        The present study was conducted with the aim of measuring the effectiveness of in-service training model for primary school principals in Hormozgan province. The research was qualitative. The statistical population included experts in the field of education, including university professors and directors of education. A total of 29 people were selected as the sample by targeted snowball sampling method. The data collection tools in the qualitative section were a review of relevant national and international documents as well as a semi-structured exploratory interview. Data classification was performed by data base and coding methods (open, axial and selective). In the qualitative part to determine the internal validity (validity) of the findings, in addition to the data were selected and confirmed by studying the theoretical foundations, research background, sources, interviews with focal people, the opinions and guidelines of a group of experts were taken into account. The final adjustment was made. In order to confirm the accuracy of the data, the validity of the study was used by the research members. Findings of the study indicated that the dimensions of the effectiveness model of in-service training for primary school principals in Hormozgan province were dimensions such as learner, content, readiness, teacher, practice, evaluation, environment, executive requirements, evaluation of results and organization and management. The general results of the research showed that dimensions such as learner, content, readiness, teacher, practice, evaluation, environment, executive requirements, evaluation of results and organization and management affected the in-service training of managers.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of mediation of meritocracy in the relationship between organizational justice and organizational learning in Mazandaran Tejarat Bank employees. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of Mazandaran Tejarat Bank, there were 489 people. Sample size using krejcie – Morgan tables, 215 people were selected by stratified random sampling method based on gender. The data gathering tool was Greenberg's Organizational Justice Questionnaire (1990), Organizational Learning Questionnaire (2001), and Moslehie meritocracy (2012). Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation test, bootstrapping test and inclusion variance test) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a relationship between organizational justice and organizational learning in Mazandaran Tejarat Bank employees with the mediating role of meritocracy. According to the results of the research, there is a relationship between organizational justices and meritocracy, meritocracy and organizational learning in Mazandaran Tejarat Bank employees.         Introduction: The aim of this study was to reduce Academic Procrastination based on teaching social-emotional skills and stress management in high school students. Method: quasi-experimental, pre-test design, post-test, control group and follow-up. The statistical population included high school students in Tehran's 15th district of education in the academic year of 1998-99. In this study, 45 students were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Assessment tools were Academic Procrastination Questionnaire (Riding, 2011) and General Health) 28 (GHQ- (Goldberg, 1972). Data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance and Bonferroni post hoc test. Results: It showed that teaching social-emotional skills and stress management has a significant effect on academic procrastination of high school students. Conclusion: The findings of the present study showed that emotional-social skills training and stress management can be used as an effective training to reduce academic procrastination.Keywords: Emotional-social, Stress management, Academic procrastination, Students.         The purpose of this study was to predict the job performance of primary school teachers based on the management style of principals by considering the mediating role of job satisfaction. The statistical population included all primary school teachers in Saghez city (633 people) by using of Cochran's formula and cluster sampling method sample size was equal to 239 person. Job satisfaction, management style and job performance questionnaires were used to collect data. Descriptive and inferential tests (Structural equation modeling) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that management style had a significant effect on teachers' job performance. Among management styles, only humanistic style had a significant effect on job performance and job satisfaction of teachers. Among the components of job satisfaction, the nature of work had a significant effect on teachers' job performance. Considering the T value of the general model, it is concluded that all paths were significant in 0.01 level. On the other hand, considering that the path coefficient obtained was significant in the direct model but lost its significance in the mediation model, it can be concluded that the job satisfaction variable completely mediates the effect of management style on job performance.         The purpose of this research was to design an educational system model based on the development of entrepreneurial attitude of art students in conservatories in Tehran and raised the question, what factors are effective in designing an educational system model based on the development of entrepreneurial attitude? Therefore, the method of this research is practical in terms of its purpose and An exploratory method has been carried out in this research, the method of data collection is a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) and the data collection tool is interviews with experts by conducting semi-structured interviews and questionnaires.         The present study was conducted to provide a model based on the effect of multimedia programs and e-learning on the teaching quality of faculty members of Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran province. The statistical population of all faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran province was 1532 people who were determined from 14 cities by stratified random sampling. Universities were divided into five categories (comprehensive, very large, large, medium and small). Using Cochran's formula, a sample size of 210 people was selected. The research method was survey and measurement tools included two researcher-made questionnaires in two sections of multimedia programs and e-learning with 38 questions and teaching quality with 40 questions. The face and content validity of the tool was approved by experts and specialists; Structural validity was also used and its reliability coefficient was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.93 and SPSS 22 software and LISREL 8.5 were used for analysis. The results showed that the components of multimedia programs, components of e-learning and dimensions of teaching quality of faculty members in Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran are above average and all Pearson correlation values ​​between independent variables of programs Multimedia and e-learning and their components with the dependent variable of teaching quality and its dimensions are significant and the direction of these relationships is positive and the degree of fit of the model is at the appropriate level and adaptation is over 90% and the model presented by Expert opinion has a relatively good fit.         Abstract The main purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the possibilities of developing a cognitive approach in primary education. This research has been done in terms of applied purpose and in terms the experimental method. The statistical population consists of school principals in Tehran province. The statistical population was about 3384 people, the sample size according to the Morgan table is 367 people and a multi-stage cluster sampling method was used. After collecting the questionnaires, 348 questionnaires were collected. In general, SPSS22 and LISREL software was used for data analysis. In order to analyze the data and in order to develop the cognitive approach in elementary education, the results showed that the highest average rank (4.88) belongs to emotional intelligence, which means that the most important factor in development It is the cognitive approach. We also used GOF in order to develop the cognitive approach in elementary education after the goodness index of the model, indicating a very strong overall fit of the overall research model. Also, the appropriateness of the pattern of development of the cognitive approach in primary education showed that based on the research done and the existing theoretical foundations, the suitability of the found pattern is approved. Imagery is a creative effort to visualize, recognize, and purposefully build possible, probable, and desirable futures based on external facts, whose main purpose is to warn, or create a favorable situation. The purpose of this research is to discover the image of the most key competencies required for the development of human resources of the people's government until the horizon of 1404.Since exploring the mental world and experiences of people and extracting their attitudes requires the use of qualitative research methods, the grounded theory method was used to conduct the research. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data, and after reaching theoretical saturation, necessary data were collected and analyzed by conducting interviews with 35 qualified officials. data set collected after the process of continuous data comparison and open, central and selective coding, in the form of 393 primary codes, 31 concepts, 11 categories and 5 classes, "image of human resources competencies of the popular government in the horizon of 1404" organization became.
