Present study was consisted on 18 advance barley genotypes which was investigated at Gachsaran Agricultural Research Station for two years with RCBD design with 4 replications. During growing year recording data form agronomic important characters. For statistical analysis was performed by software's such as SAS 9.4, Genstat and GGbiplot. Combine analysis of variance was done for grain yield and some agronomic characters at stress and non stress condition and grain yield mean comparisons was accomplished via Duncan at 1% probability level. Grain yield Combine analysis of variance at stress condition showed that year effect and year× variety interaction effect were significant at 1% probability level and variety effect not significant. But at non stress condition just year effect was significant and other effects not significant. Grain yield mean comparisons at 1% probability level indicated that L13 with 4.483 t/ha and 5.814 t/ha at stress and non stress condition was placed at the first class. Considering drought stress tolerant indices showed that L13 detected as the best tolerant genotype to stress condition. Principle components analysis results showed that just 2 components explained 98.2% of total diversity among data. The first components having high and positive correlation with grain yield at stress condition and stress indices such as mean productivity, harmonic mean, geometrical mean productivity, yield index, yield stability index, stress tolerance index, modified stress tolerance index in stress and non stress condition and finally drought index. For this reason the first component identified as the stress tolerant component. But the 2nd component just with justifying 1.8% of total variation having correlation with TOL index and stress susceptibility index identified as the sensitive component. Manuscript profile

In order to evaluate the seed germination indices of Tagetes) Tagetes erecta (under smopriming and drought stress treatments, an experiment was conducted as factorial in a randomized complete block design with three replications at the agronomy laboratory, faculty of agriculture, Shahrekord University. For this purpose, drought stress in levels of 0, -4, -8 and -12 bar and priming of seeds in levels of 0, -2, -4, -6 and -8 bar were applied using PEG6000. In this experiment, characteristics of germination percentage, germination rate, seed vigor index and mean germination time were evaluated. The results showed that by increasing drought stress from 0 to -4 bar, germination percentage, germination rate and seed vigor index significantly decreased while mean germination time increased and reached to 0 at the potentials of -8 and -12 bar. The maximum germination rate was observed at -2 bar priming whereas the increasing percentage was 24.91 compared to control. Also, it was found that by increasing drought stress, at the level of -4 bar, the maximum germination percentage, germination rate and seed vigor index obtained and the minimum of mean germination time was at -2 bar priming. In general, the osmopriming was able to increase the tolerance of Tagetes seeds against drought stress during germination and improve the properties of Tagetes seed germination. Manuscript profile

Melissa (Melissa offcinalis L.), a member of a Lamiaceae family, is a medical plant. The main most important pharmacological properties can be soothin, strengthening nerve, carminative and memory booster. The presence of heavy metals is one of important environmental stresses that can reduce growth and production of types of reactive oxygen. In the present study, the effect of copper sulfate (CuSO4) on some physiological parameters of melissa was examined. So melissa was treated with different concentrations of copper sulfate (0, 10, 20, 30 mM) in 6-leaf stage. Then melissa was harvested after two weeks in order to examine malondialdehyde, gayacol peroxidase, peroxidase and poly phenol oxidase antioxidative enzymes activity. The results showed that when copper sulfate increased in comparison with control, the activity of lipid peroxidation (malondialdehyde) and antioxidant enzymes increased significantly. Totally, all used copper sulfate concentrations caused toxicity in melissa and it showed that the plant is sensitive to huge amount of copper. This study investigated the effect of copper sulfate on malondialdehyde, gayacol peroxidase, peroxidase and poly phenol oxidase antioxidative enzymes activity in melissa. Manuscript profile

With due attention to the conditions of climate in Beyranshahr (lorestan). and for controlling about fair recommend , date of planting , also determining about the fair way of adornment , of planting , in other words , accumulation of desired crucible in Hectare unit for  K.S.C 647 digit . This plan based on the way split Factorial in the model of random blocks, four repeat, in village of gollab (Beyranshahr – Lorestan), was done. In these experiments from the stage of planting to harvesting , constant taking note about researches of maize , height of crucible , roasted maize – number of days reading physiology , measuring functions particles , such as number of seeds in a row, number of seed row , weight of  roasted maize seed , weight of seed thousand , dry weight of roasted maize wood , function biologic , height of crucible , planting indicator , indicator of leaf surface , number of ending leaf , about every patient will do and calculate . The summary of resulting about experiment and contrasting of average of simple effects, and against measured characteristics, would show that simple effect of planting date and effect of planting adornment against seed function isn’t meaning less. But most of seed function in crucible accumulation, earned was (85/000). Those 14.653 tons in every Hectare In against effects of planting date , accumulation of  crucible and planting adornment the most seed function in date of second planting (31/May/2014) and seed accumulating (85/000) at distance of lines 25 cm (two rows) with 15/849 tons in Hectare will be attained . In this research, for this region, we recommend, date of second planting (31/May/2014) and seed accumulation (85/000). For germinating and grow thing of maize plant, we will have a Fair opportunity, planting characters tics and seed function, will have a fair development. In the end, the part of source will be supported and seed function will be increased. In the meantime, we don’t recommend the date of third planting, because there isn’t enough opportunity for decreasing the wet of maize seed in the farm, and it isn’t available to have a bed for other product.   Manuscript profile

Sesame is one of the oldest crops in the world that is commonly cultivated in arid and semi-arid due to high oil seeds (42-52 %). This study was conducted to investigate the effects of sulfur and biological fertilizers on physiological parameters of sesame at Sari Agriculture sciences and Natural Resources University in 2014 crop year. The experiment was conducted in a split factorial design based on randomized complete block design in three blocks. Where the main factor was irrigation treatments in four levels (normal irrigation, 110, 140 and 170 mm evaporation from pan) and sub-plots include sesame varieties (K1 and Oltan) and fertilizer treatment in four levels (control, sulfur, thiobacillus-biological and combined sulfur thiobacillus-biological) in factorial arrangement. The results showed that different levels of drought stress has a significant effect (p Manuscript profile
