Nowadays with increasing population growth and the tendency of large cities to accept immigrants, the lack of public parking spaces in these cities is obvious. The inclusion of public parking spaces in developing countries is one of the significant issues in city’s transportation system. Ardabil is one of the centers of the country's newly-established provinces that due to  deprivation and the lack of necessary substructures in transportation section, proportional to the increase of number of the automobiles and it's narrow streets (that according to some people they were built 60 years ago for carriages to cross ), it hasn't changed into a megacity yet and  is the first city which forms the traffic point of view has outrun all the other megacities. This city which has old and inefficient structures frequently lacks methodical maps and the essential space to park the vehicles especially during  rush hours. These factors along with the characteristics of being a tourism site necessitate building of parking lots for removing and controlling the traffic in this city. Therefore, in this research to prevent the traffic jam inside the city, the Analysis of Hierarchical Procedures (AHP) and Weight Co-covering Index were used to launch locating of parking lots in Ardabil's district 2. Attending the studies that have been done in the field of outer layer in AHP Procedure and Weight Co-covering index, we observe that the efficiency of The Analysis of Hierarchical Procedure (AHP) is remarkably important. Since, this procedure is flexible, we can launch producing the maps with low risk to high risk. While, in Weight Co-covering Index the layer can be divided to 3 or 4 unsuitable categories to suitable ones, outer layer produced by this procedure conforms to the layer produced by AHP with average risk. Most of the selected sites for building parking lots by these two procedures have been located in barren lands.   Manuscript profile

Land use planning program has  always been the most important factor in urban planning, because it determines land use and spatial structure of cities, on the one hand,  and on the other hand it also determines the economic value of each piece of land. Therefore,  different perspectives are presented on ways of using this important resource that are important  regardless of quality of life issues, while the quantity, per capita and access are considered. In the recent decades changes have happened to the urban planning.  Consequently,  land use planning has been neglected  and  attention to land quality issues were rare. There have been times when solutions  have been offered for improving it, however, inefficient and inadequate. In this regard, approaches to sustainable development with emphasis on efficient use of land has provided a  new approach in urban planning and has been followed by the most important element of it - Land use planning.   In this paper it  has been tried to choose most important indicators that are effective on urban land use; also this indicators were adapted on sustainable devel0opment then they  were used for evaluation of urban sustainability of urban land use. Since the protection of monuments and their privacy were of the most important elements of sustainable development, indicators were chosen with emphasis on protection of monuments and privacy compliance date . Further we were trying to combined these indicators with other indicators of urban sustainable development. For this purpose order maps showing space density were used to determine Kernel density estimation (KDE) and for combination of  layers and providing  the final map on AHP model. The results show that districts located in the eastern half – New city districts- have more stability than the  districts located in thewestern half in city of Susa. Manuscript profile

Presently, the  dynamic system of  cities constantly change and transform. The result is the dilapidated structure of the city. This tissue of the old Nuclear cities has not been reviewed across the time  and has suffered from exhaustion and lack of efficiency. However, some of them have been built in the recent period without observing regulations and City Planning  regulations. Now facing  with many issues and creating problems to the other places of the city which are  also transferring, these places need a further attention . The present research is intended to investigate strengthening the old city districts.  Firouz Abad city is the focus of the research in which the two districts of Barband and Phaz-e- Yek( phase one) are chosen as the dilapidated and restructured areas , respectively.  The method of inquiry is  based on the goal and the level of  practicality and is based on the nature  of the research which is a descriptive method.  Information  was collected through library resources an annotated  sources using the question letter Interview. An analysis of comparative information was conducted  after the track in the quarters and then the dimensions of social quarters, Economic and skeletal  structures were all determined.  The results show that with regard to the conditions in the  districts studied, the residents asked in the field showed  improvement indicators of their life. Furthermore, they showed feeling responsibility for problems in the neighborhood;  meaningful difference were not observed between the feeling of the residents of the two areas for improving their areas with respect to the indicators investigated in the present research.  On the other hand, skeletal Analysis shows solutions provided by the efficient services offered by the municipality have led to improvements as well as a high level of interest and enthusiasm in participating for providing solutions to the problems Manuscript profile

Aesthetic concern  is one of the most important concepts to realization of mental relaxation for citizens. Many of the aesthetic functions which includes environmental convenience, accessibility or permeability, diversity, readability, spatial order, sequence of perspective, perception of space are attractive in the design of urban landscape. Without attention to beautification elements in urban environmental design, physical freshness and liveliness can not be gained. The main objectiveof thisstudy isdetermining theoptimal strategy, ranking and analysis of  aesthetic functions in the 6th district of Tehran. First we used SWOT and ANP for determining the best strategy. Studies show that WO strategy or diversification and conservative strategy is the most important strategy in the district. Then two important variables of Performance and satisfaction of Beautification Organization were Evaluated With emphasis on the seven indexes (number of beautification elements, Locating, shape and form, color, environmental harmony, lighting and readability) by means of SPSS running  Pearson’s coefficient of correlation formula. The results show that there is direct relation between satisfaction of citizens and Performance of Beautification Organization which means that, performance increases by increasing satisfaction. In relation with performance index of Beautification Organization, the highest average of performance was located for men and color for women. The Minimum average was the elements’ number index for men and for women. In relation with satisfaction index of Beautification Organization the highest average of satisfaction was for  color  and the minimum average was lighting. Finally for ranking of regions inside the district, the AHP model was used for surveying performance and satisfaction in regions’ scales. The district 2 was ranked as the highest rank and the district 1 was ranked  as the lowest rank on the base of performance and satisfaction of the whole citizens. The results of study showed that Emphasis on urban statues, regional parks, lighting, urban furniture, and land use change of abandoned places and local cleaning and gaining innovative ideas are the most important mechanisms to improve the current situation in district beautification.             No one can ever deny the geomorphologic constrains for physical development of cities as a main task of Geographers and urban planners. Recent socio-economic issues caused rapid disproportionate balance of natural potentials of the city by making lots of consequences and risks. Rapid growth of population and occupying more lands in the city lead to misbalancing between physical growth and desirable agricultural farms and gardens around the cities by causing lots of Irreparable damage to the environment. Therefore, locating suitable land for urban development is necessary. In this research, by using questionnaire, AHP model and Fuzzy model in ARC GIS, constrains and preferable lands for future development of Tuyserkan based on 9 criteria (slope, distance from river, distance from the fault, height, coverage vegetation, land type, land use, and flooding of the ground material) were analyzed and mapped to 5 units of zoning.   Manuscript profile

Different countries have a different position  in terms of economic, political, cultural, security and so on. These factors would determine the global ranking of countries in the geopolitical structure of the world. This position is global geopolitical situation in terms of sum and product of the factors that contribute to determining the geopolitical position which  is called geopolitical weight. Factors determine the potential for a significant part of a country determine its geopolitical weight. Territorial potentials, which have important role in determining the weight and geopolitical position of the country as well as the development and independence of their country's strategic capabilities. In this paper, we have tried to study the role of the different provinces of a country's strategic potential of their analysis and their provincial ranking. In this context, the fundamental question is: What are the provinces in terms of territorial strategic capabilities that have the greatest impact on the country's geopolitical weight? This cross-sectional study was conducted in a manner and the form of mixed-method (quantitative-qualitative). Data of the paper have been collected from the literature and documents of the governors and institutions and reputable sites and ministries Manuscript profile
