Mir Sayyed ʿAlī Hamadānī (1314-1384) is one of the great Sufi masters of Kubravī order who has played a crucial role in developing and promoting the Islamic teachings, especially in the northern and central parts of Iran, Central Asia and north India (Kashmir). Some of his treatises have been published in Persian speaking countries, however there are some manuscript version of his writings which have not still been published. The Risālah-ye Vāridāt (The Treatise of Inspirations) is one these manuscripts. Here, we emendate this treatise based on three different manuscripts. We tried to correct scribes' mistakes and prepare a reliable edition of this treatise. Risālah-ye Vāridāt consists of an introduction and an epilogue. The text is a prose poem full of companionate advice. The main characteristics of Kubravī order can be traced in the treatise such as paying attention to religious obligations, avoiding superficial understanding of religious teachings, following futuwwa path, Shi'ite tendencies and holding some teachings of Ibn al-'arabī. Mystic terminology of "Ecstasy" is among spiritual states and intimations from the Unseen World which leads to the wayfarer's detachment from his self- consciousness by creating attributes such as happiness, sadness, delight, and grief. Ecstasy in the Mystic texts has been used in different definitions, including fit of ecstasy, hit of pain, illuminated fire, and so on (Esābatalam). Regarding the extensiveness of the definitions and concepts of ecstasy, in the present research, we have tried to study, analyze, and classify it in the Mystic prose texts dated back to 4-6 (A.H.), using the descriptive analytical method, and library documents. The results of the study shows that ecstasy is a Divine gift coming simply to the heart, and it is not acquisitive. The process of studying the concept of ecstasy shows that secondary causes provide the background of acceptance of this intimation from the Unseen World, and that it includes types and hierarchy that determine the degrees of ecstasy of the men of ecstasy and devide them into Beginners, The Mediocre, and The Transcendent (montahā). Appearance and influences of ecstasy differ concerning the strength and containership of the men of ecstasy and have got Mystic consequences. Manuscript profile

Regarding the word Sama and its acceptance and condemnation in mystical journey and conduct much has been said. The writer has tried to shed light on the importance of the real Sama for everyone by expressing various reasons and literary evidences, introducing it as an attractive means toward stimulating and exciting mankind’s psyche for reaching the truth and gaining cognition; the means that due to various reasons has been condemned from the view points of some; nevertheless, a logical relation between gnostic Sama and worshipful circumambulation, because Sama like circumambulation is justifiable as a means or way of doing particular actions, that in the light of appearance have similar manner in common; of course, this justification must be in a way that should not be against the religion of Islam and will open a more attractive way for understanding the truth and perfection of human being as gainst mankind. The aim of writing this paper is to show the spiritual relations of the above two rotations, and the reasons for the agreements and disagreements of the great theoreticians will be presented. Therefore more disciples will be absorbed on the way towards truth and take them away from deviating path. With this viewpoint in mind, mystical Sama is not accounted as a means in the hands of neither a particular group nor a particular sect, but all the truth-seekers can enjoy it, provided that they take a look at its original meaning. "Sama" is one of the most obvious manifestations of Iranian Sufism, about which different theories have been expressed and there has been a difference between the legislators and the mystics for centuries in refuting or proving it. This study intends to examine the reasons for the formation and development of "Sama" and to examine the efforts of its proponents and opponents to confirm their views and the results that have emerged. To carry out this research, library research method and citing the sources of the opponents and supporters of Sama have been used to illustrate the progress of this Sufi tradition by examining and criticizing various views and opinions and comparing them with the existing documents. On the one hand, one group has tried to prove its sanctity by relying on Quranic verses and quoting the narrations of the Prophet (PBUH) and the Imams (AS), and on the other hand, some people have tried to soften the statements of the opponents by using the same tools and documents. Have been it. Eventually, with the efforts of the proponents, especially Abu Sa'id Abu al-Khair, the ceremony was able to gain a prominent place among Sufis and the people, although in the works of people like Ghazali, conditions and restrictions were considered for it.            In order to evaluate the effects of Ecstasy on the kidney function, five 3.5-4 years old male mixed breed dogs were selected. Blood and urine samples were collected and recorded as time zero or control samples before drag administration. Then each dog was given Ecstasy tablets orally at a single dose of 150 mg/kg and blood samples were collected from the cephalic vein at time intervals of 30 minutes, 1, 2, 4, 8, 24 and 48 hours and 7 and 20 days following drag administration and their sera separated. Concurrent urine samples were examined by urine strip. Serumic levels of urea, creatinine, total protein and albumin were measured by colorimetric method using spectrophotometer and commercial diagnostic kits. The results of this study demonstrated significant increase (p<0.05) in serumic levels of urea, creatine, total protein, albumin and urine specific gravity up to 8 hours following drag administration that could be due to the effect of drag on body water and creation of dehydration whereas alter this time significant decrease in serumic levels of total protein and albumin and also significant increase of serumic levels of urea and creatinine was observed alongside proteinuria and albuminuria due to the effect of drag or its metabolite on the kidney. Therefore even a single consumption of the drag could have deleterious effects on normal kidney function and homeostasis. Manuscript profile

The use of Ecstasy 3 , 4 Methylen Dioxy Amphetamine (Ecstasy) even in the little amount can be very dangerous and great dose of it for long period of time cause not only addiction but also may probably cause the psychological maladjustment and psychological disorders. The animals, which are used for this experiment, are 72- desert mouse of female sex, which is divided in to nine groups eight mice were placed. The groups are containing of 1:control group 2:witness group 3:fluoxetine witness 4:the group of minimum ecstasy 5:the group of intermediate ecstasy 6: the group of maximum ecstasy which contain doses of 2.5/5/10 (mg/kg.bw) consequently. 7: the group of minimum of ecstasy and fluoxetine 8:the group of intermediate of ecstasy and fluoxetine 9: the group of maximum of ecstasy and fluoxetine which contain doses of 2.5/5/10 (mg/kg.bw) of each them consequently. Fluoxetine interjected to animals four days sooner and after 21 days of ecstasy prescription, the blood samples were accumulated and after that the blood factors were analyzed. The results of data according to computer program of SPSS, and statistical tests of ANOVA and independent sample T-test were observed in the significant surface difference of Pandlt;0.05.Probably the effect of ecstasy on the amount of prolactine and fluoxetine and also on the amount of Dopamine causes the great increase on the mount of which globules. And the simehemeouse existence of ecstasy and fluoxetine cause the increase of white globules, but this increase was more in the mere ecstasy groups. With the affection of ecstasy on the secretion of Norepinephrine and cortisol hormone and ACTH, the great increase can be observed in the amount of lymphocytes. But the simehemeouse use of ecstasy and fluoxetine is come along with the separation of sertonine from the nervous terminals cause the decrease in the amount of lymphocytes. Ecstasy by the effect on the apoptosis death causes the increase in the amount of Monocytes, but the simehemeouse dose of ecstasy and fluoxietine on Dopamine. With the effect of ecstasy secretion of Cortisol hormone and ACTH we see the decrease in the amount of Granolocytes and thatandrsquo;s because of the effect of fluoxetine on the thyroid hormone, but ecstasy itself act strongly in this deduction and the existence of fluoxetine weaken this deduction effect. The simehemeouse use of ecstasy and fluoxetine probably cause the increase of red blood cell and thatandrsquo;s because of in compatible effect of ecstasy on the body temperature and serotonine of Cortisol, but the more dose of ecstasy has no effect on the amount of red cells. Ecstasy causes the increase of the amount of plaques by the effect on the secretion of Norepinephrine. The simehemeouse of this two cause the increase in the plaques and that is because of the effect of fluoxetine on the secretion of Dopamine. According to the findings, Ecstasy and fluoxetine on some blood factors lowering effect on the others, has a multiplier effect. So is recommended if additional research results in human samples is similar to findings in patients clinically poisoned by these drugs to prevent deaths of patients to review their Hemogram consider Manuscript profile

Today tendency to administration of nervous stimulating drugs is one of the problems of human societies. Ecstasy is a neurotoxin that drives from amphetamines. This substance can produce a depression of cell brain function and alteration in several neurotransmittes. This article focuses on the effect of this drug on passive avoidance learning and memory. In this research 40 vistar rat were divided into 5 group (n=8). Control groupreceived no drug. Sham group received serum as soluble of drug and 3 other groups were pretreated with 5, 10 and 20 mg/kg Ecstasy oral. After 22 days passive avoidance learning were surveyed with Shuttle box and step through latency (STL) and total (TLC) were measured. Results were investigated with ANOVA test. In all groups that received Ecstasy, STL and TLC significantly decresed in dose dependent manner (pandlt; 0.05). It is necessary to consider longer STL and TLC means better learning and memory. Results of this study shows that learning and memory deficits in Ecstasy users. Manuscript profile
