One of the most definite rules, which is widely accepted by all the principles and jurisprudents, and even the clique in rejecting divine allegiances, is based on the rule of law, according to this rule, if a person is at his own discretion The urgent need for the prohibited verb or the termination of the verb, this urgency does not lead to the abolition of the Eagle and its religious and criminal responsibility. The most important reason for proving this rule, along with the guidance of the guidance of some verses, is the verdict of reason to the correctness of the coexistence and manifestation of the title of deserving the eagle affected by the original authority. The only disagreement among those who are involved in this rule is its inclusion in the position of the person and the duty of the Eagle, which, based on the evidence of the power in the Eagle's privilege, seems to be the monopoly of the lack of tolerance. In terms of adaptation and legal application, it can be said that its major application is in the Islamic Penal Code. Manuscript profile

AbstractFractures are important orthopaedic problems of birds of prey or raptors which are mainly caused by trauma. An adult female golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) was referred to the surgery division of the faculty of veterinary medicine, Islamic Azad University of Tabriz in November 2019. Traumatic injury of the upper left wing area was detected in clinical and orthopaedic examination and comminuted fracture of the humeral diaphysis was observed in radiography. Considering the type and anatomic location of the fracture, surgical treatment was conducted by means of internal fixation and intramedullary pinning. Surgical exposure of the humeral diaphysis was achieved by dorsal approach and a suitably sized intramedullary pin was inserted in a retrograde fashion inside the medullary cavity. Bone healing was evaluated post-operatively using serial radiographs. Complete bone healing occurred after 71 days and the intramedullary pin was removed. The bird returned to its normal pre-injury state following treatment and no complications resulting from the fracture or its surgical treatment was observed. Successful treatment of fractures in birds of prey is possible by adherence to principles of orthopaedic surgery and considering the unique features of these animals leading to the protection of these valuable species of wildlife in our country. Motifs used in Shahnameh’s imagery are on one hand in connection with the textual sign systems and on the other hand are of a nature belonging to the visual sign system. An example from this dual system of textual-visual kind is seen in the visual motifs of heavenly concept of farr. In textual system, Kiani Farr refers to Shah’s legitimacy. Researches made in this regard generally describe the concept of Farr, and deal with its application in Shahnameh and ancient texts. The emphasis of these works is mostly on the semantic aspect of Farr. This essay however attempts to study the concept of Farr from another approach. Looking for its meaning among the images to find out how the visual artists depicted the concept of Farr. Thus the attempt is made in this article to seek and find symbolic imagery in between the images in Shahnameh, rock reliefs, and images depicted in banners. For this reason apart from the textual sources, one made use of visual sources as well. Studying the images illustrate that Farr is manifested in form of three motifs of light, bird and crown. These three motifs each has different manifestations dealt with in detail in this study. The purpose of this research is to find the symbols of Farr by inspection of visual sources. Manuscript profile
