        Nowadays the application of the e-commerce solutions for the enterprises is an important andunavoidable note, and if those enterprises do not consider it this will tend to declining in beneficiaryand omitting them of contest consequently, one of the most important and useful strategy measures ofenterprises is planning concerned with the application of these solutions, also detecting the barriers totheir application and introducing some suggestions for deleting them.The purpose of this study is detect and investigate the barriers to electronic business development inZanjan enterprises, prioritizing the detected barriers and providing and providing research suggestionsfor removing them.In this study, the mentioned barriers were analyzed in terms of six fallowing categories as: cultural,infrastructure, legal, managing, humanity and economic ones. These categories were also subdividedand categorized in to 36 secondary factors.As the whole statistic population has been studied, so the descriptive statistic was used for studyingthe research questions and its advantage was considered as a practical research approach.The tool for data collecting was questionnaire which given to 170 enterprises for collecting differentideas and rating (The questionnaire verified in terms of validity and reliability).The results show that the priorities given to the main barriers are as follow respectively: legal, cultural,managing, infrastructure related humanity and economic barriers.         Purpose: In recent decades, with the advent of the Internet, e-commerce has become a tool for organizing the business model but in the meantime, the e-business world is so confusing for many newcomers. What the researcher considers is a survey of a number of factors influencing the tendency among managers or owners of small and medium enterprises in the field of acceptance of electronic businesses. Methodology: The method of this research is based on the purpose, applied and based on the method of data collection, a descriptive survey type. The statistical population consisted of managers of small and medium enterprises distributing pharmaceutical products in Tehran. Accordingly, the sample size is considered by the Cochran formula, 196 people. Due to the difficulty of accessing the managers of these companies, a non-random sampling method was used to select the statistical sample. The data-gathering tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by calculating the CVR index and calculating the Cronbach's alpha to determine its reliability showed that the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed. Structural equation modeling and Smart Plus software then analyzed data. Findings: The results of the test of ten hypotheses in this study showed that there is a significant relationship between managerial support, organizational management support, attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control, with a willingness to accept business. Among the technical factors, the perceived advantages and the relationship between environmental factors, suppliers' pressure and customer pressure, have a significant relationship with the acceptance of electronic business. Research Limitations: In this research, with limitations such as cross-sectional research that limits the ability to generalize outcomes, the lack of a fully relevant internal study for full coverage of the literature and theoretical framework. The most important limitation of this research can be the work and intellectual engagement of the respondents as the statistical population of the research. Therefore, the data collection by the researcher's efforts to understand the goals and potential benefits of research for them to increase the accuracy of answering questionnaire questions and lack of time free respondents were a lengthy process. Originality/Value: This study is in the subject of innovation; based on researcher's research in internal research bases, studies or studies on identifying factors affecting the behavioral tendencies of small and medium-sized enterprise managers in the field of accepting electronic businesses were not observed. Therefore, the success of establishing and implementing e-commerce lies in the application of appropriate strategic management. In line with this issue, the present study was an attempt to develop an effective e-business strategy development model or combined BS and BI approach to improve productivity.         Abstract The purpose of this paper is survey of impact of e-business on startup's performance. E-business is investigated in relation to design and production, marketing, distribution, coordination with suppliers and post-sale services. Type of the research is practical and the method is cause and effect. Managers and experts operative startups are the statistical society of research that 140 from 200 included. Library studies and field research for gathering information used and data collection done with questionnaire that its construct, content validity and also reliability approved. Results show that E-business through change on production and distribution process (design, marketing, distribution, coordination with suppliers and post-sale services), decrease of operating expenses and increase of return on asset effect on startup's performance.         The increasing development of information technology and the formation of the digital economy have made the Internet a successful platform for universal business coverage. Due to the vast scope of the Internet and the increasing complexity of systems, computing and business control as a human mechanism has faced errors and wasted time. The purpose of this study is to solve the complexities of e-business in which human beings have the least involvement. The research method is design and modeling of self-adaptive mechanisms by Eni Logic software. Organic calculations and intelligent agents are used to coordinate the components of e-business to increase efficiency and better interaction, and also to implement self-adaptation of the system under Distributed monitoring / control is used. Statistical community and related data were collected from the virtual store company selling health products, which includes the amount of requests, inventory, storage capacity, production and sales costs. A total of 500 samples were randomly selected from the total product request and the data were analyzed by random sampling method. In this study, e-business was simulated through two scenarios of self-adaptation and non-adaptation by Eni Logic software published by Hewlett-Packard in 2000, and the results were compared in terms of cost.         Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the role of digital information management on user research variables from the perspective of users using electronic and digital information, especially in the Rahbari Asil website.Methodology: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of survey method. The statistical population includes 50 users of Rahbari Asil website, who were selected as an available sample by simple non-random method and The researcher-made questionnaire with 30 questions was distributed among them and finally 44 questionnaires were collected. To evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, which is equal to 0.937. In order to assess the validity of the questionnaire using the internal consistency method of construct validity, the results of correlation coefficient between each of the component questions were significant at an error level of less than 0.01, which indicates that the questionnaire has a high construct validity. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) were used and in the inferential section (univariate t-test) using SPSS software.Results: From the end users' point of view, digital information management has six components of customer satisfaction (64%), brand loyalty (61%), service quality (64%), relationship commitment (63%), willingness to buy (62%) and also, the customer's mental image (61%) played a large role.Conclusion: The role of digital information management on user research from the perspective of end users is significantly higher than average and digital information management has played a large role (63%) on user research.
