        : On hand, since the 1970s, there has been massive change in the tradition of development and studies. With the revealing of the theoretical and practical defects of the massive models in the development tradition, more attention was focused on the context and the context in which development occurs, and unlike before, qualitative research has played a significant role in developmental studies. One of the most important qualitative methods based on the text is the participation and use of group experiences, the theory is groundless. This method, with a set of techniques and methods, provides an opportunity for theoretical thinking about the data obtained from the text. This issue and the vagueness of this kind of research in the present scientific community have caused the attention of the article to be. Here, two main steps in the theory of theory, namely data aggregation and analysis, are described using the objective examples given in the field of development studies and social change. The main purpose of this paper is to suggest the use of such a method in research development and the presentation of literature and the drawing of the practical steps of the theory of the ground. The result shows that the theory of developmental theories on the one hand can play an important role in developmental studies, and on the other hand, by responding to what social activists and stakeholders have about change and development, its components, The reasons for their resistance or acceptance, how they participated in the process of change and development, and so on, to reduce the cost of planning and policy making.         There is no doubt the media today, behaviors, beliefs shape public opinion, given that the era of media competition, and each of the following preferred media and legitimize their discourse based on the values of modernism includes in democracy. The main objective of the study is to investigate the relationship between media use with the trend of the values of democracy. That democratic values are considered in four dimensions (political participation, freedom of expression, political parties and participate in activities free demonstrations). This research is conducted as a survey using a questionnaires. The sample includes 384 citizens aged 20 years in four municipal districts of Tehran. The results of the questionnaire, data analyzed via ANOVA (one-way, are analyzed using SPSS software. The results show that the trend of democratic values in networks BBC and VOA and Network 20:30 news, the news network a statistically significant difference at 99% confidence there (F=24.701).         Tourism strategic planning is a tool in order to making optimal decisions and determining policies and development politics for tourism. Khalkhal city is one of the attractive tourist cities that because this city has some problems for tourism development, then strategic planning is necessary for it. In order to achieve this goal, strengths, weakness, opportunities and treats of tourism for this city is realized by SWOT analysis and is assessed by experts and is determined suitable tourism strategies and finally, these strategies prioritize by QSPM matrix. The results of this research shows that tourism Khalkhal city is between invade and defend strategies and more strategies related with educational and infrastructural sectors. The results of prioritize strategies shows that invade strategies is attention more than other strategies and so, tourism strategic planning for Khalkhal city must persuade using strengths in order to using opportunities and increasing strengths and decreasing weaknesses.         Today, the concern of all countries is to achieve sustainable development along with the balance and equality of all residents. This was introduced in 1978 as the "Sustainable Development" to the world of science. Prosperity or comfort is one aspect of achieving sustainable development in any country. In this regard, the present study aims to survey the social (economic, social) indicators of prosperity in 47 Islamic countries. The type of research is applied and its method is descriptive-analytical. The Shannon entropy model has been generalized to analyze information and Gray Analysis (GRA) has been used. The finding show that among 47 countries, Malaysia with a Gray Score of 0.573 is ranked first, and UAE and Qatar, respectively, with a Gray Score of 0.572 and 0.563, respectively, in second place Up to third. A total of 47 countries surveyed 22 countries in a desirable situation, 22 countries in a semi-desirable state, and finally 3 countries in poor condition. Countries that have been directly or indirectly confronted with internal and external conflicts in recent years have been worse in terms of indicators, including those from Iraq, Yemen and Syria. According to the results of the country analysis, the indicators of the country are indicative of bad status. The purpose of the research is to identify the components of the physical factors of social participation in the architecture of Students Camp, and this is a social and cultural issue which determines individual relationship and behavior on social groups that can be considered predominant factor in shaping social behavior. The method of this research is survey and based on the questionnaire of information gathering tool and the method of inductive reasoning. The statistical population is the kids of 11, 12 and 13 years old who answer the questionnaire questions.         The purpose of this present was identify the factors affecting social capital Islamic council members. It was a non-experimental, causative and applied study. The statistical population included members of rural Islamic councils of Tehran (3588 people). The sample size was determined 143 using Cochran formula. The main data gathering tools was questionnaire. The questionnaire validity was evaluated using specialists panel and its reliability was also evaluated by computing Cronach coefficient for its different sections. As the research findings revealed, 24.5% of the sample was at a high level in terms of social capital and 74.8% of the sample was at an age, membership background, social dignity, and awareness of rural Islamic councils, attitude towards council, membership in council, and social dignity determine totally 51.7% of the variation related to the research dependent variable.         Until recently, scientists and researchers in the universities refused the commercialization of academic research, and their main mission was merely the production of knowledge without reversing its application in the field of industrial production. It continued until knowledge emerged as a unique source of competitive advantage. Today, universities have shown a great desire to commercialize academic research, and commercialization of intellectual property has become the institutional goal of many academic systems. Commercialization plays an important role in introducing the products and services of knowledge- intensive companies to the market in order to generate economic benefits. Therefore, the present research aims to prioritize the factors affecting the commercialization of products in knowledge- intensive companies based in Pardis Technology Park (aka Iran Silicon Valley) using FAHP technique. In order to achieve this goal, a comprehensive overview of literature related to the current research, opinions, and comments of 82 experts and elites has been used to achieve results. The results of this research show that technological factors are the most important factor in the commercialization of products and services. Also, the sub-factors of research and development capacity, management commitment, government support, and competitive strategy have been the most important factor from the experts’ point of view.         The life style of the adolescents has undergone dramatic changes in recent years. The wide-spread use of fast-foods, the problems and dangers of urban living and the resultant lack of physical activity, increasing usage of the media and gaining familiarity with the cultures of different countries, and so forth, have led to vast changes in consumption behaviors and life styles of the young. Utilizing the ideas of scholars such as Pierre Bourdieu and Anthony Giddens, this article aims to investigate the effects of variables such as teacher’s behaviors, academic materials, and parents’ way of living, foreign media usage (namely the internet and satellite TV), parents’ socio-economic status, and friends on students’ healthy life style. The research population consisted of all male and female high school students of the city of Isfahan of which, using Cochran's formula, and 385 individuals are chosen as the sample. The results show that the mean score of healthy life style of the students was 2.4 out of 5 which is below the medium level. Statistical analysis results show that foreign media usage, parent's socio-economic status, and parent's way of living had more influence on students’ health-oriented life style. Manuscript profile
