But if it is managed by the devil and is ruled by the human soul, it becomes a deadly poison for the human soul and the Islamic society. Manuscript profile

The word "ignorance" is mentioned in four Medina chapters of the Holy Quran. Ignorance cannot be considered mere ignorance of science, but ignorance has a broader meaning that includes violence, lack of attention to science, tyranny, selfishness and .... According to the Qur'an, ignorance can be divided into two parts, the first and modern. The first ignorance has components such as suspicion of ignorance, the tower of ignorance, the protection of ignorance and the ruling of ignorance. After this period, another ignorance began with relatively similar components that continues to the present day, which is called modern ignorance. The present study has explained the components of ignorance by reflecting on the verses of the Qur'an, the opinions of the commentators, and so on. Manuscript profile

Since two different meanings of doubt and certainty for the term “suspicion”. The method of the present research is analytical – descriptive and studies poetries of Dark Era, Arabic samples, Quranic science books and interpretation books by citing dictionaries from one hand and applying phenomenology analysis on the other hand in order to present a clear and transparent picture of their meanings and relations initially and then express the mechanism and creation process of these meanings specifically the meaning of opposite (contradiction) for the first time. The researches show that the term “suspicion” owns six meanings: doubt, thought, certainty, accusation, lie and expectation. By citing the meanings expressed by interpreters and dictionary writers, it could be resulted that they consider mentioned meanings as separable elements that there is no relationship between them; thus some researchers accept some meanings and ignore some others among them when they could find relations between them. The research was conducted with the aim of developing a psychological training package to deal with suspicion based on Islamic sources and its feasibility in reducing marital conflicts. The approach of the current research is qualitative and quantitative and two methods of content analysis and experiment were used. In the qualitative part, in order to develop a standard package in the field of skepticism based on Islamic sources, the previous sources in this field as well as the verses and traditions and the sayings of religious elders in this field were used. In order to determine the effectiveness of the developed package, the pre-test-post-test experimental method was used. The sample size of 14 couples (7 couples in the control group; 7 couples in the experimental group) referring to counseling centers in Tehran were selected as a sample. The designed training package consisted of 8 sessions and lasted for 45 minutes. The research tool was Sanai, Barati and Bustanipour's Marital Conflict Questionnaire (1387), whose content (face) validity was confirmed by the supervisor. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha test of 0.84. Descriptive methods were used for data analysis in the qualitative part, and descriptive statistics (percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (variance test) were calculated using the pre-test-post-test experimental method in the quantitative part. The results showed that the educational package has the necessary validity from the point of view of the experts. The results indicate that the educational package reduces the amount of marital conflicts. The results showed that the training package for dealing with suspicion was able to reduce the amount of marital conflicts. This means that marital conflicts, which as a conflict between a man and a woman, as one of the sources of power, have brought stress for the couple, in a way they face many financial, social, sexual problems, and many tensions, from which It is rooted in the suspicions of couples towards each other, through Quranic orders, spiritual solutions by the innocent and combining them with psychological solutions can free couples from marital conflicts. 6 - The conflict and justification of the reversal of the burden of proof in money laundering with the principles and rules of jurisprudence

Money laundering means legalizing the origin of dirty money, among new crimes that the legislator has more sensitively approved due to its specific characteristics and apparent conflict with some jurisprudential foundations and documents. Also, its jurisprudential documentation is not well clarified and at the first glance, it seems to be in conflict with some jurisprudential principles and rules among which is the burden of proof process. In criminal lawsuits, the prosecuting attorney basically proves the cause, and based on this, one is obliged to prove the elements of the alleged crime. But this issue is reversed in the crime of money laundering and the burden of proving the legality of the obtained money is placed on the accused. Therefore, apparently, the process of prosecution, trial, and proof of a crime is in conflict with such fundamental rules as the rule of "Al-Bina Ala Al-Mada'i", the rule of "Yad", the principle of "quietus" and the principle of "authenticity". In this regard, the text of the amendment of the Anti-Money Laundering Law approved in 2017 states that the legislator has paid attention to this point, and in notes 1 and 3 of article 2 of this law, he considers the meaning of knowledge to be the same as the knowledge of a judge as stated in the Islamic Penal Code. Therefore, if the meaning of suspicion is close to judge knowledge in this law, relying on the evidence of the authority of the judge's knowledge, the crime can be easily proven, and the issue of reversal of the burden of proof is eliminated. And, if a problem is stated that the strength of the evidence of suspicion is close to the knowledge, it does not reach the level of knowledge of a judge. Here, with the objectivity of suspicion and the incompleteness of its evidence, the mentioned conflict will be created, which must be resolved. The leading research with jurisprudential and principled approach and with descriptive-analytical method has expressed and resolved the mentioned conflicts and finally, the non-conflict of these rules has been concluded. The improvement of organizational processes, as well as their homogeneity, is the new essence of the theory of organization. Manifestation of the concept of Extended Enterprise (EE) which convinces the organization to find homogeneous solutions has been realized for this reason. Different methods have contributed to the development of this concept and during the recent years the method of Supply Chain Management (SCM) has taken the most impressive steps. This method needs to be developed and modified because of its limitations and weak points. One of the ways to improve this method is through the integration of this method with other methods. Regarding the needs of this method, one of the impressive ways of integration is the Theory of Constraints (TOC). So the main research questions of this study are as follows: How can we integrate the method of supply chain management with the theory of constraints and what are the integration cases? Does the integrative method of SCM and TOC meet the needs of Extended Enterprise method and help its new construction? Thus the present study attempts to extend the concept of Extended Enterprise, Supply Chain Management, and Theory of Constraints, and tries to present a new method by integrating these methods and proposes a new construction model for Extended Enterprise. The research hypotheses are as follows: A: Method of Supply Chain Management and Theory of Constraints can be integrated by means of their basic elements and key diminutions. B: Integrative method of SCM and TOC leads to a new construction of Extended Enterprise and can meet the essential needs of this method. Manuscript profile

9 - The Position of Suspicion in the Area of Claim Justification in Security Sectors

Suspicion is a sort of exercising immoderation and it means one’s own mental perception of others about unpleasant things and reckoning bad ideas in heart and mind and putting these thoughts into effect in words and behaviors; suspiciousness is a bad attribute that comes about as a result of factors like faith weakness, unhealthy and unsound social and familial environment, psychological and ethical factors and cowardice and frailty. The present study tries investigating the position of suspicion in the area of proof justification in the security sectors. The researcher adopts a descriptive-analytical approach towards the study subject. Documentary method (library research) and note-taking have been the methods of choice for gathering information. The investigations indicated that due to the vastness of the religion’s realm and its not being limited to the individual and worshipping affairs and since the prevalence of suspicion causes an increase in the fear amongst the individual members of the society and prevents the social cooperation, unification and sympathy, the religion’s social function should be also taken into account. Suspicion does not exist in the form of an independent title in the laws and statutory provisions but, with a little compromise, the term “suspicion” can be considered as an intention for the perpetration of crime with the intention being interpretable according to article 122 of the penal lore. However, according to jurists, the malicious intention stipulated in article 515 of the Islamic penal code of law can be synonymously taken as suspicion. In the penal laws, some of the cases like the prohibition of slandering and aspersion, insolence, suspected murders, legitimate defense and dispersion of falsehood can be enumerated amongst the sources of suspicion.
