        Customer Relations Management (CRM) encompasses a set of procedures that enable organizations to use business strategies in favor of developing long-term and profitable relationships with specific customers. Organizations well found that achieve their goals, haven't way exclusive of right relationship with customers through the proper implementation of customer relationship management projects. Research indicates that a high percentage of these projects are in the implementation failed and eventually fails. The purpose of this study is identify and accurately classify the main factors affecting failure evaluate with the CRM projects. In this study used descriptive method and questionnaires and interviews have been utilized as measurement tools. The Population of Research are managers and consultants and experts of CRM projects Executive Department of Mathematics and Computer Department of Amirkabir University. 40 questionnaires were distributed to all members of the Population and accepted the 34 questionnaires were returned. Based on survey and comments of managers & consultants and experts: Executive, Technological, cultural, administrative and Cost as the main factors influencing the fail of customer relationship management projects. Then whit help Nonparametric methods and statistical analyzes by SPSS software and the Exploratory Factor analysis, Confirmatory Factor analysis & T Student test accuracy and relevance factors of the study was approved.         Objective: While open innovation in some circumstances is detrimental to a number of SMEs, many have benefited from the use of open innovation strategies around the world. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is providing a developed model of moderating factors affecting SMEs' degree of participation in open innovation activities.Method: In this regard, an appropriate model was defined by studying the literature about effective factors on the degree of SMEs' participation in open innovation activities according to Iran’s situation. In the second stage, after selecting a sample of 60 SMEs in Iran, in order to quantitatively testing the model, the data were collected by a questionnaire and were analyzed with the help of Smart PLS software. In the third stage, the relative importance of factors was tested from the perspective of 10 experts in the field of open innovation along with experienced managers of the SMEs with more than 15 years of work experience with the help of ANP and PROMETHEE methods. Results: The results showed that these factors include the parameters: Product Characteristics, Inter-organizational Factors, and Environmental Factors.         Motivation is a vital element in human resource management. Therefore, today's managers need to understand the reasons why employees work so they can generate the motivation they need. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the of public service motivation of employees of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences. This study is descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The standard questionnaire of Kim and Vandenabeele (2010), Hackman & Oldham (JDS) and a researcher-made questionnaire were used in this study. The survey was conducted in a community of 343 employees, with a sample of 180, according to Morgan's table. This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2018. Structural equation modeling (PLS) is used to answer the questions. Psychological conditions of the job had the most impact on the employees' job motivation and among the small variables, the feeling of satisfaction with the operation of public interest had the most impact and accepting responsibility for the results of the work had the least effect. Regarding the variables affecting the psychological conditions of the organization, the individual's sense of organization's norms has the highest and the individual's sense of organization's publicness has the least effect.         The aim of present study was assessing relationship between Festuca ovina dispersion. 5 habitats in County Delfan was chosen. In each habitat, three sites were selected at each site was established three transects the length of 100 meters. Along each transect in 10-square-meter plots with a total canopy cover and density of the studied species was determined. Then at initial, mid and end of transects soil samples were extracted in 0-30cm depth (A total of 135 soil samples). Height, slope, aspect and some soil characteristics including texture, electrical conductivity, acidity, organic matter, phosphorus, potassium and nitrate was determined. Cluster analysis to classify the sites sampled, Compare groups resulting from cluster analysis of independent t test and discriminate analysis was used to determine the important parameters. The results of cluster analysis indicated that the sites were separated to two main groups (At 5%). Also the results showed that studied species have the most presence in height of 2641m, slope more than 40 percent, NorthWest and western aspect, temperature more than 10 degree, precipitation 481mm, soils with 1.97 percent organic matter and less clay also more silt. The results of discriminant analysis indicated that at first level height, precipitation, temperature and some soil parameters like sand, silt and organic matter and at second level aspect and other soil characteristics like pH and potassium are effective in the studies species dispersion.         The purpose of this article is to investigate the effect of capital deepening and elasticity of substitution of production factors on the employment capacity of Iran's factories during the annual period of 1989 - 2019 .In this regard, by using the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) method and time series data, the relationship and convergence between the macro-micro variables considered in this research and the employment capacity of Iran's manufacturing sector are investigated.The results indicate a significant immediate inverse (negative) and direct (positive) delayed effect of the capital deepening factor in both periods, as well as a significant direct delayed effect of the substitution elasticity of production factors in the short-term period and a significant inverse effect of delaying changes in the substitution elasticity of production factors in the long-term period on the employment capacity of the manufacturing industry sector of Iran's economy during the mentioned years.         Introduction The development of the city to produce urban spaces and both are intertwined with the issue of power. Power structures and processes often lead to the gradual elimination of disorganized groups and interests in favor of organized and resource-dominated groups and interests. The pressure of the powers that be is problematic and the vacuum of the powers that are not causes imbalances in society. Analyzing these power relations helps urban decision-makers to find better solutions to urban problems.Methodology The actors of the production of the desired urban space have been identified through semi-structured interviews with the method of snowball sampling to reach the experts of the target community of the research, as well as frequent field observations and documentary review to complete and verify. Then, the power relations between these actors were measured and analyzed through the flow analysis method using Ucinet software and the power of the actors was measured and analyzed through the interaction analysis method using MicMac software.Geographical area of research The study area is a unique and highly populated urban space of Abbasabad lands with an area of 554 hectares is located in the central part of Tehran metropolis.Results and discussion The output of software analysis and analysis of the results obtained a level of communication and power of actors in the production of urban space in Abbasabad, which showed that there is no balance in the power of actors and citizens are at the lowest level of influence and role and influence in none They did not participate in the preparation, approval and implementation of the plan, and the independent private sector is not present in this process..         Introduction: The development of entrepreneurial family businesses is a complex and difficult process to achieve. First of all, a comprehensive understanding of the factors affecting the development of these businesses in order to provide solutions based on the regional conditions for the development of family businesses is needed.Goal: This study was conducted to explain the factors affecting the development of entrepreneurial skills in rural family businessesMethodology: This research was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research includes all active agricultural beneficiaries and rural entrepreneurs in the agriculture, livestock, gardening and services sectors of Boukan with 12700 people. To select the samples, the Kerjesi and Morgan tables were used. Based on the statistical population, 375 samples were estimated and selected in a simple random sampling method. To study theoretical foundations, documentary studies were used. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaire was determined based on the content validation method and the reliability of the questionnaire through Cronbach's alpha, which was calculated and determined for the main components of the questionnaire between 0.732 and 0.995, which was acceptable on average. Data analysis of the present study was carried out in two sections; descriptive and inferential statistics and using SPSSwin22 software.Geographical area of research: Buokan county is one of the counties of West Azerbaijan province. Its area is 2541,306 square kilometers, occupying about 6.50 percent of the province.Results and discussion: The results of Pearson correlation test showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between educational, economic, infrastructural, individual, environmental and policy factors with the development of entrepreneurial skills. The results of multiple regression model show that 52.4% of changes in entrepreneurship skills development are predicted and determined.Conclusion: The results showed that educational, economic, infrastructural, individual, environmental and policy factors have a significant relationship and effect with the development of entrepreneurship skills in determining and predicting the development of entrepreneurial skills.         In this survey research which based on goals is applied and is done through descriptive-analytical method. Contribution of citizens of quintet zones of Rasht was studied. The N includes 679995 of Rasht population and the n (Cochran with 5 percent error) is 384 above the age 25. Because of 0,05 in Kolmogorov – Smirnov test, the whole data was considered abnormal. To study the relationship between variables, Spearman test was used. The result shows among the individual factors, educational level with 0.26 and among the management and political factors, transparency, city officials’ response, officials’ belief to people and preparing the people’s contribution with zero are meaningful to the variable attracting the citizens ‘contribution. Then non-parametric test Friedman was done to rank the variables. The result shows management and political factors with 2.13 is in first rank and social factors with 1.96 in second rank and at last individual factors with 1.13 are in last rank. In the last measure, to assess the differences of attitudes, the Kruskal – Wallis test was done. With regard to the result more than 0.05 for all variables, it was decided that there were no meaningful differences in responders attitudes in different parts of Rasht. Manuscript profile

        Environmental issues in the present era are facing various complexities that do not make the problems and problems arising from the urban environment simply possible with the technique of engineering interpretation and change in the body of Shahrivar, and in the meantime, the governance approach is appropriate. Relying on the responsibility of the energy manager and the citizens and increasing the interaction between the public sector, provides specific and public solutions to the problems of the urban environment outside the traditional framework. In other words, the approach to urban good governance examined issues beyond a physical view of the environment and with a systematic approach. The present study was conducted with the aim of structural analysis of urban environmental governance with a futures research approach and identifying its drivers in Tehran. In terms of nature, this research is based on the method of futurology, analytical and exploratory science and based on applied purpose. The available findings based on the condition of the scattering plate indicate the unstable system and there are other factors about the diagonal axis of the scattering plate. Also, among the 35 factors considered, finally, due to being over-influenced and directly influencing 16 factors in the title of Mick Mac output, the future of urban urban governance in Tehran will be influential.         In recent decades many of rules, principles and procedures which dominates the interactions of international actors have changed dramatically due to a transition from Westphalian order to post Westphalian order in world system. In response to the changes of global arena, new diplomacy has emerged with different forms like media diplomacy, public diplomacy, track two diplomacy and virtual diplomacy. Understanding the reasons of the emergence of new diplomacy is very important and can be influential in determining foreign policy’s course of action.This article tries to investigate the reasons of the emergence of new diplomacy in the changing world system and proposes three factors as a hypothesis: declining of the role of sovereign states as a consequence of the growth of non-governmental actors, remarkable advancements in information and communication technologies and the enhancement of public opinion status.         The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between socio-cultural factors and leisure time with general health of students with an emphasis on sport activities. The research method was descriptive - correlational and data collection tool was a questionnaire 357 students were selected using Formal Cochran as an accessible sample. This research was carried out using a survey method and a questionnaire. To assess the research tools, formal validity was used and for reliability of Cronbach's alpha. For data analysis, structural equation modeling was used with pls software. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between socio-cultural factors and leisure time (r = 0.45), sport (r = 0.52), religiosity (r = 0. 49), marital status (r = 0.70) ), Music (r = 0.46) and stress (r = 0.31) with general health of students. The results of regression also show that 5 variables, 0.33 (socio-cultural and leisure) (0.29 (religiosity) + 0.26 (sport) + 20.0 (music) + 0.17 (stress) The dependent variable has a significant effect and in total 56% of the variation of dependent variable (R² = 0.56) have been explained. Also, on the basis of path analysis of structural equations, it was observed that the sociocultural variable was generally influenced by the general health variable with a path coefficient of 76% and leisure time variable on general health with a path coefficient of 0.36.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of noise risk factors and market depth in explaining future stock returns in listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. The locative domain, the companies listed in the Stock Exchange and the time period, is between 2013 and 2017. noisy risk factors and the depth of the market are independent variables and future stock return is dependent variable. The research is descriptive (correlation) and applied. Data collection was done by library method and by referring to financial statements, explanatory notes and stock exchange monthly of sample companies. Descriptive and inferential data analysis (pre-test variance analysis, F Limer, Hassman & Jark-Bra test and multivariate regression test) were performed using Eviews software. The results showed that the changes of noisy risk factor indicate itself as a risk premium in future returns and risky factors of market depth changes, including the average variation in the volume of orders and the balancing changes between sales orders indicate itself as a risk premium in the future returns.         The current research has investigated the effect of digital content marketing on the purchase behavior and electronic verbal recommendation communication of users in social networks (Instagram), which is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population studied in the current research is 4800 customers of the G Plus brand in the social network, among which 384 people were selected as a sample using the Morgan table and available sampling method. The data collection tool in the present study is an online questionnaire designed by professors, and its validity was measured through content validity and construct validity (convergence and divergence) and it was obtained more than 0.7. Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability have also been used to measure reliability. Analysis of the research data has been done using structural equation method and SPSS and SMART-PLS statistical software. Research findings have shown: information content, entertainment content, social interaction and self-expression have a positive and significant effect on normative and informational social factors.
