The purpose of this study was investigating the effect of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) on ability to control weight, Satisfaction with body image, and Life satisfaction in Overweight women in city of Isfahan. The research design was semi-experimental research with pre-test and post-test and control group. Statistical publication also included all of overweight women in city of Isfahan in spring 2017, that were identified by use BMI index above 25. For doing research, 30 of these women were selected by random sampling and were assigned randomly in experimental and control group (15 each), and experimental group treated by MBCT program. In pre-test and post-test stages, Satisfaction work life Scale (SWLS) (Diener, Emmons, Larsen & Griffin, 1985), Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire (MBSRQ) (Cash, Winstead & Janda, 1986), and Body Mass Index (BMI) were used. The data was analyzed by Covariance analysis. Results showed that Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) had a significant effects to control weight, Satisfaction with body image, and Life satisfaction in Overweight women in city of Isfahan in experimental group (p < 0.01). Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy on the forgiveness, emotional regulation and marital intimacy of women injured with Infidelity. The research design was a quasi-experimental design using a pre-test/post-test design with a control group. The population of the study consisted of all women in Tehran who were betrayed by their spouses, and during the years 1395 and 1396, they asked for advisory services by referring to counseling centers. A sample of 20 people was selected from the judgmental and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups Psychotherapy sessions were performed during 8 sessions and at the end of both groups were retested. The instrument of this research was Ray's Forgiveness Questionnaire (1998), Gross & John's Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (2003), and Thompson & Walker's Intimacy Inventory (1983). To analyze the data, multivariate covariance analysis were used. The results of the study indicated that the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy intervention on the level of forgiveness, emotional regulation and marital intimacy of women injured with betrayal had a significant positive effect. Work is a very valuable factor in terms of health and a significant percentage of employees in different professions are working with a shift program. Shift work is also one of the social phenomena that has its roots in human history and has been a familiar category since ancient times. And psychological capital is one of the intangible assets of an organization that, unlike tangible assets, can be managed and led at a lower cost, so the purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness based cognitive therapy on Psychological Capital of Shift Workers. The research method was a pre-test and post-test. The statistical population included all Shift Workers of Isfahan Azad University (Khorasgan) in 2018. For sampling ,52 employees were selected, who had entry criteria for the research, randomly and responded to the questionnaire of depression, anxiety and stress, then 32 patients were randomly assigned into two experimental groups and control were replaced (each group was 16). Before and after intervention, the subjects responded to the questionnaire of Psychological capital (Lutans, 2007). he experimental group received mindfulness based cognitive therapy for 8 sessions of 90 minutes, but no intervention was performed on the control group. multiple-variable covariance analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings showed an increase in the mean of hope, optimism, self-efficacy and resilience in the experimental group compared to the control group (p≤ 0.05). According to the findings of this study, for increase the psychological capital components of Shift Workers, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy can be used.Key words: Psychological capital, Shift workers, Mindfulness based cognitive therapy Manuscript profile

The aim of the current research was to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness based on cognitive therapy on executive functions (error in remaining), emotional regulation and cognitive deficits of depressed patients in Ahvaz counseling centers. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all depressed patients of counseling centers in Ahvaz. Among the depressed patients eligible for the study, 30 patients were first selected as available, and then 15 were randomly assigned to the experimental group and 15 to the control group. The quasi-experimental research method was based on pre-test and post-test with control group. Cognitive impairment scale (Broadbent), emotion regulation questionnaire (Garnefsky), Wisconsin card sorting test (Grant and Berg, 1993) and working memory test (Damin and Carpenter) were used to collect data. A mindfulness based cognitive therapy plan was implemented on mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics univariate and multivariate covariance analysis. According to the results of univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance, mindfulness based cognitive therapy on executive functions, cognitive regulation and cognitive impairment and of depressed patients were effective. The results of the research showed that cognitive therapy based on mindfulness improves executive functions (residual error), emotional regulation and cognitive impairment of depressed patients. They had medical records. The studied sample included 30 women with cancer, who were selected as accessible sampling , who were studied in two groups of 15 people. The data collection tools included Sullivans standard pain catastrophizing guestionnaire,Kesslers psychological distress guestionnaire, and Hoxima-Marus mental rumination guestionnaire along with the training program MBCT.After the pre-test ,the object learning protocol was held for the experimental group during 8  2-hour sessions , and the control group did not receive any intervention. After the training program , the questionnaires were again administered to both groups and the results were evaluated . Covariance analysis was also used to examine the hypotheses.Findings: Mindfulness-bassed therapy has an effect on pain catastrophizing in women with cancer. Also, mindfulness-bassed cognitive therapy has an effect on the psychological distress of women with cancer. Finally, mindfulness-bassed cognitive therapy effects mental rumination.
