        The present study seeks to design a model for the competencies of Mellat Bank's IT managers as one of the most important economic hub and critical infrastructure of the country, so as to overcome the problems of previous models and provide a suitable framework for selection and appointment. Therefore, this study attempts to address the challenges of "one-dimensional look at competencies", "incompatibility of previous models". This research is based on the nature and method of descriptive type and based on purpose of applied type. From the typological point of view, research is in the field of qualitative research and in the deductive deductive paradigm. Data gathering tool is semi-structured interview. The qualitative data obtained from the interviews were coded using theme analysis and the most important qualifications were extracted, categorized and approved by the experts. The key dimensions of the identified competencies are: the dimension of fundamental competence, the dimension of technological competence. The research results show that the most important competencies layers of IT managers in the area of ​​fundamental competencies include individual competencies layer and educational competencies layer and in technological competencies dimension include general competencies layer and professional competencies layer of Information technology managers.         Significant changes have occurred in customers’ behaviors with the rise of competition in the working environment of nowadays’ banking industry. The purpose of this research is to determine the roles of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and word of mouth advertising in communication satisfaction of Parsian Bank customers. This research is practical in purpose and descriptive-correlative in method. Thus, after studying theoretical foundations of the research, different aspects of the variables were identified and by seeking the assessments of the experts, the research questionnaire was distributed and then collected. The sample volume was 384 people based on Cochran formula which was conducted through a random sampling in the available community. Also, for data analysis, structural equation technique and regression were utilized. The results confirm all research hypotheses and indicate that service quality leaves a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction, and also customer satisfaction variable has a significant positive impact on customer loyalty; service quality leaves a significant positive influence on word of mouth advertising, and besides, customer loyalty has a positive significant effect on word of mouth advertising, and word of mouth advertising by the customers of Parsian Bank leaves a significant positive effect on customers communication satisfaction.         One of the most important ways to succeed and sustain business is to build sustainability in banks in order to face environmental changes and threats. In management science, achieving such a goal is in the form of a concept called organizational resilience. The main objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between the organizational resilience components in the future bank with the success and sustainability of the business. In this research, an organizational resilience questionnaire based on the McManus model was used. After analyzing the data, using regression models fitted, it was concluded that resilience has a significant effect on the success and continuity of business in the future bank. Also, this The research, through the findings of previous observations and experiences, has proposed a model and hypothesis about the components that have affected the resilience. Using survey methods to investigate factors by analyzing the responses to the questions, the variables that affect the resilience were identified in 5 categories. After accurate and close observation of the parameters studied in the future bank and the collection of data from the bank's experts and the meaning of what was collected, it was found that the components of organizational strategies, banking concentration, competitive advantage, bank deposits and key products and services affect the continuity of the business.         The purpose of this study was to design a model for the development of social capital in the marketing sector of MELLI and MELLAT banks and to examine its role in customer loyalty. This research is applied in terms of purpose and analytical and exploratory of qualitative and quantitative combination based on structural equation modeling. Identification of dimensions and indicators of social capital by phenomenological method through semi-structured interviews was recorded by recording the life experiences of 12 managers of marketing and advertising departments of banks using sampling to reach theoretical adequacy. The final model consists of three dimensions (structural-administrative, cognitive-educational, behavioral-communicative) and 10 main categories and 36 subcategories (index). The results of statistical analysis were significant up to the level of main categories with structural equation method and showed that except for interaction and networking, the proposed model for social capital development was significant in 3 dimensions and 9 categories and 33 indices. Customer loyalty was presented in three dimensions: attitude, behavioral and hybrid, and a 19-question researcher-made questionnaire including 9 social capital categories and 10 items of customer loyalty was distributed among the marketing officers of banks using available sampling method and 118 questionnaire Collected. the role of social capital on customer loyalty analyzed by regression analysis.         The purpose of this research is to determine the role of organizational culture on innovation and change in the organization. Since in the present era, innovation and change are one of the most important requirements and competitive advantages for the survival and growth of each organization. Therefore, in this research, we examine the effective indicators of organizational culture on organizational innovation and change.The present research studies the role of organizational culture on innovation and change in organization in Renault Pars Company. The research method is descriptive survey. The statistical population of the present study included all employees and experts in Renault Pars Company. Sample size was determined using Cochran's formula of 155 people and the method of sampling was simple random. The research data were collected using library and field method and the tools used in the questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha (0.857) and the validity of the tool was confirmed by the content method. The research data were analyzed using statistical software, descriptive and inferential statistics using PLS software. The results show that rational culture, participatory culture and hierarchical culture have a positive impact on organizational change, and does not confirm the results of the impact of ideological culture on the effectiveness of the organization.         This research investigated the effect of cash holdings and financial crisis on the tail risk spillovers from financial sector companies to non-financial corporations listed in Tehran stock exchange. The purpose of this study is to examine the existing empirical evidence and determine the degree of conformity of the existing facts with the theoretical foundations of the relationship between tail risk spillovers and cash holdings by listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. The design of the study is descriptive-correlational and the data was collected via archival process. In this research, a sample of 136 companies from Tehran stock exchange companies was selected through a systematic sampling method. The research timeframe is 12 years from 2005 to 2016. Selective approach is used to test hypotheses by combining combined data and the integrated least squares regression (data panel) method has been used. The results of the study indicate a significant relationship between the cash holdings and the financial crisis over tail risk spillovers from financial sector companies to non-financial sector companies.         An organization must be looking for talents with earnestness in order to win the competition in order to increase its productivity and profitability. Therefore, in order to be able to influence on the human capital of an organization and to keep our competitive advantage, regardless of the type of industry and size of the organization, we need to have a clear and convincing strategy for implementing the compensation plan of employee services. Compensation of services is an important issue for most employees and employers and have important organizational implications. In this paper, we try to provide a suitable model based on the productivity approach for the National Iranian Gas Company in the field of material and immaterial services compensation. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and the methodology is a type of survey-descriptive researches. The statistical population of the study are all official staff of the National Iranian Gas Company, which are consists of 18832 people. Among them, 377 people were selected as the research sample by using the Cocran formula and the research period are included 2016 and 2017. A questionnaire was used to collect information about the variables and then using correlation and regression analysis, was paid to test the hypotheses. Finally, statistical results indicate that between the services compensation system and its components (material and non-material) with the dependent variable, the model of the effectiveness of the compensation system (productivity), there is a positive significant relationship.
