               In this article, the subject-matter is how culture affects the international negotiation. While exploring the very concept, we attempt to extract a usable definition in this field. in the next step, this paper tries to explain the intercultural communication based on significant cultural differences, according to our approach, that is the negotiation as an intercultural communication. Therefore, we describe the cultural approach in the international and foreign relations and try to demonstrate that those are some constructions of variety of nation-states’ cultures as actors in international relations scene.  In the next part, the issue of negotiation is stated as a current communicative process in international relations, while describing the process form and its content and the other various view-points in social sciences to it. Then we address the interaction between culture and negotiation by explaining variety of different cultural levels and elements that the very interaction influenced and engaged. Consequently, we focus on Iranian culture and its effect on negotiation based on Shmuel Bar`s study about Iranian culture and negotiate with Iranians in Herzliya public diplomacy document, the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and doctrines included in imam Khomeini`s commands as well.We introduce a model for any actor engaged in the negotiation process influenced by cultural context.   Manuscript profile

However, in most researches, the importance of non-material dimensions of power has been neglected. Undoubtedly Concentration on the material dimensions of power has flaws and certainly it does not yield a comprehensive account of analysis. Thus the idea of "soft power" that was suggested by Joseph Nye would be required to fill gaps in this realm of research. Accordingly, one of the cultural resources of soft power is definitely cinema. Undoubtedly, cinema as strong tool of soft power plays a great role in propagating and shaping of norms and values. In this sense, film can be aligned with the values ​​of others and play a major role in a country's international objectives.          Identity, national identity in particular. Is an issue which has not been dealt with yet, or if any, the definitions and discussions raised have barely accomplished. The present research has initially defined the national and individual identity and the relation between identity and culture. Therefore, the concept of the term “national” is clarified prior to deal with national identity. Since among principles of the research is to specify the specify the identity domain associated with society and city, a wide range of identities such as historical, geographical, political, religious, spiritual and cultural are explained. The rule of myths, customs, traditions, social contracts and ceremonies as regards identity are also discussed. The Iranian identity in poems of the prominent and impressive poets in the Constitution era as well as the way they were processed is to be notified.           The feminist theory of international relations in the 19th century, the structure of international relations and the state as the basic unit of international system and the supreme manifestation of the power seriously has criticized and they called for the transformation of this structure because of masculinity of the nature of the international system. So liberal feminists with emphasizes on necessity of maximum participation of women in the international system and radical feminists with invasion of the existing international structures has explained the gender role of women in politics. In general, the ranges of feminists with single-sex perspective follow the decentralization of male power structure or the destruction of the current system. While, Islam based on the intrinsic features of men and women, has stated his theory that has substantial differences with feminism. This paper examines and compares Islam theory and Feminist theory of international relations about role of gender in the International system. As a result will be determined Islam relying on the human nature of man and woman and biological differences between men and women believe on gender justice.           In view of the cultural diversity, all nations and societies around the world with their experience in the cultural, historical and religious diversity emphasize on their peculiarities and characteristics and respect their religious and cultural values as well as universal human rights. It should be emphasized that the main argument in the context of cultural diversity does not enhance the cultural relativism sophistry. What is the priority of strengthening intercultural dialogue is to achieve a universal definition of human rights, and the introduction of such an approach is the respect for cultural diversity. In this regard, historical experience provides some support for this argument. Many cultures and civilizations throughout history have been ups and downs. Some of them have grown, flourished and dominated, and some have been in steep decline. Although, cultural diversity, cultural rights, human security, economic development and human rights elements seem separate and distinct apparently, but closely intertwined each connected and integrated with each other and fall or develop any direct the other will be effective and efficient. In this paper, the cultural diversity in relation to human rights and human security has been assessed to what extent the ability of peaceful coexistence between different cultures in one country, the region and the world stage in such a view is provided.           Nowadays, post-colonial studies is considered as an interdisciplinary research areas and one of the most serious areas of new studies on the relationship between culture and imperialism, colonialism and cultural heritage in developing countries. One of the main motivations in post-colonial studies is to provide new resistant reading imperialist of Western culture, in its new neo-imperialistic, discourse and materialistic forms. Using a descriptive-analytical methodology, this study aims to answer the question of the approach of post-colonialism toward culture and cultural imperialism and the way it was written. The results show that the most important aim to investigation of the researches done in this area has been "an attempt to be recognized". It means that non-western knowledge and culture should be recognized and it is accepted as dialogue; furthermore, the role and share of non-western people in shaping the world culture should be taken into consideration and appreciated. One condition for fulfilling this purpose is that the policy of "assimilation", especially in the field of culture, is replaced by the policy of "recognizing difference". Manuscript profile
