Abstract :
One of the most important ways to succeed and sustain business is to build sustainability in banks in order to face environmental changes and threats. In management science, achieving such a goal is in the form of a concept called organizational resilience. The main objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between the organizational resilience components in the future bank with the success and sustainability of the business. In this research, an organizational resilience questionnaire based on the McManus model was used. After analyzing the data, using regression models fitted, it was concluded that resilience has a significant effect on the success and continuity of business in the future bank. Also, this The research, through the findings of previous observations and experiences, has proposed a model and hypothesis about the components that have affected the resilience. Using survey methods to investigate factors by analyzing the responses to the questions, the variables that affect the resilience were identified in 5 categories. After accurate and close observation of the parameters studied in the future bank and the collection of data from the bank's experts and the meaning of what was collected, it was found that the components of organizational strategies, banking concentration, competitive advantage, bank deposits and key products and services affect the continuity of the business. Then, using the research variables and analytical methods, the causal relationship between the variables was presented.
