Today reverse logistics has become one of the most challenging issues in the areas of the automotive supply chain. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence the implementation of reverse logistics is important. We can point to the reasons why organizations pay attention to this subject: Competitive incentives, direct economic incentives, and environmental reasons. In many cases, there are certain rules and regulations in the areas returns that have forced the organizations to pay more attention to this sector. In this research, we determined primary criterions with collecting determined criterions of previous studies and also taking experts’ opinions which consists 3 economical, environmental and social criterions and 19 sub criterions. Then these factors were given to experts in the form of a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed with the confirmatory factor analysis method. Finally, a number of factors have been removed and the final factors remained. In order to rank the factors, these factors were given to experts in the form of ANP (Network Analysis Process) questionnaire again. According to the increasing importance of competitive advantages in recent years, the importance of reverse logistics has doubled. Because of the complexity of reverse logistics system (RL) and also focus on the core business, then the organizations are acted to RL outsource. Therefore, the mistake in the assessment of the most important factors in RL decision leads to failure of RL outsources. The present study was paid to identify and evaluate the most important factors of reverse logistics outsourcing strategic in Dena industry manufacturing company in 2013. In this research, the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) was used to identify strategic factors of RL outsourcing. On the other hand, in order to measure the important qualitative factors SWOT analysis was applied of the developed grey analytical hierarchy process (GAHP). However, application of grey data in the assessment of linguistic variables, in fact, was a way to deal with uncertainty. The model validate was examined in a case study which was indicated the high reliability of the hybrid model. The results showed that in terms of decision-makers’ point of view, risk sharing in RL outsourcing decision was much more important than cost reduction factor. Manuscript profile

Solid waste has become one of the most critical environmental issues in the world. Therefore, a waste management system to prevent further destruction of the environment is essential. Waste management includes collection, transport, cleaning, recycling, and disposal of the wastes. In recent years, due to environmental concerns, manufacturers have been forced to offer environmentally friendly products. So, the area of reverse logistics (RL) has recently received considerable attention, due to a combination of environmental, economic, and social factors. In this research, the design of a multi-product and eleven-level reverse logistics network is conducted, which collects all the waste in one place and separates them according to the needs of the factories (in terms of the type and material of the waste, etc.) and sends them to the intended destination. This model can support all kinds of industries in which the revival of recycling and destruction of products. This study provides a mixed integer mathematical model to reduce the costs of the whole system. The number of centers, the number of products and parts that should be sent from one center to another, the amount of CO2 emissions, and the total cost of the model were determined. Finally, the sensitivity analysis was done on the parameters of the model. The model was validated by changing the input data in two different cases. Manuscript profile
