        Background: Today, with the advancement of technology and complicated things, namely modern societies, issues of social responsibility has been increasingly in the spotlight, so that non-compliance with the principles of human social and moral conflicts encountered. The importance of this is that many scholars believe that the lack of attention to social responsibility, measures of demand, sometimes immoral. The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of social factors on the quality of public services in the municipality is Eshtehard. Methods: The present study is descriptive - survey. Population size of 200 personnel of the organization using a random sample of 132 subjects in the study were tested in this study. A questionnaire was used to collect the data to determine its validity, the number of professors were considered. To measure reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated by spss software for social responsibility questionnaire 0.933 and 0.90 per cent respectively of the value of public service questionnaire that was a good value. Results: The results showed that the components of social responsibility, the quality of public service, have a significant positive impact. Manuscript profile

        The main purpose of this research is studying relationship between organizational culture and improving total productive maintenance (TPM) in Amol industrial town. This research according to its goal, is functional and according to its method is a descriptive and correlation study. Statistical population of this research consists of Amol industrial town’s companies so that these companies have experience about total productive maintenance and other relevant subjects of it. Number of statistical population’s companies are 110 companies and among them, 86 companies have been chosen as statistical sample. In this research a questionnaire has been used which reliability of it was measured by using Cornbrash’s Alpha. Coefficient of it for organizational culture is .865 and for improving total productive maintenance is .831. Pearson Correlation Coefficient has been used for testing hypothesizes and also for analyzing data, Spss16 and Minitab14 soft wares have been used. Conclusions resulted from testing hypothesizes, show that there is a positive correlation between each four factor of organizational culture factors i.e. creating team, learning, top management’s support and communication with improving total productive maintenance. But there is not a correlation between another factor of organizational culture i.e. negotiation and improving total productive maintenance. Also, Conclusions resulted from testing the main hypothesis of this research show that there is a positive and strong correlation between organizational culture and improving total productive maintenance.   Manuscript profile

        Each organization has its own organizational culture is organizational identity and corporate image cropping is essential. The study aims to understand the relationship between organizational culture and the identity and image of the Organization of Islamic Azad University Sama. Type method paper with a cross-sectional survey and applied research. Information needed for this study were collected in two ways libraries and questionnaire. The population consisted of employees (120) and customers (over a period of a month-70) is an organization with 90 employees and 60 Morgan clients were selected as sample. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect data. To describe the data frequency tables, and to respond to Hypothesis research of Pearson's correlation coefficient and partial correlation was used. The findings show a significant relationship between organizational culture and image and corporate identity, which is heavily involved in the relationship of solidarity between the components and the most corporate identity and the relationship between mission and corporate identity is the slowest component.         Today bank businesses require more focus on employees as internal customers, customer satisfaction and recognition of customers’ needs and demands. Therefore, elements like organizational climate and knowledge management can effect on developing interaction between employees and customers relationship. The aim of this research is to investigate relation between application of knowledge management and organizational climate with customer’s satisfaction in Sepah east branches of Tehran from employees’ perspectives. The methodology of the research is descriptive- correlation. Statistical society includes all branches of  Sepah east branches of Tehran containing 528 employees and statistical sample calculated 237 persons using accidental sampling and Morgan table. Data analysis has been done using descriptive and conceptual statistics and the Pierson correlation coefficient, T and regressions’ test. The research results declare that there is a meaningful relation between knowledge management and organizational climate with customer satisfaction and employee’s situation is in good conditions as knowledge management point of view. There is not meaningful relation between the knowledge management elements and with customer satisfaction and knowledge management elements except knowledge saving can predict customer satisfaction. In general, the application of knowledge management and open and proper organizational climate can help in employee motivation and developing their mood and result in level of customers satisfaction Manuscript profile
