Ongoing development of knowledge and technology in the ultra modern world and its spreading indeveloping countries obliged these countries a long-term investment for training the qualified and capablestudents who could strengthen the scientific aspects for our country and motivate for scientific andtechnologic advancement. Whereas reaching this goal is the purpose of the ruling organizations of eachcountry, the precision of commission and the accommodation of operation with this ideal are verysignificant, accuracy and authenticity of this purpose would be just possible by "Essay", "Assay" and"Evaluation".Therefore, researcher must studying the evaluation problem in educational system moreover investigate thevalues after high school and entering to the higher education, would search for achieving an ideal pattern inassay and optimum selection of capable and susceptible students for entrance to higher educational course. To gain this goal, certain facts should be kept in mind, such as; assigning the principle component instudents’ election, presenting an appropriate pattern and describe the structure as a strategic treatments inimproving the students’ election system. The codifying modelinclude a questionnaire, a measure of 7 Likert Degree, was considered by authorities and experts forevaluation. The statistical sample for questionnaire of studying the suggested model was considered byFaculty members of universities, Managers and Experts of National Organization for Educational Testing,Managers and Experts of Minister of Education (n=50).Most important results obtained of questionnaire performance show authorities and experts confirmationwith above agreement (average 5.91 of 7) from suggested model. Inductively and deductively teaching methods are compared in this paper to study how they effect on English learning of third grade of junior high school students in two cities of Shiraz. The research method was of quasi-experimental type, using pre and post tests for two experimental groups. Amongst the junior high schools, in Shiraz, one boy school and one girl school were selected by randomizing. Then, in each school, two classes were selected randomly, too: one as an inductive experimental group and the next class as a deductive group. Measurement test was of the thirty -questions test about comprehension and grammar. Since this test was standardized, its validity and reliability had been confirmed the first by some teacher, professors, and head teachers in Shiraz educational organization and the second by Coronbach’s Alpha as %76. The experimental groups, then, have been taught both inductively and deductively. In the end, post-test was given to these four groups. By Using co-variance analysis and an independent group t-test, data, then, have been analyzed. The findings showed that experimental groups were significantly different in that, the scores of students, being inductively taught, were better than those of deductive one. Regardless of the last hypothesis saying that there is a significant relationship between boys and girls in comprehension, in deductive method, most hypothesis of this research have been verified. It is, therefore, concluded that inductive method is much more effective than the deductive one. Considering the coming hypothesis, it is to say that this very method has been more effective on the girls however, in the last hypothesis, this relationship is not significantly meaningful. What being resulted, therefore, is that, generally, inductive teaching method is so beneficial in English learning. Manuscript profile

The teacher-student questionnaire of Mouray Zouich (2010) was first administered on both groups and the students’ Average of the first semester was identified. Experimental group went under one-hour eight sessions of the program of social skills education while control group received no educational program. At the end, the teacher-student questionnaire of Mouray Zouich (2010) was again administered, and the students’ Average of the second semester was compared with the first one. In order to analyze the data, Covariance Analysis Test (ANCOVA) was used. Results: As indicated by the results of the present study, the teacher-student relationship and educational improvement of the experimental group receiving social skills education was more than those of the control group. Findings of the present study can be helpful in educational and teacher-student relationship improvement. Conclusion: All educational plans move toward students’ educational improvement that can significantly be increased through social skills education.
