Cellular automata with evolutionary and complex behaviors are used in several applications such asgenerating random numbers, cryptography and optimization problems solving. In random numbersgeneration, this structure cannot produce long sequence of random numbers. For increasing thesequence of numbers, heterogeneous cellular automata with variable rules or combination of severalautomata may be used. In this paper combined heterogeneous cellular automata with contribution oflangton's ant as random number generator is presented. Langton's ant is a simple discrete dynamicalsystem, with a surprisingly complex behavior.Cellular automata are considered as generator of randomnumber and langton's ant is considered as stimuli of cellular automata and determiner of automata rule.Experimental results show that, in spite of our expectation, combination of langton's ant and cellularautomata does not have chaos behavior but illustrates pseudo-random behaviorwhich it results incycles of very long period lengths with limited number of cells such that a period length 2􀬷􀯡 isobtained by n cells. In addition to independence of initial core (initial value), it has been also provedthat generated numbers are independent of each other. Accordingly, some tests of random numbergenerators such as entropy, overlapping, minimum distance and Diehard(set of 17 triple test) havebeen performed and all of them have been successfully passed Manuscript profile

Human wrist is one of the most complex joints in human body. It has important role in moreoccupational and daily activities. Due to repetitive activities, generally it faced with variety ofsymptoms and injuries. Measurement of active stiffness of wrist articulation (ASWA) of human handduring quick release movement (QRM) via exertion of maximal voluntary moment (MVM), finally aidto exact assessment of disorders. In this research a test rig was designed and fabricated. It had abilityto measure the maximal voluntary moment of wrist articulation. Test of quick release movement inorder to measure the active stiffness was practicable via measurement of angular displacement andacceleration. Design and manufacturing of device proportionate with test qualification, usage ofmaterials with least of density, usage of exact sensors, least of errors in measurements, least of frictionforce were some of the specifications of the test rig. Tests of validation and repeatability wereperformed by statistics methodology. The device had ability of measurement of total parameters intwo states of flexion and extension of wrist joint .Measurement of wrist joint stiffness in four classes, was one of the most important abilities of the device. Abstract- Nowadays due to increase volume of data, finding correct and accurate data becomesignificant challenge which without computer systems that is impossible. Then, we always need asystem which can find suitable information in short time within vast of data. Recommendationsystems are solution of this problem. Recommendation systems by using Data Mining technique canprovide appropriate offers and choose prominent information from among large of data. In this systemif the user logged for first time, as his/her profile is null, so by using approach based on collaborationany similar user for this user is not found which represent Cold-Start problem. Therefore, it isintroduced resource recommendation system based on tagging which can help users for choosingsuitable resource and integrating resource among all users. The present method resolved Cold-Start problem in the beginning executes system by combined andintegrated methods based on content, collaboration, related words and user profile. If system does notcontain any information and start work for first time, it is recommend to user by using resourcecontent and related words that means it is greatest advantage of present system rather than previoussystems. The proposed system offers to user based on user's personal interests, interests of similarusers, content resources, databases which associated with ontology and related words. The results ofexperiment reveal that in present system accuracy and efficiency offers improved versus othermethods. Manuscript profile

Droopy eyelid surgery which is one of the most widespread cosmetic surgeries removes extra skinaround the eyelid and improves it. Therefore, determination of eye parameters has significant effectson success of the surgery. To obtain the exact eye parameters, pupil boundary should be segmented. Inthis paper a new method based on genetic algorithm has been proposed to segment pupil in eye imageswhich is a dark area with lowest entropy and have the maximum pixel intensity compared with itsneighborhood iris. Performance evaluation measures are computed and compared with other methods. The average accuracy and sensitivity calculated for proposed method are 99.80 and 95.17 respectively. Manuscript profile

Increasing amount of information on the web has motivated the creation of the recommendationsystems. These systems support users that are associated with large information spaces and lead themto the information they exactly need.Recommendation systems are still limited by several problems, such as sparsity, or the new userproblem. They also fail to make full usage and harness the power of domain knowledge and semanticweb ontologies. In this paper a recommendation system, called OntoTimes, is proposed that comprisessemantic relation of users associated tags with site’s ontology, further, it involves users time interestsin recommendations. Evaluations demonstrate that OntoTimes recommendation system, since userstime interests are involved, achieves better accuracy (47%) against the recommendation system thatare only based on ontology (37%).
