  The purpose of this research was to provide a model of life skills in the curriculum planning of the first year of secondary school. The present study is a mixed method and a type of exploratory mixed research design, which is carried out in two consecutive qualitative-quantitative stages. The present research in the first phase conducted a qualitative study, and in this phase, it was done through reviewing and evaluating the studies conducted in the field of the subject raised in the current research, as well as in-depth interviews with experts in the field of curriculum planning who have specialized doctorate education with the scientific degree of assistant professor, associate professor and professor who had authored articles, and accomplished research and practical experience in this field. After the data were collected, they were coded, categorized and presented as a conceptual model using the grounded theory analysis method. The second phase of the study was quantitative and used structural equation modeling. The data collected from the researcher-made questionnaire based on the proposed model (resulting from the qualitative phase of the study) were evaluated using Smart PLS software. Manuscript profile

  The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between ethical leadership with performance and job self-efficacy of first grade high school teachers in District 9 of Tehran. The present study is an applied descriptive research that has been conducted by survey method. The statistical population of this study is 295 first grade high school teachers in District 9 of Tehran, of which 167 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling and by distributing a questionnaire, the required data were collected. The research instruments are three standards of ethical leadership standard, standard performance questionnaire, and job self-efficacy questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) were used to analyze the data by SPSS software. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between ethical leadership with job performance and self-efficacy of junior high school teachers in Tehran's 9th district. Changes in job performance and 39.9% of changes related to teacher self-efficacy explained by ethical leadership have an effect on teachers' self-efficacy more than job performance. Among the components of ethical leadership, fairness has the greatest impact and relationship with the discussion of job performance and job self-efficacy. Manuscript profile
