Over two thousand years ago, Buddhist embryology made it very clear that a separate, independent human life begins at the moment of conception. In contrast to the situation in western countries, there has been relatively little serious discussion of abortion as a religious and ethical issue in Buddhist countries. Leaders of the Buddhist sangha have said very little indeed on the issue. The Buddhist teachings have made it clear that unskillful acts, like abortion, always have negative consequences for the agent. As we have seen, Buddhists understand the fetus to be a human being; therefore, abortion obviously should be covered under the first precept, namely “to abstain from taking life”. But some contemporary Buddhist thinkers and scholars of Buddhism in the West and a much smaller number in the East are beginning to address bioethical issues according to modern embryological research. They argue that although all abortions are condemned by Buddhists as the taking of human life, as the pregnancy progresses, there is some controversy about whether or not, from the Buddhist Point of view, a late term abortion is a more unskillful act than one performed early on in the pregnancy. Finally, Buddhists, unlike feminists, understand the fetus to be a person. Manuscript profile

Despite the increasing use of deep learning in image processing, but the use of this technology in the fields related to cultural heritage, due to problems such as the lack of required databases, the cost of creating a new database, the complexity of working with deep neural networks, and etc., remains very limited. In this article, a method for the automatic location of caravanserais in satellite images has been introduced. For this purpose, a database of satellite images of 203 Iranian caravanserais was created and then, using the transfer learning technique, YOLOv5 (YOLOv5) object detecting algorithm was trained to locate caravanserais on the above database. To evaluate the efficiency of this network, 25 new images with dimensions of 2.5*2.5 square kilometers were selected from the surroundings of some caravanserais, and using the sliding window technique and the generated weights in the previous step, the operation of recognizing caravanserais was carried out on these images. In order to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis, the misdiagnosed locations were added to the database as new data and the YOLOv5 algorithm was retrained. The final accuracy of the proposed algorithm in finding the location of the caravanserai was 91.43% mAP_0.5. Manuscript profile

The design and implementation of a surveillance security system based on the YOLO algorithm and Internet of Things (IoT) technology has significant advantages in terms of security, efficiency, scalability, rapid response, and reliability, compared to traditional methods. This paper discusses the aspects of creating a novel security system that activates an alert by detecting five categories: human, human head, gun, knife, and fall detection. The system is monitored online and can connect to the internet via a cellular data network at any location to upload images to the management panel and send a report to the user if threats are detected. The YOLOv8 algorithm is used for object training to take advantage of its user-friendly command line interface, object detection support, sample segmentation, and image classification capabilities. To increase processing speed while maintaining accuracy, the optimized model is deployed on the Raspberry Pi 4th generation board. It is clear that optimizing processing speed and using quantization techniques lead to reduced energy consumption (green energy system) and reduced operational costs of the system. To improve the speed of the model in the object detection process, the techniques of exporting, quantizing the training weights, and increasing the processor frequency (overclocking) are used. A comparison of the newly exported weights with the original training weights in terms of accuracy and speed shows that the two techniques of exporting and quantization lead to an increase in processing speed at the cost of a decrease in detection accuracy. Finally, in the training model with the proposed improvement methods, an average accuracy of mAP ≅ 0.67 with a frame rate of FPS ≅ 4.3 can be achieved. The genus Dianthus belongs to Caryophyllaceae family encompasses over 300 species in the world. The genus importance is mainly because of its ornamental species, the different in polidy level and varaition form, shape and flower size.Three wild species of this genus has been reported in Khorasan Razavi province ie. D. binaludensis, D. polylepis (endemic for Iran) and D. crinitus. In order to investigation of Dianthus karyotype, a study was carried out on nine populations of the mentioned species in Khorassan Razavi Provience. The basic chromosome number of Dianthus was reported X=15. The level of ploidy in D. binaludensis and D. polylepis were diploid (2n=30), while such a level was found to be tetrapoloid (2n=60) in D. crinitus. In addition, in the present research, for the first time, the karyotype of the three species of Dianthus were prepared and compared with the morphological characters. Manuscript profile

Fire is one of the dangers that can endanger human health in a short time and if it is not controlled in time, it will cause a lot of damage. Therefore, timely and accurate identification of the location of the fire can prevent the consequences of its expansion. In this research, a new method for fire detection is proposed based on the extraction of its temporal-spatial features in video frames. In the proposed algorithm, a multiscale convolutional neural network along with a YOLO (you only look once) network is used to extract spatial features and identify fire candidate regions. Then, fractal analysis based on the temporal blanket method is then used to remove non-moving textures similar to fire and to examine the temporal features of the candidate region. Finally, the fire region is separated from the other parts of the image by fusion the results of the two steps. The evaluation results of the proposed method on three data sets show that the accuracy of fire detection is about 96.1%, while the precision and recall values are 92% and 96.9%, respectively. Experimental results show that the proposed method performs better than existing algorithms and thus confirms the ability of this method for efficient use in the real world. Manuscript profile

Abstract In order to prepare the karyotype of Raiini Goats from blood lymphocytes ,peripheral blood of 40Animals (20 male and 20 female) were taken from each breed and every genuse using heparinized Syring .Then ,all of the samples was transfered to laboratory and treat them in cool circumstance in 4degree of centigrade in refrigerator. After from each sample 0.5 ml of whole blood was cultured in RPMI1640 medium culture and incubated at 37ºC for 72 hours. The resulting (PHA-M) was used as mitogenic agent. After 72 hours 200µl cholchicine was added to each samples in order to stop the cell division and mitose cycle in metaphase stage. Then, they treated with hypotonic solution. Proliferated lymphocytes were spread and treated with trypsin enzyme, subsequently stained by G-banding method. All samples has monitored under microscope and pictures was sent to computer. The results showed that all goats have a diploid chromosome number of 2n=60. Each karyotype consisted of 29 pairs of acrocentric autosomes. The largest acrocentric chromosome was X and the smallest chromosome was Y. Manuscript profile

Carduus L. species (belong to Asteraceae Bercht. and J. Pres) replace endemic plant species by forming dense colonies and can compete with native vegetation for light, nutrition, and moisture. In order to obtain more information about this invasive genus, the chromosomal number of Carduus pycnocephalus L. were investigated from Hamedan and Kermanshah provinces in the west of Iran. 14 special stations were selected of some parts of these provinces. Chromosomal counting was done in the metaphase stage of the root meristems by seed germination and by using the standard squash method. Results showed that chromosomal number in these studied taxa was 2n=2x=34 in 14 populations gathered in this research. By comparing the chromosome number found in this study with previous research, this chromosome number is belonging to C. pycnocephalus subsp. arabicus (Jacq. ex Murray) Nyman. Therefore, the diploid chromosome number in the taxa of this species can be taxonomical value. Manuscript profile
