        Now, use necessary of information and communication technologies in the banking industry and especially in the systems of transferring funds, has understood well and following that , actions are doing such as use of point of sale devices, ATM devices , telephone banking, internet banking and … . Despite this, there are many barriers and problems in the way of establishing and developing electronic banking and especially systems of transferring funds in point of sale. The purpose of this study is recognizing and prioritizing barriers of effectiveness points of sale devices in Saderat bank of Bandarabbas city. This research is applied in view of aim, method of data collection is survey .The main tools for collecting research data are questionnaire and interview. Statistical research community is all pos devices recipients of Saderat bank in Bandarabbas city that their exact statistics according to Hormozgan Saderat bank computer unit are 3980 center. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by teachers and experts and reliability of questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach’s alpha value of 0.833, which shows the high reliability of the questionnaire. Obtained data from 350 questionnaires are analyzed with SPSS software and using descriptive statistic, one sample t-test and Freidman tests. The results of this study showed that recognized barriers are technical – technological, cultural-educational, managerial-organizational and financial-commercial. Recognized barriers prioritized with Friedman test that technical - technological factors are more important than other factors. Manuscript profile

        Vegetation is an important element in the forest. Study and understanding of the vegetation of the most urgent issues and research in the area of natural resources and the environment. Park Forest regeneration is important, In this study, in order to maintain and develop forest regeneration has been. This study aimed to evaluate regeneration in relation to the slope, aspect and elevation has been made. Tsavfy systematic sampling was done using 35 plots of national park area of determination and characteristics to be measured in the plots. Initially, descriptive statistics indicators measured by use of the expression and then using parametric and nonparametric and ultimately affect the characteristics of the land on growth trees and predict growth trees with each other using Version SPSS 21 software was evaluated. The results of this study showed that the slope of the growth characteristics had no significant effect, But Ash slope height, diameter Ktlpa breast, breast diameter ash, the average diameter of the chest, the canopy of acacia, ash canopy, canopy and canopy average overall plot was significantly affected.         The position of the oil-water contact (OWC) and improving the understanding of tilted OWC in fields, helping toexplain risk analysis and development drilling. Oil-water contact has been defined in all wells of Civand(Sirri C) field utilizing petrophysical logs and confirmed using RFT data. Tilted oil-water contact has beenestablished and presented in the field after provided isovalue map of OWC and using well correlation map indifferent direction. The oil-water contact has been tilted close to 0.5 degrees westward. Hydrodynamic flow andits direction was defined Based on calculated potentiometric surface in the studied wells and potentiometric andisosalinity maps.         Many bridges are destroyed annually due to water erosion around their bases and their supports. Using the gap is one of the best ways to reduce the local scouring of the bridge supports. In this study, the effect of different fluxes on the effect of the gap in the experimental flume on the rectangular bridge support was investigated. Then, using the experimental model, the effect of slit and slope was studied simultaneously on the scour depth around the bridge supports and compared with non-slit and non-slip mode. The results showed that creating a gap on the base and simultaneously sloping the base significantly reduces the probability of scour stress. The results of the experiments show that the slope in the rectangular support reduces the maximum scour depth of 25% in a flow rate of 28 m 3 / h, and the simultaneous use of slopes and gaps at the base reduces the maximum scour depth by 25% The control stand in Dubai is 28 cubic meters per hour.         عوامل و دلایل مختلفی در مورد درختان چنار تهران که به­صورت زیگزاگ کج ارائه شده است. افزایش تعداد این درختان باعث شده است تا این مطالعه برای تعیین اثر پارامترهای خاک و فاصله درختان چنار با هم در مقایسه با سایر عوامل انجام شود. این تحقیق از بخشی داده­های اخیر شهرداری منطقه 11 تهران استفاده می­کند. مرکز فضای سبز شهرداری منطقه 11 در پارک رازی قرار دارد که در آن پارامترهای خاک اندازه گیری شده است. در این پژوهش170 درخت کج را بررسی و تحلیل کردیم و بیش از 40 تابلو راهنمایی و رانندگی را در شهرداری منطقه 11 تهران بررسی کردیم. در این مطالعه یک درخت را با شرایط مختلف خاک اشباع با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Plaxis  دو بعدی برای درک تأثیر عوامل مختلف بر روی درختان چنار تهران مدل‌سازی شده است و روابط فیزیکی و مکانیکی ایجاد کننده الگوی زیگزاگ درختان را در خیابان­های تهران را مشخص نموده است. در این تحقیق به­روشی خلاقانه متوجه شدیم که رطوبت خاک و فاصله درختان از یکدیگر دو دلیل مؤثر بر کج شدن درختان و تابلوهای راهنمایی و رانندگی است و نور خورشید و باد در این الگوی رشد اثر ندارند. علت اصلی کج شدن زیگزاگ در درختان شهری تهران نشست لایه خاک و فاصله خاص درختان از یکدیگر است که ممکن است برای هر نوع درختی رخ دهد.         One of the most important atmosphere problems under studies in last few years is the problem of atmospheric energies and measurement of their components. To investigate this problem, scientists have divided it in two parts, kinetic energy and potential energy. The intensity of a cyclone or an anticyclones system is related to the kinetic energy produced by the systems. This amount of kinetic energy is a small portion of the total potential energy that is available to change into kinetic energy and named available potential  energy. The work done in this research  is the calculation of  available potential  energy for two different systems over Iran ,in based on A.S.Zverev's (1972) method .Fnl data was provided for two baroclinic systems , for every 6 hours. The first system (The powerful one) is from 17 February 2008 to end of 21 February 2008 and the second (The weak one) is from 29 March 2009 to 2 April 2009 . Another work done in this research to indicate the type of system is the calculation of tilt of axis. We can see that, the amount of available potential energy was at its maximum at the beginning of cyclone's formation (It was 14549 kJ/m2 for the first system and 6376 kJ/m2 for the second system) and also the tilt of axis at the first time of formation was maximum (89.8º for the first system and 89.85º for the second system) and at the time of decline reach to their smallest value.  Manuscript profile
