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the components of choice theory and entrepreneurship. And the most relevant component is the need to survive with entrepreneurship at the rate of 0.719. To investigate the extent and the degree of the impact of each component of choice theory on entrepreneurship, the structural equation has been used and the designed model has been approved. The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the productivity model of education managers in Lorestan province. The research method was integrated (qualitative-quantitative) and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population in the qualitative stage included 12 experts and in the quantitative stage all the principals of the secondary schools of Lorestan province were 411 people. To determine the qualitative sample size by theoretical saturation method and in the quantitative part, from Krejcie-Morgan table, 199 people (102 men and 97 women) were selected as a statistical sample and selected by cluster random sampling method. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was assessed by professors and its reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha test and the value was 0.82. Spss26 software and lisrel structural equations were used for data analysis. The results of the qualitative section with Delphi panel showed that seven components of motivational factors, managerial factors, environmental factors, empowerment factors, acceptance factors, innovation factors and organizational factors and 62 indicators for managers' productivity were identified. The results of structural equations also showed that the factor load is motivational factors 0.84, managerial factors 0.79, environmental factors 0.80, empowerment factors 0.72, acceptance factors 0.83, innovation factors 0.69 and organizational factors 0.85. Also, all the estimation indicators of the measurement model indicated a good fit of the model. Manuscript profile

This study aims to identify the relationship between organizational silence- organizational forgetting and employees’ performance. The statistical population includes 670 employees in Science and Technology Ministry, 244 people were selected by stratified random sampling using Morgan Table. In order to collect data, standard performance questionnaire of Carry Hersey and Blanchard(1998), organizational silence by Vakula and Broadus (2005), and the questionnaire of organizational forgetting by Moshabbaki and et. al (2011) were used and their reliability and validity were confirmed.  The collected data was analyzed through SPSSS software and inferential descriptive statistics. Using Regression Test, it was proved that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational silence and organizational forgetting and employees’ performance; organizational silence and organizational forgetting cover approximately 46% of variations in employees’ performance rate. Performance decreases by the rise of quiet organizational silence, acquiescent organizational silence, and pro-social organizational silence. Also, performance decreases by the rise of intentional or accidental forgetting.  Manuscript profile

Psychological empowerment of Education and Training principals and the implementation of its related programs is one of the most important tools for creating transformation in educational system which can directly or indirectly increase productivity and human resource development. The scientific model of this paper is based on qualitative interviews with principals and education elites, and the sampling method was purposive and snowball sampling types. Eventually, by referring to experts, 18 qualitative interviews were conducted using Grounded Theory technique to identify psychological empowerment components in Mashhad Education and Training principals. The importance and necessity of every single component of the extracted psychological empowerment model was investigated. The research was analyzed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. The results of the study indicated that the total number of nodes (non-repetitive codes) was 140 which were synthesized through conceptual similarities and 124 nodes (common codes) were extracted on the basis of the researchers' intuition and understanding of the subject. They were categorized as tree nodes considering their commonality in terms of the two main components of the structural and managerial approaches and the existing 10 sub-components. In the following pages, the main and sub-components of the psychological empowerment of school principals of Mashhad Education and Training Office have been expressed. Manuscript profile

In the quantitative part, the research tool is a researcher-made, 90-item questionnaire that is compiled by reviewing the theoretical and practical foundations as well as the results of the exploratory interviews (through open and axial coding of exploratory interview texts). The results showed that out of a total of 30 initial categories with 90 concepts that were extracted from theoretical foundations and interviews, after exploratory factor analysis, 90 concepts were divided into 15 categories. The categories in different situations are: causal conditions include three categories, Background conditions include three categories ,Intervention conditions include three categories, Strategies include three categories Outcomes include three categories .The results indicate the importance of identifying the processes of the social studies curriculum model and they are suggested to be used to improve the elementary school social studies curriculum based on a multicultural approach.
