Identifying the influencing factors affecting the agricultural business marketing innovation clusters in Khuzestan Province was the goal of this study. Regarding to the nature of subject, the study is quantitative and regarding to the purpose, it is applied research. In terms of methodology, it is descriptive-correlational and analytical, and causal-relational type regarding to the control of variables, and in terms of time, it is a review study. The study population consisted all executives, assistants, and marketing staff of date production and processing workshops that are members of the date business cluster of Khuzestan. They are totally 67 workshops in which 392 people are employed in marketing. In this study, to determine the study population, random sampling method was used. Using the table provided by Krejcie and Morgan (1970) and according to the number of people and volume of the study sample size, the study population was estimated as n=190. Dependent variable is marketing innovation aspects in date business cluster and independent variables are individual characteristics, policy factors, underlying factors, economic factors, social factors, management factors and educational factors. The results of stepwise regression showed that policy, educational, social, and economic and management factors interactively explained 83.3 percent of the changes of dependent variable of the study. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the stability of micro-businesses in the agricultural sector of the Khuzestan province. This research is applied; In terms of data collection was Non-experimental and correlational research. The statistical population was all micro-business managers were created after 2005 in Khuzestan province that agricultural credit has used, number to 14,000 units a business of agriculture. The sample size was calculated based on Cochran formula of 185 people. The main instrument for measuring variables, the questionnaire. To determine the validity, content validity method was used. Reliability of the instrument was established by calculating Cronbach's alpha for different parts of the questionnaire (0.86). Between size of business, number of years of activity, the number of people employed, the amount of initial capital, the current output value and sustainability of a business agriculture and there is a significant positive relationship. The results showed those four variables, the amount of investment, size of business, the value of current production and time business activity about 63.3 percent of variance to explain the factors affecting the sustainability. Determining the importance of agricultural development criteria is crucial for accurate measurement of level of agricultural development in any area. Therefore, this descriptive-analytical study aims at determining the importance of the agricultural development criteria. For this purpose, weighing accounting process was implemented. The weighting of criteria was developed by obtaining a ratio scale based upon a paired comparison of each criterion. Thus, the study used archival documents, a questionnaire survey, and interviews. The statistical population was all managers and experts (N=150) in southern Kerman Jihad-e-Agriculture Organization. Therefore, 19 managers and specialists of the organization were involved in the study using snowball sampling technique. Data processing was done using SPSS19. Research findings indicated that agricultural development criteria could be categorized into eight criteria: development of infrastructure, institutional, human development, mechanization, livestock and animal products, animal health, horticulture and agronomy. This study aimed to sustainability analysis of specialized tobacco cultivation system in Golestan Province. Research method adopted a causal- correlational approach. The population of this research were all oriental tobacco growers of Golestan province and based on a Cochran formula 140 people was selected. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by a panel of experts, and its reliability was measured through Cronbach's alpha coefficients ranging from 0.706 to 0.81. The findings results showed that 13% of sustainability of specialized tobacco cultivation system was very high, 40.8% was high, 28.6% was medium, 17.6% was low, and the most important effective factors on sustainability of specialized tobacco  cultivation system was training and support service factors with path coefficient of 0.23 and 0.22. Also labor and economic empowerment status factors affected on Sustainability of specialized tobacco cultivation system in Golestan Province. Manuscript profile

Knowledge sharing as one of the aspects of knowledge management can be the most important factors for success in the changing environment of today's complex, especially in knowledge-based organizations. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation among the department of Extension and Rural Development of college of Agriculture in Tabriz University. it is an applied research and in terms of data collection is correlation survey. According to Morgan table, the sample of this study is 80 students of department of Extension and Rural Development of college of Agriculture and data have been collected by Dixon knowledge sharing model and innovation standardized questionnaires and data were analyzed by software spss18. Statistical Methods such as the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test statistics, Friedman test and Pearson's correlation coefficient and One-way analysis of variance)ANOVA( was used. The results show that the between sharing of knowledge and innovation in general and its variables such as ordinal knowledge sharing, sharing of explicit knowledge, tacit knowledge sharing, sharing of strategic knowledge and sharing expertise with innovation is a significant positive relationship. The sharing of knowledge among students of faculty of Agriculture is high, the level of ttendency to innovation is higher. The Purpose of this study was to analyze the challenges of micro-credit fund of rural women. Statistical population of this research consisted the rural women of micro credit fund members in Lorestan province (N= 772) that 160 of them determined as a statistical sample by using Cochran’s formula. Samples were selected based on multi stage cluster sampling method and data were collected by questionnaire of them. Questionnaire's reliability and validity were confirmed respectively through computing Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.96) and content validity. Data analyzed by SPSS and LISREL software. According to results of the exploratory factor analysis challenges of micro-credit fund in the empowering of rural women in Lorestan province categorized in seven factors that in order of importance are: Managerial – Administrative, Legal - Political, Production – Marketing, Members Character, Educational, Financial - Credit and Monitoring- Planning challenges. These challenges explained 74.5 percent of the total variance. Results of the confirmed factor analysis indicated the significance of these factors as challenges of micro-credit fund in the empowering of rural women in Lorestan province. Manuscript profile
