        The development of tourism in urban areas plays an important role in diversifying the economies of local communities andis one of the sources of job creation and making money and the basis for sustainable developmentof urban economics.Tourism development depends on providingconditions that will make the industry cycle more secure.Themain purpose of the research is to identify and analyzethe problems of thedevelopment of the tourism industry inthe middle of the Khoy region from the point of view of the local communitywith anemphasis onthe role ofShamsTabrizi'sTomb inthis regard.The current research is descriptive-analytic anddata collection through library studies andobservation Field(distribution of questionnaire)is doneThe statistical population of the study was383 local residents in1396,which was used todetermine the sample size using Cochran's sampling method.For analyzing andcategorizing the extracted data from the questionnaire and testing the main hypothesis,one-samplet-test was used for SPSSsoftware.Findings ofthe research indicate that from theperspective of the local community,thecity of Khoy,with the presence ofMazar-e Shams,has the capabilities and potential of tourism development and becoming one of the tourism centers of the province and country.But in this context, there are a number of challenges, barriers and problems such as indicators of infrastructure facilitiesand public infrastructure,health and quality of the environment,tourism attractions and urban management.The effect and influence of these factors on tourism development and tourist attraction are positive and positive.Theresults of the hypothesis test indicate that these factors are oneof thechallenges of tourism development from thepoint of view of the local community andthe physical activities undertaken to developtourism through ShamsTabrizi have not been sufficient.         Geopark Qeshm, with an area of about 30 km2 , is located in the western part of Qeshm city. . The purpose of this study was to estimate the geopark recreational value in Qeshm by the cost method, This method is based on the estimation of the relationship between the number of visitors to a recreation, and the distance of their residential accommodation from the resort and the average cost of seafarers . To this end, considering Qeshm Geopark as the center, 6 half-circles with a constant 95-kilometer distance to cover the entire country. Then, using the existing statistics and statistics, the area and population living in each region were calculated. At the next stage, the socioeconomic data extracted from the supplementary questionnaires by the visitors was analyzed. According to the available data, the relationship between the cost of traveling to the number of visitors to the resort is drawn. Then, considering the different rudders and adding them to the total access fees, the new ratio of visitors and the demand curve of Geopark Qeshm is drawn up. Finally, the daily recreational value of Geopark Qeshm was calculated by calculating the sub-curve of demand of 5055970000 Rials (equivalent to $ 11,243), which represents the high recreational value of this geopark.         In this research in order to evaluate the tourism Climate Comfort Index, using the Tourism Climate Index (TCI), Physiological Equivalent Temperature (PET) and climate data gathered from 13 synoptic stations of the state, the state’s comfort condition is explained through one year. In this way, first the climate data related to the studied stations are gathered from Meteorological Organization of the State. After analyzing and processing in Excel and preparing information banks for each one of the indexes with the separation of the each month of the year for every station was calculated. Later, in order to find TCI index, information about this indicator was transferred to the TCI_Calculator software and PET index was transferred to the RayMan Software, Then, using the technique of GIS, Maps of studied indexes were prepared for each month of the year and for each of the stations. The result of studying these indexes showed that, the tourism’s conditions of comfort in the studied stations over the year, based on TCI indicator on January, February, April, July, August, March, May, October, November and December (with three classifications of, marginal, acceptable and good) were the worst in terms of comfort, other months (with three classifications of, very good, excellent and ideal) had the best condition in terms of Tourism comfort. Based on PET indicators June, July, August, May and September had better comforting conditions for tourists, the rest of the year was chosen to have the worst comfort condition for tourists.         Regarding the placement of Masumeh's Holy Shrine and the sacred mosque of Jamkaran at Qom city, it considered to be the most important Shia religious center and the second largest pilgrimage center in the country. Furthermore, situated this city on the intersection of communication routes of 17 provinces, it is the most important focal point of transportation network in Iran. Hence, identifying influential factors that increase satisfaction of visitors by meeting the expectations of them will usually help to attract more tourists and subsequently increase the length of residence. The current study is an applied research in terms of time, nature and descriptive-analytical method. The statistical population of the study is visitors entering Qom in summer 2017, in which 384 individuals were selected as sample of analysis. In order to analyze the data and evaluate satisfaction of visitors, each element of the urban tourism product (primary, secondary and lateral) is classified and analyzed based on the Jansen-Verbeke’s Structure of Urban Tourism in the categories of basic, functional and motivation needs of the Kano model. The results of this study shows that the most important satisfaction priorities in the functional requirements group are respectively friendly behavior of mutual respect, responsiveness and hospitality of the people and diversification into the attractions of urban tourism (complementary to pilgrimage and religious tourism), and the most important priorities in the motivational requirements group participate in evening events and nightlife and the presence of road signs in the city, providing maps and brochures to tourists Manuscript profile

This paper has been conducted using descriptive-survey research method and holding participatory workshops (PRAs), a questionnaire (in accordance with theoretical model and research background) and interviews. The data were collected using Spss software and the statistical population of all residents of Qardin rural (Pomegranate village of Qardin) in Markazi part of Saveh city with a statistical sample based on Cochran formula (184 people).         The customers of each organization are the focal point of the organization. This idea of customer expectations in order to satisfy their needs and the provision of appropriate services and even superior quality of service to service organizations is inevitable. The hotel industry is not the exception. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and is descriptive and correlational in terms of its purpose. The statistical population of this study was made by all permanent clients of hotels in Kurdistan province who stayed at least one night in a hotel for at least one night. Since the exact statistics of the population of the clients of the hotels in the province are not available and the community is unlimited, the sample size was determined by the Cochran formula and 384 were determined. The sampling method is simple and categorized. The dependent variable of research is customer loyalty, which was measured by the variables of service quality (independent) and customer satisfaction (mediation) based on the Surkalo & Moghimi (1392) questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation model have been used to investigate the hypotheses. The results of the research showed that the quality of services is high in the customers' view. Also, the data represents customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results show that the components of service quality and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Manuscript profile
