The present study was conducted to identify the competencies of managers of e-learning (virtual) approach in the Islamic Azad University, Khuzestan Branch. This study is a combination of meta-analysis of qualitative research. The studied statistical population in the qualitative part of the research is based on the data theory of the foundation. The research method is data based on the type of research. The statistical population of experts (at least 5 years of management experience) 30 people were selected by snowball method. The method of data collection was interview to theoretical saturation. The methods of data analysis were open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The results of the analysis of the interviews showed that the meritocracy components of the managers of the Islamic Azad University of Khuzestan Province led to the identification of 186 items, 12 components and 4 dimensions. In a small part, Friedman test was used and priorities were used based on mean weighting. Specialized - knowledge competencies (educational competencies, research competencies, scientific competencies, skill competencies), communicative competencies (individual competencies, organizational competencies, social competencies), competencies Structural-professional orientation (technological and technological competencies, intellectual competencies, personality competencies) Moral-value competencies (doctrinal competencies, spiritual "religious and cultural" competencies) were formed. The present research has investigated the effectiveness and implementation of curriculum elements in the Shaad network from the perspective of primary school teachers. The present study is a research mixed with(qualitative-quantitative)approach,in terms of the objective, it is applied and descriptive-analytical.The statistical population of the research includes allprimary school teachers of the academic year1399-1400in the central part of Mirjaveh city,Sistan and Baluchistan province. The sample selection method was also purposeful; In this way,3 teachers and a total of 30people were selected for interview from every10elementary schools. The data collection tool in the qualitative part was the semi-structured interviews with primary school teachers, and in the quantitative approach, the use of researcher-made questionnaires. The method of qualitative data analysis three coding steps and for quantitative data, descriptive statistics was used. After analyzing the obtained data with emphasis on the main elements of the curriculum, 4general (main)categories,29sub-categories and81basic categories were identified as the most important key components for the pathology of the shad network. The results of the research showed that the degree of effectiveness and realization of curriculum elements(including goals, content, teaching-learning and evaluation methods)in the Shad network is relatively favorable; However, there is still a long way to reach the desired conditions, especially in the teaching-learning and evaluation methods. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Shad application on academic motivation and activity of first grade high school students in Sari in Persian literature during the Corona period. This method of study was quasi-experimental by a pretest-posttest design, with a control group, and a one-month follow-up period. The statistical sample included 30 first grade high school students in Sari, who were selected by simple random sampling and assigned by random assignment to experimental and control groups (15 persons in each group). The Experimental group studied literature for 2 months and two 90-minute sessions each week using Shad application. But the Control group learned literature lessons using PDF files. The used tools included the Educational motivation of Walrand et all (1992), and Agency as a fourth aspect of Students engagement during learning activities of Reeve, J and Tseng, M (2011) Questionnaires. The result showed an increase in academic motivation and activity of students in the Experimental group compare to the Control group. Since Shad application leads to increase academic motivation and activity, therefore, it can be used as an effective application in schools. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the technological literacy of teachers in virtual education in Shad network. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study was 142 female teachers in primary schools of Ghaemshahr Education Department in 2021-2022. Sample size using Krejcie and Morgan table, 103 people were selected by simple random sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by expert professors. Its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all research variables above 0.70. SPSS26 and PLS statistical software were used for data analysis and path analysis was used. The results showed that in-service training, curriculum planning with technological approach, hardware infrastructure, software infrastructure and electrical content are the factors affecting teachers' technological literacy and hardware infrastructure is the most influential factor and curriculum planning factor Technologically, it has the least impact on teachers' technological literacy in virtual education in Shad Network. The current research was of the objective, applied and descriptive research type. The statistical population included all 5697 students of the second year of high school in Shiraz. To collect data, Pourjamshidi et al.'s e-learning interaction questionnaire, Baker and Seriak's academic adjustment, and Antiado et al.'s cyberbullying experience questionnaire (CBVEQ) were used. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.81 for academic adjustment, 0.73 for interaction and 0.85 for cyber harassment, and its content validity was approved by educational science professors. The results were analyzed in two descriptive and inferential sections (linear regression and correlation) using SPSS25 software. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between academic adaptation and student interaction in the context of the learning management system (LMS). Also, there is a significant negative relationship between cyber harassment in social media with academic adjustment (r=-0.620) and students' interaction (r=-0.680) in the context of the electronic learning management system (LMS) (P=0 /000). Therefore, based on the results of linear regression analysis; Academic adaptation and interaction of students in the context of learning management system can be predicted based on cyber harassment in social media. The aim of this study was to identify the effectiveness of electronic content of experimental science course on the academic enthusiasm and vitality of seventh grade high school students based on the Scorm model. The present study was a quasi-experimental study with a pretest and posttest design with a control group. The statistical population was all seventh grade high school students in Hamadan in the academic year 1399-1398, from which 30 people were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly divided into two groups of 15 experimental and control. To conduct the research, under the same conditions, both pre-test groups were studied using Fredricks (2004) and Dehghanizadeh and Hossein Chari (2010) Academic Enthusiasm Questionnaire. It was given in such a way that the control group was trained in the classroom in the usual way and the experimental group learned the same things in the form of the Scorem standard. After the training sessions on the experimental group, The results of analysis of covariance showed that e-content teaching increases students' academic enthusiasm and vitality. In general, the results of this study showed that the use of e-content strategies training is effective to increase students' academic enthusiasm and vitality. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the research is to identify the position of information technology and innovation in the Undergraduate Biology Curriculum at Kabul Education University. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and exploratory Grounded theory method in the spring of 1401. To collect data, a semi-structured interview tool was used with two groups of biology professors and students who participated in 19. To analyze the data, the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin was used. Findings show that three important components include (the position of technology and innovation in the beauty of nature and environmental protection, the position of information technology and innovation in human and animal genetics and plant, the position of information technology and innovation in virtual education and augmented reality) were identified. The findings indicate that information technology and innovation in the field of biology are facing a deficiency of modern tools for conducting advanced experiments and using teaching-learning activities. To reduce the challenges, the officials and policymakers of information technology and innovation should pay attention to equipping modern laboratory materials and tools, building the capacity of human resources, and being aware of innovations.
