  Nowdays, using a process framework for extracting uncertainties and driving forces specially in dynamic and turbulent environment is essental to perform a broad extent of futures studies like strategy design and assessment, scenario planning. In this environment, managers and decision makers require methods for identifying factors that shape the future in the shortest possible time based on the results of previous studies. Traditional methods couldnot meet this requirement. In this paper, a process framework has been designed for extracting uncertainties and driving forces in a reasonable time based on the previous studies. In order to show the practically and usefulness of the proposed framework an empirical study of the oil and energy industry is demonstrated.   If companies want to compete and succeed in today’s highly competitive and fast changing world, they need correct, precise, relevant, and reliable information to make correct decisions. Management accountants, as one of the most important providers of the information needed by managers, need to adapt themselves to development and changes of the environment. It terms of data collection method, it was a descriptive-survey one, and considering the type of data, it was a mixed one. In the present research, the driving forces of management accounting in terms of science and information technology were identified in the next 20 years. To identity the main driving forces, the panel of experts, open questionnaires, interviews, and phase Delphi in 2016-2017 were used. In order to select experts from Iranian university professors and experts, the method of sampling used was judgment sampling and snowball sampling and it continued up to theoretical saturation. The results indicated that management accounting does not have a suitable and high status and needs careful attention. Based on experts’ views, developing software and intelligent accounting systems are the most important requirements of management accounting, implying that in the future, accounting systems tend to be influenced by technology and made intelligent. Intelligent business was ranked the second driving force and both developing the use of personal technologies and cloud computing were equally ranked the third. It is suggested that influential agents of the profession embark on careful and long-term planning to promote and develop the profession in the future. Manuscript profile

  Planning and policymaking in the field of economic, social, and environmental development of the province requires having accurate information about the region. Land cover in Mazandaran province is changing rapidly due to high population densities, high rates of immigrants, favorable natural conditions, multiplicity of industrial units, coastal borders and huge construction trends in the recent saline. It is clear that the balanced and imbalanced development of geographic spaces requires careful and comprehensive examination of economic, social, and cultural issues, and a better understanding of the needs of the community and their improvement. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the predisposing and effective factors on natural resources and ecosystems of Mazandaran province. This research is a descriptive-analytic study based on library studies and comprehensive review and search of electronic databases in order to fully identify Mazandaran province in terms of economic, social, cultural and environmental aspects, and then assess the status of the province based on the analytical framework of the DPSIR model. The results of the study indicate an increase in the area of residential, agricultural, rangeland, road, transportation and fall in the forests of the province. This study was also used to increase population density, agricultural development, roads development, industrial development, urban development and propellants forces. The results of the study showed that the DPSIR model can classify diverse information about the province's conditions in order to provide this information to policymakers for possible responses, and this is why the method has been rapidly increasing in recent decades by researchers and policymakers in use.   Political parties in Iran are carriers of socio-political characteristics and historical background, which, in an unwanted combination, have hindered its realization. Although there have been many theoretical studies about the characteristics and obstacles of the party system in Iran, none has been done so far about development drivers based on different variables in the four constructions. Given this lack, the basic question of this article is: What are the driving forces behind the development of political parties in the Islamic republic of Iran? The hypothesis obtained in this research is that the most important drivers are strengthening the democratic structure of power and political freedoms, strengthening party discourse, strengthening social capital, developing civil society institutions, party independence, developing a culture of participation and collective work, and facilitating the circulation of political elites, The structure of parties and their supervision. The prospective research framework used in this research is based on library methods, questionnaires and the use of Micmac software.   Introduction: Never before has humanity faced such an accumulation of multiple crises in cities. Therefore, it seems necessary to pay special attention to cities in general and the concept of urban livability in particular in the world and in Iran.Research Aim: The present research was compiled with the aim of identifying the driving forces affecting urban livability.Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and hybrid in terms of method. In order to collect information, library and field methods (questionnaire of experts) have been used. Regarding the identification of influential drivers, 20 experts in urban livability were selected as samples. In this research, six economic, social, environmental, service and infrastructural, urban and historical management dimensions were examined in the form of 24 variables. Data analysis has been done using the interaction analysis method in Micmac software.Studied Areas: In this research, the central part of Bojnord city, the capital of North Khorasan province, has been selected as a study sample.Results: Paying attention to the drivers of livability and additional studies and investigations in this important role in improving and promoting urban livability in the current state of the city and improving the performance and conditions of the central living area of Bojnord not only at the present time but also in the future will also have. Based on the research, the variables of transportation facilities, favorable access, historical signs and symbols, residents' sufficient income, preservation of historical signs and symbols, management of dilapidated structures and variety of job opportunities have the most influence and the least dependency.Conclusion: According to the results obtained in the field of livability drivers of the central part of Bojnord city, investment and study and research in public transportation facilities and improving the performance of urban sidewalks can play a significant role in improving the livability of this part.
