Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of stress reduction strategies based on awareness-based attention to culture, coping strategies, emotional responsiveness and anger control of conflicting adolescents aged 18-15 years.Methodology: This study was a quasi-experimental design with two experimental and control groups with pre-test, post-test and two-month follow-up period. The study population included conflicting adolescents aged 18-15 years in Isfahan during the summer and autumn of 1400. By randomly available sampling method, 40 conflicting adolescents were selected and replaced in two groups (20 experimental) and (20 control). The experimental group underwent a stress-based strategy based on knowledge-awareness for 10 9-minute sessions and the control group did not receive any training. Research instruments included Farahijan Mitmansgrober et al. (2009), Carver et al. (1989) Coping Skills Questionnaire, Nock et al. (2008), Spielberger Anger Control Questionnaire (1999) and Murray-Parent-Child Conflict Questionnaire. Strauss (1990). Data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance in SPSS software version 23.Findings: Findings showed that stress reduction strategy based on awareness of Farahijan (anger, shame, control of violence, suppression, compassion and interest), Awareness of emotional responsiveness (sensitivity, intensity and continuity of emotion) and anger control (external anger, incidence) Internal anger, external anger control and internal anger control) are effective in adolescents aged 18-15 years (P <0.01). The results also showed that stress reduction strategy based on awareness-based attention to the variables of coping style (problem-focused, emotion-focused, ineffective and ineffective) is not effective (P> 0.05).Conclusion: Due to the effect of stress reduction strategy based on awareness on Farahijan, emotional responsiveness, anger management planning is essential for the use of this treatment. One of the important and effective factors of the possibility of anger and its quality, is the amount and nature of the devotion to God as well as the parenting style. Therefore, the aim of the present research is to investigate the role of perception of parenting styles and devotion to God in anger control. Using a correlational method. 150 female students through a multi stage cluster method were selected. Scales of perception of parenting styles (POPS), to God, and anger control were applied to evaluate the research variables. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and stepwise regression using SPSS 21 software. The results showed that, among the styles to God, the safe base in the first step and the protest to separation in the second step, as well as the parenting styles, the mother''s Warmth in the third step significantly predicted student anger control. Therefore, it can be said, the mother''s Warmth, the safe base and protest to separation play an important role in anticipating anger control. Therefore, it is suggested that schools organize workshops to control anger with emphasis on teaching parenting styles and to God in the presence of students and their parents. Positive psychology (forgiveness training), can cause an increase in mental health and anger control. The purpose of this study was to teach forgiveness on mental health and anger control of inmates with mass fight crime in central prison of Yasooje. Therefore, 90 patients were randomly assigned to experiment and control groups (60 patients with pre-test and post-test and 30 control). The Experiment group was taught forgiveness in 7weekly sessions, each session lasting 90 minutes, but the control group underwent no training. People were evaluated in both pre and post-tests in terms of aggression and mental health. The data variance analysis indicated that the means cores of mental health in experimental group compared to the control group has increased at post-test stage. The mean scores for anger control as compared to the control group at post-test, was found to have a significant reduction. It seems that teaching forgiveness and its components, on one hand can reduce large part of people going to prison and on the other hand it helps to improve the mental health and anger control, especially while they are in prison; what seems to be necessary for the prison guards, staff and managers.
