        Customer engagement platforms such as gamification, co-creation and open innovation platforms have found popularity in recent decade and several industrial and service organizations are adapted to use them for marketing purposes. However, the results have been faced with challenges, that are partly raised because of lack of specific measures to evaluate performance of these platforms. The current research aims to fill the gap by identifying specific measures for evaluation of performance of these platforms in Iranian automobile industry. For this purpose, after conduct of a literature review in marketing measures, a primary set of measures have been extracted. In the second phase, a panel of experts have been used to refine the measures and to adapt them with the automobile industry. After content analysis, 82 measure identified and classified into six groups of measures, including 1) Social media measures, 2) Application-related measures, 3) Findability measures, 4) Strategy measures, 5) Public relations measures, 6) Gamification measures identified. Findings of this research can be used by strategic management, marketing and other departments of Irankhodro company that are related to performance evaluation of customer engagement platforms. the limitation of this study is that it is context-based, and generalization of the results might be considered carefully.         الگویابی ابزاری جهت ارزیابی عملکرد سازمانی با رویکرد یادگیری از دیگران می باشد. اهمیت الگویابی در تمامی صنایع بر هیچکس پوشیده نیست، در صنعت خودرو نیز هرساله عملکرد نمایندگی های خدمات پس از فروش خودرو در ایران توسط شرکت بازرسی کیفیت و استاندارد ایران مورد ارزیابی قرار می گیرند یکی از روش های بهبود مستمر نمایندگی های خدمات پس از فروش الگویابی از نمونه های موفق و کارا در سطح کشور می باشد. در این مقاله یک مدل الگویابی با درنظر گرفتن این موضوع که شاخص تعمیرات و رضایت مشتریان به یکدیگر وابسته هستند توسعه داده شده است. برای بهبود دقت و عملیاتی بودن الگویابی برخی محدودیت ها با نظر خبرگان به مدل اضافه شده است، با درنظر گرفتن متغیر های وابسته یک مدل تحلیل پوششی داده های پیشنهاد شده و این مدل برای الگویابی 20 نمایندگی خدمات پس از فروش یک شرکت خودرویی اجرا شده است. با اجرای مدل و مقایسه با نتایج مدل اولیه مشاهد شد که شرایط اعمال شده الگویابی را تغییر داده و دقت الگویابی را افزایش داده است. در این مقاله مفهوم تاثیر و اهمیت متغیر های وابسته در تعیین الگویابی بحث شده است و با این مفهوم یک مدل الگویابی برای نمایندگی های خدمات پس از فروش خودرو ارائه شده است.         There are multiple problems of social, economic and environmental have led to organizations towards the use of sustainable supply chain management and on the one hand, globalization has made successful implementation of sustainable supply chain management always a concern for managers, especially in the automobile industry. As a result, due to the need for the use of sustainable supply chain management in organizations, it is essential to achieve a successful and efficient sustainable supply chain management. In this regard, this study aims to detect critical factors that are effective in the successful implementation of sustainable supply chain management in the automobile industry by review the literature and using experts' viewpoints and Fuzzy Delphi method, as well as by using DANP, it determines the importance and ranking of these factors in the implementation of sustainable supply chain management. Research results determined 25 critical factors for the successful implementation of sustainable supply chain management in the automobile industry that of these, the top management commitment and support, strategic planning and long-term vision and environmental auditing for suppliers, were identified as the most important factors, respectively and cross-function integration as the least important.         In order to obtain an optimum economical system in our country, there is a call to choose the shortest and fastest path for achieving the goal. The system can only achieve this goal, when it could obtain the best and maximum outputs by spending the least inputs. Hence, there is only one way ahead, which is the way of productivity. Among different areas of productivities, human resource productivity plays one of the most significant roles in the whole system productivity because the human resource is the provider of the capital. Hence, the lack of human resources reflects itself as capital demand and economical dependency. The present paper, based on the investigation carried out on the country industry and by considering the impact of computer on the level of human resource productivity in the administrative section, has been attempted to determine the drawbacks of the system. In order to successfully determine the drawbacks, the parameters such as the conditions of securing a job vacancy regarding to the level of computer literacy of the personnel, the speed of fulfilling a task using computers and the condition of the job, the security of computer utilization, the level of output yield from investing in computer utilization and the level of satisfaction from computer utilization, has been taken into account. The mentioned parameters have been ranked according to their maladjustment with computer utilization, from personnel and managers point of view. Consequently, in order to remove these drawbacks and increase human resource productivity, some solutions are presented. For conducting this research, several automobile industries as the investigating cases have been chosen randomly.         The aim of the current research is to identify the influencing variables on promoting the national brand in the automobile industry with an economic approach using the ground theory method. The current research was conducted using qualitative method (qualitative content analysis) and fuzzy Delphi analysis. Finally, using the fuzzy Delphi analysis, the factors extracted from the interviews with experts were analyzed and the final qualitative model was designed. Based on fuzzy Delphi analysis among the components: choosing the best technology transfer strategy in order to promote national branding in the automobile industry in line with economic development with the Cripps number (0.917), considering key economic factors in the country in order to promote branding National in the automotive industry with the Cripps number (0.903), according to experts, they have the highest amount of these components.         Agility is a prerequisite for improvement in the industry. Academics and practitioners have long acknowledged the importance of agile manufacturing in achieving sustainable competitiveness. In that regard, the general policies of the Resistance Economy as an upstream document can be a good guide for the agility of country's manufacturing industries under the current sanctions. Therefore, the purpose of this paper was to identify the agility elements and to explain agility strategies in the automobile industry. This research is applied research in terms of purpose and qualitative research in terms of method. Thematic analysis was done and document data was coded manually and using software, which led to the identification of 37 basic themes. Then, by using fuzzy Delphi method, a questionnaire was surveyed by selected experts of the automobile industry. The results confirm the strong association of the 15 themes with the industry under study. These basic themes were categorized into 3 organizer themes, using the cognitive mapping method, which was mapped into a thematic network. According to the research findings, the agility strategies of the automotive industry are: 1- Agility of human resources through: empowerment, upgrade of training, increase of skills, experience and flexibility enhancing, jihad work culture, standard work culture, and strengthening team work, 2- Agility of production and operations through: enhancing production factors, production and product flexibility, and production and product quality, and 3- Supply chain agility strategies through: Enterprise resource management, competency management, variety in supplying, broadening co-operations and partnerships, have been introduced as agility strategies of the automotive industry.
