        Background:In this research, the survey of relation between psychological capital andorganizational commitment has been discussed. The psychological capital has been used fromthe findings of the researches "Luthans e tal ". Also in order to study of organizationalcommitment "three-part model of Allen & Meyer" has been used.Objective: The main purpose of this research is the study of the relationship betweencomponents of psychological capital and organizational commitment of personnel in labor andsocial affairs of East Azerbaijan Province.Methods:This research has been performed by using of questionnaires. For analysis data’sand test the hypothesis of research has been used from Spearman correlation test (SPSSSoftware). Statistic social in this research was the personnel of labor and social affairs of EastAzerbaijan Province and statistical sample consisted of 184 employees.Findings: Spearman correlation test indicated that 95% confidence level, significantly levelrelated to the basic hypothesis and the subsidiary hypothesis of research (except the secondsubsidiary hypothesis) was smaller than 5% error rate. So alternative-hypothesis is proven in allhypotheses except second subsidiary hypothesis. Manuscript profile

        Initially, organizational agility was used for the production and manufacturing organizations,but nowadays, the agility of governmental agencies and services are also been discussed. Thespeed of technological changes and increasing demands of customers, enforces the banks toenter the competition field in order to attract more and more customers. After all, agility is thenew paradigm that can answer to all the customers’ demands and the bank itself.In this article has been attempted to discuss the characteristics of organizational agility in thestate-own banks, then with providing a model for measuring organizational agility in Iranianstate-own banks, the readiness of Saderat Bank for organizational agility was surveyed. For thispurpose, the hexagonal model for the agility in the public sectors provided by the Institution“A.T.Kearney” is used. This model contains the dimensions of organizational change,leadership, culture and values, performance management, customer service and e-government.The method of the research is descriptive-survey method and the instrument was a number ofquestionnaires. The process of data collection in this study consists of two stages of Delphimethod and distribution of questionnaires. For data analysis, qualitative and quantitative dataanalysis methods were used. After qualitative analysis of data from Delphi method, withdescriptive and inferential statistics, quantitative data were analyzedIn the end of the study, found that there are gaps between the current situation and the desiresituation of organizational agility in Saderat bank and each of them were rated.         The purpose of this paper is to present a model for gas allocation to different sub-sectors inIran by means of Non-Linear Programming method. Stochastic programming approach isapplied to obtain the optimal system configuration meeting the gas demand in different subsectorsbased on available gas produced. The model considers possible threats would occur innatural gas supply. The solutions provide gas allocation to different sub-sectors at macro leveltaking the possible threats in to consideration. Research results show the significant percentageshare of gas should be assigned to residential-commercial, power plants, industries, natural gasinjection, exportation, petrochemical, rich gas injection, transportation and agriculturerespectively. The novelty of this work is its ability to quantitate possible threats using stochasticprogramming approach in order to provide more holistic point of view on energy securityfactors impacting gas allocation in Iran.         Knowledge in today's complicated and variable environment as the source for the strategicrestructuring of an organization is not hidden from anyone. Knowledge enables organizations tomake faster and more effective than past acquisition of knowledge and to apply, therefore,provides a basis for maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this studysupports the strengthening of organizational culture in knowledge sharing in cement factories(Suafian-Tabriz).This paper is as correlative-descriptive research and is from the appliedresearch. Statistical sampling is all of the employees from office-section in suafian commentfactories. For analysis the data, we used Spss and PLS software, in order to get results ofconformity factor analysis and partial least square.Hypothesis test results showed that the correlation between organizational culture andknowledge sharing with t = 68.87, in a significance level (p = 0.05) is significant .Thedimensions of organizational culture on knowledge sharing in both dimensions' adoptability (t=22.71) and mission (3.1 = t) are significant. The influence of dimensions of organizationalculture on organizational culture are significant, that also means from total of eight hypotheses,six hypotheses were confirmed.this results show that organizational culture is as the motivatorfactor, has direct influence on knowledge sharing.         This manuscript was based on the research studying the relation between system thinkingand creativity among high school principals in Tehran. The questionnaires were administeredbased on components of both variables. Such demographic variables as their educational degree,major, and working experience were also involved. Statistical population included 482principals of high schools for girls in Tehran sampled in 172 based on Cochran formula.Sampling was based on clustering method and data analysis process was done through usingSPSS in both descriptive and inferential statistics. Pearson correlation was employed to showthe probable relations. The results of the study show that there was a significant positiverelationship between system thinking (as the main variable) and the principals’ creativity ofgirls’ high schools in Tehran. There was also a meaningful and positive correlation between thecomponents of system thinking (system approach, holistic, and system performance) andprincipals’ creativity. Manuscript profile

        The aim of this paper is examine the moderating role of organization commitment,organization climate and job satisfaction as organization internal factors on the relationshipbetween organizational citizenship behavior and organization performance, using organ’s modelin Tehran general office of physical educations. Organizational citizenship behavior is a usefulset of behavior that is not listed in the job description but employees perform it while doingtheir tasks to help others. The method used in this paper is cross- sectional survey. The requiredin formation for the research were gathered in two ways: Library and questionnaire.
