Urban physical development is one of the dimensions of urban development. Regarding the ever-increasing growth of population and increase of immigration to towns, researchers, authorities, managers and other urban bodies have noticed urban physical development more than before. The title of the present research is newly-established towns physical development management pattern with Kouhsar for case study. Until the result of the research can be effective for the urban planning in future. In terms of subject, objectives, research questions and hypotheses, the present research studies Kouhsar physical development pattern; and the research methodology is a combination of descriptive, documentary and field study methods that used from the questionnaire and interview tools as well. The questionnaire used in this research included 20 five-item questions distributed among a sample of 80 persons out. The results of the research show that urban development pattern in Kouhsar are linear. The same pattern can be predicted in the late decade. If construction control is not managed well, it is predicted that a disturbed urban pattern will formed in Kouhsar. Also, it was found that there is no formal pattern for physical development of Kouhsar. Another finding was that comprehensive plan is a must for managing physical development of towns, especially newly-established ones. Therefore, there is a close interrelation between effective management of town physical development and comprehensive plan.   Manuscript profile

Objective: The present study aims to provide an applied pattern for promoting the creativity of elementary school students through music experiences with usability by Iranian non-specialized teachers and its validation. Method: This research has been conducted in three studies. In order to design the intended pattern with the applicability by non-specialized teachers in elementary schools, first and second surveys include assessing the implementation of the artists’ educational practices in the creativity development with musical concepts and Cage’s pedagogical experiences, the prominent musician, teacher of the 20th century, which were evaluated by two rounds of a self-made Delphi questionnaire with concepts and pedagogical practices used to fostering creativity, and determined by experts in three areas of education, art, and music. The third Experimental research, with the purpose of validating the discovered pattern, was conducted by a non-specialist teacher on a group of primary girl students, with a pre-post test of Torrance Creative Thinking Test (TTCT; figural version of form A). Results: The findings indicate acceptance of some dimensions of the artist's educational model and Cage’s pedagogical experiences as a set of strategies for implementing in Iranian schools, according to experts and the third study also showed the significant difference between experimental and control group on creativity dimensions, fluidity, originality, flexibility, and the overall creativity score except expandability. Conclusion: The analyzes indicate the effectiveness of the intended pattern on the creativity development of primary school children and its use by non-specialized teachers in the educational environment of Iran. Knowledge is the most valuable asset to have an advantage in the knowledge economy. Many cities worldwide present themselves as ‘knowledge cities’ and try to attract knowledge-based businesses and knowledge workers. Other cities are busy designing strategies and plans to become a knowledge city. In order to become a successful knowledge city, it is important to know what the main formal spatial and functional spatial requirements could be. The formal spatial requirements deal with the physical elements of the city. The functional spatial requirements are the amenities and activities that take place. Because of the placement of the communication path Tehran - Tabriz - Europe, a communication network, highway, rail, air and being located within a radius of 120 km from Tehran, industrial infrastructure of national and regional scale and potential industrial overflows Tehran, having relevant aspects of the cultural and historical tourist attractions, natural and ecotourism and numerous academic centers and office Excellence in physics... zanjan has conditions for attracting private investors and the city''s creative class. In this study, two macro patterns for future development of the city is considered, After describing the patterns, they were scored based on AHP model, Finally macro desired pattern, then the pattern of future development (knowledge base) was introduced. A comprehensive review of the city showed this city has necessary conditions of foundation of knowledge city. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to design and test a model for analyzing the development of workers' sport system in Iran. This research was a descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of managers, experts and trainers in the field of workers' sport. The statistical sample was adequately selected to test the model in the PLS software (n=153- purposeful sampling). The research tool is a researcher-made questionnaire with 99 questions and 19 variables on a 5-point Likert scale. Content validity (11 experts), reliability (Cronbach's alpha), and construct validity (model fitting) were evaluated and validated. The conceptual model consisted of six levels with their subset variables: Field level (social support and environmental capacity), Structure level (trustee institutions, strategic executive capability, and division of work across sectors and sub-divisions), Ability level (innovation and diversification in worker sport, knowledge and technology system, human resource management and supply, physical resource management and financing, and financial management and management), Process level (sporting events, sporting needs assessment, sports acculturation, general sport training and sports services to workers), Performance level (workers' athletic ability, workers' athletic achievement and workers' sport participation) and the level of outcome (sustainable development of worker sport). The modeling results showed that the relationships among all the variables of the model were significant, and the model fit. Based on the model it can be said that the development of worker sport in the context of contextual factors, through structural improvement, Upgrading and deploying capabilities, Process Integration and performance effectiveness leads to sustainable development.
