        Many domestic and international causes and factors have been proposed to explain and analyze the formation of the Iranian Islamic Revolution, but the basis and development of the Iranian (religious) identity has not been addressed. Therefore, with the aim of finding the main basis of identity in the formation of the Islamic Revolution, this research seeks to find the main axis of the formation of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in the framework of the historical identity of Iranians. This article proposes the hypothesis that "Identity development in Iran by using modern elements and concepts and injecting Islamic content into it was able to prepare the mentality of the formation of the Islamic Revolution. It tries to explain the mentioned hypothesis by descriptive-analytical method and using Paul Ricoeur's "narrative identity" theory. The obtained findings show that Behsan religion is a historical current and with occasional ups and downs, it is the center of identity development in Iran, and it has shown positive and negative reactions against the external and internal elements of identity, according to their religious or anti-religious content, that the acceptance of Islam and The formation of the Islamic revolution is one of the positive points and confronting the attack of Alexander, the Mongols and the failure of constitutionalism are the results of the negative reactions of religious identity in Iran. As a result of digesting the elements of modernity, the Islamic revolution was manifested in the concept of "returning to oneself" which was interpreted and supported by concepts such as reason, self-awareness, freedom, equality, liberation, revolution and change.         This article is written with the aim of investigating the role of the media in the awareness of the Iranian people regarding the political, social and cultural conditions after the revolution. The method used in this research is survey. The statistical population of this research is 18-29-year-old youth of Shiraz city in 1401, and 360 of these youths were randomly surveyed in different parts of Shiraz city. The results of this research show that the subjects use virtual space at a high level and virtual space plays a big role in their awareness of the political, social and cultural conditions of Iran. The radio and television of the Islamic Republic of Iran is also used at an average level, and the level of people's trust in the news and information of the radio and television is at an average level.         Examining the issue of the rentier government from different perspectives is necessary to understand the functioning of the Pahlavi rentier government. The innovation of the current research is to examine the impact of the rentier government on the change of the political and social field of the 1950s and the construction of the discourse of the Islamic Revolution centered on Imam Khomeini (RA). Therefore, the purpose of this research is to try to explain the influence of the Pahlavi rentier government in the formation of the discourse of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. The main question of the current research is why the Pahlavi II rentier government in Iran failed to implement its development policy and the Islamic Revolution of Iran emerged? In response to the main question of the current research, after theoretical discussions, the development performance of that government in Iran was examined. The findings of the research show that the performance of the rentier Pahlavi government changed the political and social field of the 1950s and the emergence of new political, social and economic demands in the society. Imam Khomeini's revolutionary speech was one of the most important consequences of the rentier government's performance in this decade.         The purpose of this research is to increase funds in the social field for institutions that play a major role in the policy making process in society. In order to limit the issue, the Islamic Council was chosen as the most important legislative body in the society. Fishbein's and Eisen's theories have been used to investigate the attitude towards the politics of electoral institutions and Bourdieu's theory has been used as a theoretical framework to investigate the social field. The main method of this research is a survey and the data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of this research consists of all the people who are eligible to vote, of which 400 people were selected as the sample size. The sampling method is also a multi-stage cluster. One of the important findings of this research is the direct and positive effect of the attitude towards the social field on the attitude towards the policies of the electoral body of the Islamic Council. Also, the four dimensions of the social field including (economic capital, social capital, cultural capital and symbolic capital) also had a positive and direct effect on the voters' attitude towards the policies of the Islamic Council. Other results include the lack of relationship between education and voters' attitudes and the negative relationship between age and voters' attitudes towards the policies of electoral institutions.
